Aplikasi Reminder Pengobatan Pasien Berbasis SMS Gateway

Aplikasi berbasis Web yang dibuat dengan MySQL sebagai media penyimpanan data serta Gammu sebagai SMS Gateway ini ditujukan untuk meningkatkan layanan rumah sakit dengan cara membantu mengingatkan para pasien akan jadwal minum obat. Aplikasi ini dibuat melalui serangkaian tahapan mulai dari pengumpulan data, perancangan, implementasi, dan evaluasi. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah observasi di rumah sakit, wawancara dengan pasien, dokter, dan manajemen rumah sakit, studi pustaka, sampai dengan penyebaran kuisioner. Beberapa diagram yang digunakan sebagai alat bantu perancangan adalah flowchart, struktur hirarki, serta Use Case dan sequence diagram. Dengan menggunakan aplikasi pengingat jadwal minum obat ini, pasien merasa semakin jarang lupa jadwal minum obat mereka. Proses penyampaian informasi yang singkat, jelas, dan langsung kepada pasien membuat mereka merasa semakin diperhatikan. Hal ini juga dapat membuat citra rumah sakit semakin baik dan dapat memberikan pelayanan dan pengabdian yang lebih baik kepada para pasiennya

Permasalahan dalam penelitian ini adalahdalam pembelajaran matematika pada materi menghitung luas bangun datar merupakan salah satu mata pelajaran yang relatif sulituntukdipelajarisiswa.Beberapasiswabanyak yang tidak memahami konsep luas pada bangun datar walaupun topik tersebut telah diajarkan, sehingga sebagian besar siswa merasa kurang senang, merasa sangat jenuh dan kurang aktifdalampembelajaranmatematika.Berdasarkanpermasalahan di atas, maka peneliti melakukan penelitian tindakan kelas melalui penerapan pembelajarankooperatiftipeNHT. Penelitiantindakaninimenggunakan model Kurt Lewindanterdiridari empat komponen, yaitu 1) perencanaan, 2) pelaksanaan tindakan, 3) observasi dan 4) refleksi. Data yang dikumpulkanpadapenelitianiniadalahberupa data hasil tes, aktivitas guru dansiswa dengan menggunakan lembar observasi dan data hasil belajar siswa yang diperoleh dengan memberikanteskepadasiswa.Padapelaksanaansiklus I diperoleh persentase ketuntasan klasikal 50% dan daya serap klasikal sebesar 63,75%. Kemudian pada siklus II mengalami peningkatan, ketuntasan klasikal sebesar 87,50% serta daya serap klasikal sebesar 75%. Pada hasil observasi jugamengalamipeningkatanaktivitassiswapadasetiap siklus, siswa terlihat aktif mengikuti pembelajarandalamkelompoknyamasing-masing.Berdasarkanhasilpelaksanaantindakan, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan pembelajarankooperatiftipeNHTdapatmeningkatkanhasil belajar siswa kelas V SDN MeselesekKecamatanBulagipadamateriluasbangundatar

Analisis Performansi Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiple Access (OFDMA) Sistem Free Space Optic (FSO) Dalam Kondisi Cuaca Cerah Menurut Standar ITU-R P.1817

Free space optic (FSO) merupakan sebuah teknologi telekomunikasi yang menggunakan propagasi cahaya dalam free space untuk mentransmisikan data antara dua titik dalam kondisi line of sight ( LOS. Dalam skripsi ini dianalisis tentang penerapan Orthogonal Division Multiple Acces (OFDMA) pada sistem FSO yang dihitung dalam kondisi cuaca cerah yang tetap terinduksi sintilasi akibat turbulensi atmosfer dengan menggunakan teknik modulasi Quadrature Phase Shift Keying (QPSK) pada jarak 1 km sampai 5 km. Hasil simulasi dan analisis menyatakan bahwa jarak pemancar dan penerima berbanding terbalik dengan link margin, daya terima, SNR, dan kapasitas sistem, akan tetapi berbanding lurus dengan BER sistem. Penerapan teknik OFDMA pada FSO yang dianalisis sudah memiliki performansi yang baik. Hal ini dapat dilihat bahwa pada jarak 5 km sistem mempunyai BER 10-13 (lebih kecil dari nilai BER maksimalyang diizinkan pada sistem untuk informasi data). The crown of god (Phaleria macrocarpa) is a herbal plant from Papua is used to treat hypertension. The purpose of this study is determine the effect from giving 150 ml of stew 15 grams Phaleria once a day for 7 days. The design in this study used quasi-experimental pre-test and post-test with control group and sampling using purposive sampling technique. The samples are 32 respondents, were all respondents are peoples with hypertension who were not taking hypertension medication. The results of this study are Phaleria effect on reducing blood pressure in patients with hypertension. Recommendations for research and community health workers are Phaleria can be used as an alternative herbal to decrease high blood pressure

