Utilization of E-Auctions in Construction with Focus on Private Sector

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na elektronické reverzní aukce a jejich použití ve stavebních firmách. V teoretické části práce jsou definovány pojmy podnikový nákup a aukce a je zde popsán průběh elektronické aukce. Praktická část analyzuje pomocí dotazníkového šetření a případové studie situaci ve stavební praxi. Následně jsou navrhnuta doporučení pro zajištění bezproblémového průběhu aukce.This diploma thesis is focused on reverse e-auctions and their utilization in construction companies. In theoretical part of the work are terms of purchase and auction defined and described process of e-auction. The practical part analyzes situations in construction companies by questionnaire survey and case study. Consequently recommendations for provision of carefree process of e-auction are proposed.

Analysis of the Savings in E-auctions by Associated Households

Import 02/11/2016Tématem diplomové práce je analýza úspor v elektronických aukcích sdružených domácností. Jedná se o e-aukce, které jsou pořádané společností eCENTRE za účelem získání nejlevnějších dodávek elektrické energie pro sdružené domácnosti. Problémem této tématiky je nedostatek informací o procesu vzniku úspor v e-aukcích elektrické energie pro sdružené domácnosti. Cílem práce je proto objasnit, co ovlivňuje výši úspor dosahovaných v e-aukcích a co působí na ceny elektrické energie získané pomocí e-aukcí sdružených domácností. K naplnění cíle, byl proveden primární marketingový výzkum kvantitativní povahy na základě sekundárních dat. Pomocí korelační analýzy byly odhaleny proměnné, mezi kterými existuje statistická závislost a mohou tak působit na výsledky z e-aukcí. Takto odhalené proměnné byly dále zkoumány pomocí mnohonásobné lineární regresní analýzy, díky které byly vytvořeny dva regresní modely. Bylo zjištěno, že průměrnou úsporu z e-aukce nejlépe vysvětluje průměrný kurz EUR a množství MWh vstupující do e-aukce, zatímco průměrnou cenu z e-aukce vysvětluje nejlépe jediná proměnná a to forwardová cena platná v den e-aukce. Zjištěné poznatky jsou významné především pro společnost eCENTRE, která pro výzkumnou část poskytla své interní data a má zájem o využití výsledků. Součástí práce jsou také teoretická východiska e-aukcí a analýza trhu energií pro domácnosti v ČR.The topic of the thesis is Analysis of the Savings in E-auctions by Associated Households. They are the e-auctions, which are held by eCENTRE in order to get the lower price of electricity supply for associated households. The problem with this topic is the lack of information about the process of creating savings in the e-auction of electricity for associated households. The aim is therefore to clarify what influences the level of savings achieved in e-auctions and the effect on electricity prices obtained via e-auctions by associated households. To meet the goal, was made a primary marketing research quantitative character on the basis of secondary data. Using correlation analysis, variables were discovered, among which there is a statistical dependence and can affect the results of e-auctions. These detected variables were further examined using multiple linear regression analysis, thanks to the created two regression models. It was found that an average saving of e-auction is best explained by the average EUR exchange rate and quantity MWh entering in the e-auction, while the average price of e-auction is best explained by the only variable - forward price valid on the day of e-auction. The findings are particularly significant for the company eCENTRE, which provided their internal data for the research part and is interested in using the results. Dále jsou zde podrobně zpracovány elektronické reverzní aukce jako významný nástroj nákupních procesů ve stavebnictví. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou a následnými doporučeními pro stavební sektor - prostřed-nictvím dotazníkového šetření.This thesis is focused on analysis of the use of electronic reverse auctions in the construction industry in Slovakia. The theoretical part provides the basic concepts, types and participants of electronic auctions. There are also analysed in detail the electronic reverse auctions as an important tool for procurement processes in the construction industry. The practical part deals with the analysis and subsequent recommendation for the construction sector - through a questionnaire survey.

Methodology Design of Bid Procedure Using E-auction

Cílem bakalářské práce je návrh metodiky výběrového řízení s využitím elektronické aukce. V dané problematice jsou analyzována dosavadní výběrová řízení firmy pomocí elektronických aukcí a její postupy. Hlavním důvodem tvorby práce je nalezení optimálního nastavení elektronické aukce při větším obsahu položek, než bývá obvykle. Konkrétně se práce zaměřuje na návrh metodiky výběrového řízení, který zaručí získání nejvýhodnějšího dodavatele kamionové přepravy pro dané lokace. Tento návrh podává doporučení, které snižuje náklady a rovněž urychluje proces výběru vhodného dodavatele. V práci je využit software ERMMA s jehož pomocí je vytvořen daný návrh, pro efektivnější nastavení elektronických aukcí.The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to propose a methodology design of bid procedure using e-auction. The selection managements of the company using the electronic auction and its procedure so far are further analysed in the given problematic. The main aim of the thesis is to find an optimal setting of an electronic auction when choosing more items than usual. The thesis specifically aims at the layout of the methodology of selection management which ensures acquiring the most suitable contractor of a truck transport for given locations. This proposal gives recommendation that lowers the costs as well as speeds up the process of choosing the appropriate contractor. On Forged 5, 10, 100 and 1000 Gulden Banknotes of the Austrian National Bank, issued on 1 January 1847

Numizmatički katalozi i literatura bilježe primjerke krivotvorenih austrijskih guldenskih novčanica nastalih potkraj 18. stoljeća i osobito tijekom 19. stoljeća. Takve primjerke novčanica posjeduju i muzejske i privatne numizmatičke zbirke. Te krivotvorine izrađivali su i crtanjem u manjim količinama i tiskarskim postupcima u većim količinama, iako su za krivotvorenje novca bile propisane stroge zakonske sankcije. Primjerci krivotvorina od 5, 10 i 100 guldena (izdanja 1. siječnja 1847.) izrađeni tiskarskim postupcima i crtanjem, osobito su zanimljivi zbog vremena nastanka i optjecaja u novčanom prometu, pa i zbog kvalitete izvedbe. Te krivotvorine očito su izrađene u većim količinama pa su u radu prikazana njihova obilježja.Numismatic catalogues and literature note examples of forged Austrian Gulden banknotes made at the end of the 18th and especially during the 19th century. Such specimens of banknotes can be found in museums and in private collections. The forgeries were made both by drawing, in smaller numbers, and by printing, in larger numbers, although there were strict laws against forging money. Forged 5, 10 and 100 Guldens (issued on 1 January 1847) made by printing and drawing are especially interesting because of the time when they were made and their circulation, and also because of the high quality production. These forgeries had obviously been made in large quantities and the article shows their characteristics
