Self-consumption of Coal Fired Power Plants

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou vlastní spotřeby elektrické energie kotelny uhelné elektrárny. Teoretická část diplomové práce obsahuje popis částí kotelny, kterými se tato práce zabývá v praktické části. Jako například: mlecí okruhy, principy odlučování, odlučovače atd. Hodnoty vychází ze skutečného měření během garančních testů na uhelných elektrárnách. Výsledné hodnoty jsou mezi sebou porovnány, a dále jsou porovnány dílčí výpočty jako například: poměrná spotřeba elektrické energie na výrobu v procentech, množství energie potřebné k namletí jedné tuny paliva, spotřeba ventilátoru na dopravu jedné tuny spalin atd. Toto vše je porovnáno mezi měřením typu A. Toto měření je uskutečněno při předávce bloku objednateli a měřením typu B, které je měřeno po dvou letech provozu od testu A.The diploma thesis deals with the issue of own electricity consumption of boiler room of coal power plant. The theoretical part of the diploma thesis contains a description of parts of the boiler room, which deals with this work in the practical part, such as: milling circuits, separating principles, separators, etc. The values are based on real guarantee test measurements in coal fired power plants. The resulting values are compared with each other and partial calculations such as: the percentage of electricity consumption to produce, the amount of energy required to mill one ton of fuel, the fan consumption for transporting one tonne of flue gas, All of this is compared to a Type A measurement. Particle size of solid ash

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá možnými způsoby analýzy velikosti tuhých částic popelovin a jejich vlivem na prostředí. První polovina práce je věnována spalování, vzniku popela a palivům, které jsou běžně užívány pro výrobu energie. Druhá polovina práce je věnována praktické analýze tuhých částic různých vzorků popela a jejich následnému vyhodnocení.This bachelor thesis deals with possible ways of analyzing the size of solid particles of ash and their effect on the environment. The first half is devoted to combustion, ash formation and fuels, which are commonly used for energy production. The second half is devoted to a practical analysis of solid particles of different ash samples and their subsequent evaluation.

Moisture Separators in Nuclear Power Plants

Import 05/08/2014Bakalářská práce se zabývá popsání a analýzou jednotlivých druhů separátorů pro parní generátory. Úvodní teoretická část popisuje základní princip a funkci jednotlivých separátoru. Dále popisuje problematiku vlhké páry a její dopad na zařízení v jaderné elektrárně. V praktické části navrhuji dvoustupňovou separaci, která bude tvořena cyklónovým a žaluziovým separátorem. V závěru práce popisuji několik konstrukčních variant možných řešení separátorů.The bachelor thesis deals with the description and analysis of various types of separators for steam generators. The theoretical part describes the basic principle and the function of the separator. It also describes the problems of wet steam and its impact on nuclear facilities in power plants. In the practical part, I propose a two-stage separation, which will consist of a cyclone louver separators. Influence of polymers to reduce dust

Předložená bakalářská práce řeší problematiku snížení hrubých emisí do okolního prostředí. Za tímto účelem bude ověřen specifický typ polymerní sloučeniny kanadské provenience. Cílem bakalářské práce bude rovněž vytipovat kladné vlastnosti polymeru a určit vhodný způsob aplikace; posuzováno bude již zmíněné snížení prašnosti, zpevnění plochy po aplikaci, případně snížení její propustnosti a zvýšení její maximální hustoty za sucha.The main issue this bachelor thesis deals with the reduction of emit into the enviroment. A specific type of polymer compound from Canadian provenance will be tested for this purpose. The aim of this work will be the identification of positive characteristics of the polymer, and determine to the appropriate method of application. The above mentioned reduction of dust, stabilization of areas after application, possibly reduction of its permeability and increase of its maximum dry density will also by measured.

Methods of moisture separation

V úvodní části této práce jsou popsány obecné vlastnosti vlhkého vzduchu. Dále je uvedeno vyjádření vlhkosti, důležité pro určení stavu ve kterém se vzduch nachází. Hlavní částí práce je rozbor způsobů, které vedou ke snižování vlhkosti vzduchu se znázorněním jednotlivých dějů v Mollierově diagramu. V závěru práce jsou rozebrána zařízení, využívaná ke snižování vlhkosti vzduchu v praxi.General properties of moist air are written in introductory part of this final thesis. It includes description of moisture, this is important for determination the state in which the air is. The main part of this thesis are analysis methods, which are leading to reduce moisture in the air. These processes are illustrated in the Molliere diagram. In the final part are the moisture separation systems, which we can use in practice.

Study of durability of concrete with fly ash in an XF

Práce je zaměřena na problematiku využití popílků ze spalování černého i hnědého uhlí v prostředí XF. Zabývá se vlivem létavého popílku na vlastnosti betonu a jejich experimentální ověření.The work is focused on a problem of using ashes from burning black and brown coal in XF environment. It is oriented on influence of fly ash on properties of concrete and the experimental examining.

Energy recovery of waste

První část této práce shrnuje problémy vyplývající z nadměrné produkce odpadů a porovnává různé způsoby a technologie jeho zneškodnění. Druhá část práce se zaměřuje na jednu z těchto možností a to spalování odpadů s následným využitím energie. Jsou zde probrána specifika a možnosti této technologie a následně je popsán její stav v České republice.The first part of this thesis sums up problems arising from waste production and compares different ways and technologies of waste treatment. Second part of this thesis focuses on one of these ways, on the incineration of waste with energy recovery. It discusses specifics and possibilities of this technology and describe current situation in the Czech Republic.

Small-scale electrostatic precipitator for domestic wood-burning appliances

Diplomová práce se zabývá návrhem elektrostatického odlučovače pro domovní spalovací zařízení spalující dřevní paliva. V úvodních kapitolách je popsán princip elektrostatického odlučování a zpracována rešerše existujících elektrostatických odlučovačů pro domovní spalovací zařízení. V praktické části práce byl vytvořen matematický model elektrostatického odlučovače, na jehož základě byla navržena konstrukce elektrostatického odlučovače a predikovány jeho výkonové parametry.Master thesis deals with design of electrostatic precipitator for domestic wood-burning appliances. In the opening chapters, principles of electrostatic precipitation are described and a study of existing electrostatic precipitators for domestic combustion devices is made. In the practical part of the thesis, a mathematical model of electrostatic precipitator was created. Based on the mathematical model, electrostatic precipitator was designed and its performance parameters predicted.
