The teamwork and the communication in construction company

Bakalářská práce se zabývá především konkrétním výzkumem v oblasti týmové práce a komunikace ve stavebním podniku. V teoretické části jsem definovala základní pojmy od obecných po specifické, související se stavebnictvím. Ve druhé části popisuji vlastní výzkum ve stavebním podniku. Zaměřila jsem ho především na otázky, týkající se způsobu a kvality komunikace na pracovišti. Dále mne zajímalo, jak firma využívá potenciálu týmové práce. Kvantitativní data jsem obohatila řízeným rozhovorem. Závěrem jsem verifikovala stanovené hypotézy a přidala návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení práce ve stavebním podniku.This bachelor thesis focuses mostly on specific research in the field of teamwork and communication in a construction company. In the theoretical part I defined the basic terms (ranging from general to specific ones) related to construction industry. In the second part I described my own research in a construction company. I focused mainly on questions regarding methods and quality of communication on the workplace. I was also interested in how the company makes use of the potential of teamwork. I enriched the quantitative data with a guided interview. In conclusion I verified given hypothesis and added suggestions and recommendations for improving the work in a construction company.

Informatization of the State Administration

V mé bakalářské práci se zaměřuji na řešení komunikace mezi úřadem a občanem pomocí moderních informačních technologií v rámci tématu informatizace státní správy. V práci představím již zažité novinky v dané problematice a pokusím se nalézt optimální řešení zavedených a připravovaných technologií pro zefektivnění komunikace úřadu s občanem.In my bachelor thesis I focus on the communication between the municipality and the citizen which is solved by using modern information technologies in the frame of computerization of the government. I present already used news in this field and I try to find the optimal solution of the used and new technologies to bring effectiveness in the communication between the municipality and the citizen in my thesis.

Professional competence of teachers in particular - Teachers' communication in terms of information, reporting, administration

Teoretická část pojednává o kompetencích učitele, o classroom managementu, jaký je vztah classroom managementu a school managementu. Podrobněji se věnuji jedné kompetenci učitele a tou je komunikace ve smyslu informování, reportování, administrace. Ve druhé části se píše o výzkumu. Jakou jsem použila metodu výzkumu, jak je výzkum realizován. Cílem výzkumu je analyzovat, zpřehlednit a popsat, jak učitelé komunikují uvnitř organizace i směrem ven ze školy. S kým nejčastěji, jakým způsobem, jaká jsou úskalí jejich komunikace. Přesněji řečeno, zmapování komunikace učitele ve smyslu informování, reportování a administrace. Výzkum byl deskriptivní, kvalitativní. Oslovila jsem 3 učitelky z mateřské školy a 3 učitelky ze základní školy. Proběhlo interview, kde paní učitelky nejprve sdělily, co si představují pod pojmem informování, reportování a administrace. Opto-electronical measurement methods

Práce se zabývá problematikou měření výkonu i složek elektrického a magnetického pole. V práci je proveden rozbor metod pro měření pulsního napětí, proudu a okamžitého výkonu elektromagnetického pulsu. Je navržena metoda a pracoviště pro měření okamžitého výkonu elektromagnetického pulsu. Vybraná měřicí metoda je experimentálně realizována.This thesis deals with the aspects of methods for power and elements of electric and magnetic field measurement. Analysis of methods are performed for measuring pulsed voltage, current and power electromagnetic puls in this thesis. The method and workplace for measuring power of electromagnetic field is designed. The measurement method has been experimentally realized.

Internal Communication Design applying Microsoft Products

Bakalářská práce pojednává o možnostech usnadnění vnitropodnikové komunikace. Tato práce nejdříve zanalyzuje aktuální stav vnitropodnikové komunikace dané společnosti. Dále prozkoumá produkty a nástroje, které nabízí společnost Microsoft k usnadnění vnitropodnikové komunikace, a z nich pak vybere konkrétní, které by mohly usnadnit vnitropodnikovou komunikaci v dané firmě. V této bakalářské práci najdete také technický postup, jak tyto nástroje implementovat a spravovat. V závěru bakalářské práce je uvedeno zhodnocení a výsledný efekt po nasazení těchto nástrojů a produktů.The bachelor’s thesis deals with application of internal communication facilitation tools. The theoretical part is focused on the internal communication within a particular company and on the analysis of its current tools. It also introduces Microsoft internal communication facilitation products and selects the most applicable instruments for the above mentioned company. The practical part is devoted to implementation and management of the Microsoft internal communication tools within the company. The final part of the bachelor’s thesis evaluates the effects after applying the internal communication facilitation tools.
