    中国现代服务业税收影响因素的实证分析

    中国经济新常态下,现代服务业发展是未来经济增长的亮点所在,其税收也成为未来财政收入的新增长点。以现代服务业税收为被解释变量,选择第二产业产值、受教育程度、城镇化率、经济开放度、地方政府重视服务业发展与否的虚拟变量为解释变量进行实证分析,结果显示:第二产业产值、受教育程度、城镇化率的影响是显著且系数较大,地方政府重视与否的影响显著但系数较小,经济开放度的影响不显著

    Effect of potassium nutrition on photosynthetic characteristics of small Cushaw

    利用CIRAS-2型便携式光合测定系统,研究不同钾素营养水平下小南瓜的光合特性。结果表明:小南瓜叶片的蒸腾速率、气孔导度、净光合速率的日变化与钾素营养之间呈显著的正相关(r值分别为0.965 1、0.816 0、0.926 9),细胞间隙中C0_2浓度日变化与钾素营养之间呈显著的负相关(r=0.847 9)。The photosynthetic characteristics of small Cushaw at different potassium levels was measured by portable photosynthesis systems CIRAS-2. The results showed that transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and net photosynthetic rate in leaves of small Cushaw were significantly and positively correlated with potassium level (r=0.9651, r=0.8160, r=0.9269), but intracellular concentration of CO_2 in leaves of small Cushaw were significantly and negatively correlated with potassium level (r=-0.8479)

    苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9通过下调整合素β1表达抑制肝细胞癌迁移侵袭

    整合素在许多肿瘤细胞中高表达,并且参与肿瘤细胞的侵袭转移。在肝细胞癌中,整合素β1被报导高表达,并促进肿瘤细胞的侵袭。目前,对于整合素的表达调控癌细胞机制以及干预其表达进而抑制肿瘤细胞转移的研究较少。本研究探讨利用小分子化合物抑制整合素表达来抑制肿瘤细胞迁移和侵袭的可能。首先,对临床肝癌细胞患者癌组织和癌旁组织中的整合素β1的表达进行检测,发现其在癌组织中的表达显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。对TCGA肿瘤数据库的生物信息学分析结果同样显示,整合素β1的高表达与肝癌的分期(P=0.019)和预后(P=0.013)相关。通过筛选发现,苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9可以抑制肝癌细胞中整合素β1的mRNA和蛋白质的表达(P<0.01)。细胞划痕愈合实验和细胞穿孔结果显示,苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9能够抑制肝癌细胞的迁移和侵袭(P<0.01)。进一步的研究证实,在肝癌细胞中外源表达整合素β1可以逆转X-9对肝癌细胞迁移和侵袭的抑制;而在敲除整合素β1的细胞中,X-9对细胞的迁移和侵袭的抑制被消除。因此,鉴定出苯胺嘧啶衍生物X-9可以通过下调整合素β1表达,进而抑制肝癌细胞的迁移和侵袭。福建省自然科学基金(No.2016J05087,No.2017J01201);;福建省卫计委医疗创新项目(No.2015-CXB-15

    海水环境中金属材料腐蚀磨损及耐磨防腐一体化技术的研究进展

    随着"建设海洋强国"战略的实施,发展海洋装备、建设海洋工程成为推进和实施国家海洋战略的重要内容。鉴于海洋装备长期服役于海洋环境,因此海洋工程材料的腐蚀损伤是不可回避的关键问题,尤其是海洋装备中的运转部件,如海水泵、阀、海水液压传动系统、水下作业机器手、深海勘探和开采装备等面临腐蚀与磨损的耦合损伤。基于此,针对典型金属材料在海水环境中的腐蚀磨损失效行为及机理,综述了服役工况、腐蚀介质、电化学及材料因素对典型金属材料(如不锈钢、钛合金、铝合金、镍合金)在海水环境中腐蚀磨损性能的影响,综合分析了服役工况、腐蚀介质浓度、p H值、外加电位与材料性能之间的关系,阐明了金属材料腐蚀磨损过程中腐蚀、磨损及其交互作用。在此基础上,对比了一系列耐磨与防腐一体化涂层技术,如PVD涂层、热喷涂涂层、电镀涂层及聚合物粘结涂层的腐蚀磨损性能及典型应用,分析了耐磨与防腐一体化防护材料对腐蚀磨损性能的优化机理,以期为解决金属材料的腐蚀磨损问题提供有益借鉴

    通过提纯的RuBP羧化酶制备兔抗RuBP羧化酶抗体,以辣根过氧化物酶进行酶联标记,对典型的C4植物甘蔗、C3植物水稻和巴西橡胶三品系叶切片进行RuBP羧化酶的定位.通过显微及超微观察,结果表明:C4和C3植物叶切片中RuBP羧化酶的分布明显不同,C4植物的特异颗粒颜色反应(棕色)存在于维管束鞘细胞;C3植物的特异颗粒颜色反应(棕色)存在于叶肉细胞.巴西橡胶IAN873、RRIM600品系叶片内RuBP羧化酶在鞘细胞和叶肉细胞的叶绿体中均有特异颗粒颜色反应(棕色);而天任31 45品系只有叶肉细胞的叶绿体中有特异颗粒颜色反应(棕色).试验还表明,叶肉细胞的RuBP羧化酶发育可能在前,鞘细胞RuBP羧化酶发育可能在后.A rabbit monoclonal antibody raised against ribulose-1,5-bisphosphate carboxylase (RuBPCase) was produced, and RuBPCase was isolated and purified from Hevea brasiliensis and tobacco, the antibody was marked with horseradish peroxidase, RuBPCase in leaf blade transection of typical C_3 plant (rice) and C_4 plant (sugarcane) and H.brasiliensis was located by direct immunoenzyme labeling method. The localization was observed in detail by microscope and electronic ultrascope. The results were as follows: there was difference in the localization of RuBPCase between typical C_3 and C_4 plants, the specific granulated color response (brown) of C_3 plant (rice) only existed in mesophyllous cell of chloroplasts, while the specific granulated color response (brown) of C_4 plant(sugarcane) was only found to be in bundle sheath cell of chlorophasts; The specific granulated color response (brown) of IAN873, RRIM600 of H.brasiliensis were located in both mesophyllous cell and bundle sheath cell of chloroplasts, while the specific granulated color response of Tianren 31-45 was only present in mesophyllous cells.     本文通过叶片匀浆、(NH4)2SO4分级分离、凝胶过滤和离子交换层析等方法,提取纯化RuBP羧化酶,通过PAGE凝胶电泳鉴定纯度。根据紫外分光光度计OD650测定值、SDS-PAGE凝胶电泳及蛋白质迁移率(Rf)进行分析,结果表明:纯化的RuBP羧化酶洗脱液总蛋白测定值IAN873为1.58mg/gfw,RRIM600为1.57mg/gfw,天任31-45为1.53mg/gfw;RuBP羧化酶大亚基分子量可能为54,000道尔顿,小亚基分子量可能为15,000道尔顿。国家自然科学基金资助项目(39270461

It is determined to be an alycosida consists of one ethyl 11- hydroxy-hexadecanoate or ethyl 11-hydroxy-tetradecanoate, one 2-hydroxy-3-methyl- butyric acid and four rhamnoses.