Tata Kelola, Konsentrasi Saham Dan Kinerja Perusahaan Agroindustri Indonesia

. This study aims to investigate determinants of firm performance on agro-industrial firms that are listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX). Agro-industry sector has contributed 15 percent of Product Domestic Bruto in 2012. Agro-industrial firms has also comparative and competitive advantages compare to other industries. Characteristics of this sectors are renewable resources, labor intensive, and the most resistant in economic crisis in Indonesia in 1998. Modeling of performance is analyzed by performing regression analysis of panel data. This study employs secondary data of 54 companies from year 2010 to 2013. The results show that performance is affected by ownership concentration, the effectiveness of good governance mechanism, especially the function of board of directors (BOD) in conducting their duties, leverage and size of a firm. Except for size variable, all other determinants affects positively on performance, in line with reseach hipothesis. However, board of commissioners, independent commissioners, auditors committee, and dividend payout are not significant factors in enhancing performance. The results can shade some highlights to management, investors and other decision makers to implement better governance practices in agro-industrial firms in Indonesia

Development of the Stem of Jatropha Multifida Linn as a New Antimalarial Through Erythrocytes Test on Mus Musculus Infected by Plasmodium Berghei

Introduction : Jatropha multifida Linne is known as Betadin plant by the Bengkulunese. The stem extract of J. multifida has antibacterial activity. This study examined the potential of stem extract of J. multifida to be developed as an anti-malarial drugs through trials in M. musculus whose erythrocytes infected by Plasmodium berghei.Methods : Phytochemical test of the stem of J. multifida to test the flavonoids, alkaloids, tannins, saponins, terpenoids and steroids. The stem extract of J. multifida obtained by maceration with 96% ethanol. 30 M. musculus divided 6 groups, each consist of 5 animals. P0 is the negative control groups that were not infected by P berghei. P1 is the positive control groups that were only infected by P berghei, P2 is a comparison groups that were infected with P berghei and chloroquine, groups P3, P4, and P5 were infected by P berghei and treated with stem extract of J multifida with consecutive doses 0.028 g / kgbw, 0.056 g / kgbw and 0.084 g / kgbw. After 24 hours, the number of erythrocytes was observed with hemocytometer then was counted the number of uninfected erythrocytes by P berghei using a microscope at 1000x magnification.Results : The stem extract of J. multifida at doses of 0.028 g/kgbw, 0.056 g/kgbw and a dose of 0.084 g/kgbw were able to increase the number of uninfected erythrocytes by P berghei in M. musculus, respectively an average of 9.135million cell eritrosit/mm3, 7.618 millioncell eritrosit/mm3, and 9.856 millioncell eritrosit/mm3. The ability of stem extract of J. multifida in increasing the number of erythrocytes uninfected with P berghei was much higher than the malaria drug chloroquine diposphat. On one way ANOVA analysis of Fcount ( 13,2 ) > Ftable (2.76 ) , with (α = 0.05), there are noticeable differences in the provision of treatment. The increasing number of uninfected erythrocytes by P berghei was due to the content of flavanol glycosides in J multifida stem. Flavanol glycosides was expected to form Flvanolglycosides-heme complex that could inhibit the formation of P berghei parasites HemazoinConclusion : The stem extract of J. multifida could be developed as a potential anti-malarial drugs since it could increase the number of uninfected erythrocytes by P berghei in M. musculus. Fraud is a intentionally faulth which could harming many people in goverment sector, fraud is harming for public. This research is aimed to anylyze the perception of employees in goverment agencies about factors that impact fraud. Data in this research were collected using a survey method with help of research instruments such as questionnaires were distibuted to 81 employees by respondent goverment agencies working in finance and wealth management agency. Data in this research will be analyzed using multiple linear regression using SPSS ver.20.0. To test the validity and reability of research instrument used pearson correlation and cronsbach alpha. There are several findings in this research, first all instruments used in this research was reliabel and valid. Second, distribution of respondens was normal. Pengaruh R&d Expenditure Terhadap Penjualan (Studi Kasus Pada Nissan Motor Company Ltd)

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of R&D expenditure on sales of Nissan Motor Company Ltd. This study also describes implications of world oil prices as a control variable in the relationship between R&D Expenditure and world oil prices. This research is an explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Uses secondary data, sales, R&D expenditure Nissan Motor Company and world oil prices are acquired from the official website and publication industry. Data acquired used as the regression equation analysis in this study. The results showed that Nissan Motor Company could experience an increase in sales through increased capacity utilization and productivity of investment in R&D. R&D expenditure significant effect on the improvement of the company\u27s ability to create new technology new innovations with high competitiveness that are difficult to imitate by competitors. Other findings indicate that the rise in world oil prices do not affect the relationship between R&D expenditure on sales. The increase in oil prices can be circumvented by automotive manufacturers to leverage R&D expenditure as a capital to create products that are more efficient and attractive to customers. Consumers tend to change consumption patterns to the type of efficien vehicles to offset the increase in world oil prices
