    Effect of potassium nutrition on photosynthetic characteristics of small Cushaw

    利用CIRAS-2型便携式光合测定系统,研究不同钾素营养水平下小南瓜的光合特性。结果表明:小南瓜叶片的蒸腾速率、气孔导度、净光合速率的日变化与钾素营养之间呈显著的正相关(r值分别为0.965 1、0.816 0、0.926 9),细胞间隙中C0_2浓度日变化与钾素营养之间呈显著的负相关(r=0.847 9)。The photosynthetic characteristics of small Cushaw at different potassium levels was measured by portable photosynthesis systems CIRAS-2. The results showed that transpiration rate, stomatal conductance and net photosynthetic rate in leaves of small Cushaw were significantly and positively correlated with potassium level (r=0.9651, r=0.8160, r=0.9269), but intracellular concentration of CO_2 in leaves of small Cushaw were significantly and negatively correlated with potassium level (r=-0.8479)

    Migration of carbon nanotubes from liquid phase to vapor phase in the refrigerant-based nanofluid pool boiling

    The migration characteristics of carbon nanotubes from liquid phase to vapor phase in the refrigerant-based nanofluid pool boiling were investigated experimentally. Four types of carbon nanotubes with the outside diameters from 15 to 80 nm and the lengths from 1.5 to 10 μm were used in the experiments. The refrigerants include R113, R141b and n-pentane. The oil concentration is from 0 to 10 wt.%, the heat flux is from 10 to 100 kW·m-2, and the initial liquid-level height is from 1.3 to 3.4 cm. The experimental results indicate that the migration ratio of carbon nanotube increases with the increase of the outside diameter or the length of carbon nanotube. For the fixed type of carbon nanotube, the migration ratio decreases with the increase of the oil concentration or the heat flux, and increases with the increase of the initial liquid-level height. The migration ratio of carbon nanotube increases with the decrease of dynamic viscosity of refrigerant or the increase of liquid phase density of refrigerant. A model for predicting the migration ratio of carbon nanotubes in the refrigerant-based nanofluid pool boiling is proposed, and the predictions agree with 92% of the experimental data within a deviation of ±20%

    300kg/a规模流化床制碳纳米管中试研究

    采用Ni-Mg-O复合氧化物催化剂进行了流化床甲烷催化裂解法制碳纳米管的中试实验,研究了主要操作变量对甲烷转化率、催化剂产碳率、产品团聚率及催化剂损失率的影响,得到了适宜的操作条件为:甲烷进气流速16~19 cm/s、催化剂粒径150~220μm、催化剂加入量50~60 g、反应温度650~700℃、反应时间120~140 min。多批次重复性实验表明,在选定的操作条件下,甲烷转化率约为30%,催化剂产碳率约为10 gCNTs/gCAT。对纯化后的产品进行SEM及TEM形貌表征显示,制得的碳纳米管管径均匀,中空结构明显,碳纳米管的外径为10~30 nm,内径为2~5 nm。中国海洋石油总公司科技项目(CNOOC-KJ125FZDXM00TJY001-2014

    Influences of refrigerant-based nanofluid composition and heating condition on the migration of nanoparticles during pool boiling. Part II: Model development and validation

    The objective of this study is to propose a model for predicting the migration characteristics of nanoparticles during the refrigerant-based nanofluid pool boiling. In establishing the present model, the departure and rising processes of bubble, as well as the movement of nanoparticles in the liquid-phase are firstly simulated; then the capture of nanoparticles by bubble and the escape of nanoparticles from the liquid-vapor interface are simulated; finally, the migration ratio of nanoparticles is obtained by flotation theory combining the analysis on the boiling process. The proposed model can predict the influences of nanoparticle type, nanoparticle size, refrigerant type, mass fraction of lubricating oil, heat flux and initial liquid-level height on the migration of nanoparticles. The migration ratio of nanoparticles predicted by the model can agree with 90% of the experimental data of within a deviation of +/- 20%, and the mean deviation is 12.1%.     Y型聚乙二醇干扰素琢-2b注射液治疗HCV基因2/3型慢性丙型肝炎患者疗效和安全性的多中心随机对照试验研究

    目的以标准剂量的聚乙二醇干扰素(Peg IFN)α-2a联合利巴韦林作为阳性对照,评价新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b注射液联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型慢性丙型肝炎(CHC)患者的疗效和安全性。方法采用多中心、随机开放、阳性药对照的Ⅲ期临床试验,筛选符合要求的2型/3型CHC患者,按照2:1的比例随机分配到Y型Peg IFNα-2b组和Peg IFNα-2a组,同时口服利巴韦林,疗程24 w,停药随访24 w。采用Abbott Real Time HCV Genotype II检测HCV基因型,采用Cobas Taq Man实时定量PCR法检测血清HCV RNA水平。详细记录不良事件。主要疗效指标为持续病毒学应答(SVR),并进行非劣效检验。结果本试验实际入组2型/3型CHC患者255例,实际治疗241例。全分析集(FAS)数据显示,158例试验组和83例对照组患者SVR分别为85.4%(95%CI 79.94%~90.94%)和79.5%(95%CI 70.84%~88.20%,P=0.2402);对符合方案分析集(PPS)人群分析显示,试验组和对照组患者SVR分别为87.9%(95%CI 82.45%~93.27%)和85.9%(95%CI 77.82%~94.01%,P=0.7060),率差的95%可置信区间均符合非劣效标准;对PPS人群分析显示,85.8%受试者获得了早期病毒学应答(RVR),RVR的阳性预测值为90.1%;试验组和对照组不良事件发生率相似,分别为95.6%和95.2%,严重不良事件发生率分别为3.8%和3.6%。结论应用Peg IFNα联合利巴韦林治疗2型/3型CHC患者,新型试验药物Y型Peg IFNα-2b具有与对照药物Peg IFNα-2a相似的疗效和安全性。国家科技部“十二五”重大专项(编号:2012ZX10002-003);“重大新药创制”十二五科技重大专项(编号:2012ZX09303019)

    为了评估纳米制冷剂的沸腾传热效果以及球形纳米颗粒在制冷系统中的循环能力,采用称重法实验研究了纳米制冷剂沸腾中气/液相间球形纳米颗粒的迁移特性,重点考察球形纳米颗粒种类和粒径、制冷剂种类、润滑油浓度、热流密度和初始液位高度对球形纳米颗粒迁移特性的影响.结果表明:球形纳米颗粒迁移率随球形纳米颗粒密度或粒径的减小而增大;制冷剂的动力学黏度越小、密度越大,其在完全蒸发时的球形纳米颗粒的迁移率越大;球形纳米颗粒的迁移率随润滑油浓度的增大而减小,随热流密度的增大而减小,随初始液位高度的增加而增大
