    The Effect Of Regional Original Revenue, General Allocation Funds, And Special Allocation Funds On Economic Growth In The North Sulawesi Province

    The authority received by local governments from the regional autonomy system in order to collect and distribute funds independently as well as decide on development interests. Regional autonomy seeks to equalize growth/development in accordance with regional interests in order to increase regional development based on the capabilities of each region.The purpose behind this study is to analyze the effects of Regional Original Revenue (PAD), General Allocation Fund (DAU), and Special Allocation Fund (DAK) on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. This study uses a collection of period series information for some time, 2002-2021 to be precise. Multiple linear regression analysis method was used in this research. The results of the research findings show that: 1) PAD has no substantial influence on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province; 2) DAU has a positive but insignificant impact on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province; 3) DAK has a negative effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province; 4) Meanwhile, simultaneously PAD, DAU and DAK have a positive and substantial effect on economic growth in North Sulawesi Province. In addition to the effort to increase the value of regional income indicators, improving the quality of human resources (HR) as managers of indicators in sustainable regional autonomy policies is one of the important efforts for the implementation of regional autonomy to support regional economic growth

    Analysis of Village Fund Budget Management in Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency

    Village Fund Allocation is a form of fulfilling villages’ right to carry out its autonomy in such a way that they grow and develop based on diversity, participation, original autonomy, democratization, community empowerment, and increasing the role of the village governments in providing services, improving welfare of the community and spurring development acceleration and growth of strategic areas. This study aims to analyze the management of the Village Fund Budget in Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency. This study made use the qualitative research in its methodology. The data sources were community leaders, and village heads, chosen to be key informants because they are considered to know extremely well and provide information about the things to be examined, to whom are asked which people will be the main informant. The snowball sampling was used for sampling. Based on the analysis results, it can be concluded that (1) the implementation of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is uneven and not in accordance with Government Regulation Number 72 of 2005 and Village Law Number 6 of 2014. (2) The Government of Bololo Village, North Wasile District, East Halmahera Regency, in its accountability of Village Fund Allocation (ADD) is only one-sided and does not apply the transparency principle to the community

    LEVERAGE AND LIQUIDITY ON DIVIDEND POLICY

    The purpose of this research is to find out the influence of Leverage (DER) and Liquidity (CR) on dividend policy especially of LQ-45 listed manufacturing companies on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample was taken using purposive sampling method and the sample fulfilled the criteria of ten manufacturing companies. The data used were secondary data, namely the financial statements of companies that have gone public and LQ-45 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of August 2017. The data analysis techniques using panel data regression, test coefficient of determination, T test and F test shows that Leverage (DER) has a negative and insignificant effect on dividend and liquidity (CR) has a positive and insignificant effect. For determination coefficient test, R2 value is 0.422502 which means that the combination of independent variable is able to explain dependent variable equal to 42% while the remaining 58% is explained by other factors outside the research model

    The major problem facing by the Regional Secretariat of Minahasa Regency is the lack of leaders’ attention to employees’ motivation and passion at work. This study aims to measure the relationship between leadership and employees’ work motivation in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency, North Sulawesi Province, Indonesia. It occupies a central role in advancing employees’ work motivation and passion. This study uses a quantitative method to measure leadership’s effect on employees’ motivation and work passion. Questionnaires were used as the main instrument to obtain the data. These questionnaires were distributed to all respondents in this study. This study’s population was predominantly made up of twenty-four employees in the Regional Secretariat Office of Minahasa Regency. Due to the limited population (24 employees), this study used all of the population as the samples. The results of this study showed a significant relationship between leadership and employees’ motivation. Since leadership is directing and influencing employees’ activity process, leaders should diligently extend it to their organizations utmost.Permasalahan utama yang dihadapi oleh Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa adalah kurangnya perhatian pimpinan terhadap motivasi dan semangat pegawai dalam bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur hubungan kepemimpinan dengan motivasi kerja pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Minahasa Provinsi Sulawesi Utara, Indonesia. Ini menempati peran sentral dalam memajukan motivasi dan semangat kerja pegawai. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif untuk mengukur pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi dan semangat kerja pegawai. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai instrumen utama untuk memperoleh data. Kuesioner tersebut dibagikan kepada seluruh responden dalam penelitian ini. Populasi penelitian ini sebagian besar terdiri dari dua puluh empat pegawai di Kantor Sekretariat Daerah. Karena keterbatasan populasi (24 karyawan), maka penelitian ini menggunakan seluruh populasi sebagai sampel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan antara kepemimpinan dengan motivasi pegawai. Karena kepemimpinan mengarahkan dan memengaruhi proses aktivitas pegawai, para pemimpin harus dengan tekun memperluasnya ke organisasi mereka dengan sepenuhnya

    Abstrak Bisnis laundry merupakan salah satu jenis UKM dalam industri rumahan bidang jasa yang sedang berkembang saat ini. Permintaan terhadap bisnis laundry ini semakin meningkat terutama bagi para pekerja/pegawai hingga mahasiswa yang memiliki kesibukan setiap harinya. Sehingga jasa laundry menjadi salah satu alternatif untuk menghemat waktu dalam melakukan pekerjaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan membahas permasalahan untuk menentukan faktor yang menjadi kekuatan, kelemahan, peluang serta ancaman berdasarkan analisis internal, eksternal, dan kualitas pelayanan yang kemudian menetukan rumusan strategi bersaing yang relevan bagi perusahaan jasa laundry khususnya Bless Laundry berdasarkan analisis SWOT. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa Bless Laundry Manado Berdasarkan hal tersebut peneliti menyarankan strategi bersaing yang dapat diterapkan Bless Laundry dalam menghadapi persaingan sesuai dengan keadaan yang ada yaitu intensive strategis khusunya strategi penetrasi pasar (market penetration). Strategi penetrasi pasar (market penetration) dapat diterapkan oleh Bless Laundry melalui Matriks SWOT dengan menerapkan strategi promosi. Strategi promosi dapat dilakukan dengan cara memperluas wilayah promosi dan memanfaatkan kekuatan teknologi yaitu internet sebagai sarana promosi, menerapkan reward kepada para pelanggan untuk menjaga loyalitas pelanggan dan menarik pelanggan baru.     Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan dan promosi terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan jasa baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada pengguna jasa laundry tas dan sepatu di kota manado. Jumlah responden sebanyak 100 orang. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Accidental sampling. Teknik analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan dan promosi berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan jasa laundre tas dan sepatu, kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan dalam menggunakan jasa laundry tas dan sepatu dan promosi tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan dalam menggunakan jasa laundry tas dan sepatu di kota manado.     -This study aims to analyze industrial groups’ position based on developing and business success and strategies that can be used in developing small-scale industrial enterprises in the Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province. The research took place in Bitung City, North Sulawesi Province. The research sample was 185 small business owners in Bitung City. The sampling method used was random. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and strategy analysis using SWOT analysis and TOWS strategy. The results of this study found that: (1) based on the SWOT analysis results, each industry group is advised to implement a survival strategy and future integration that is offered according to internal factors and external factors that affect the success of micro-businesses in Bitung City. (2) the small-scale industries in Bitung City have excellent development capabilities and a high business success level.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis posisi kelompok industri berdasarkan kemampuan berkembang dan keberhasilan usaha serta strategi yang dapat digunakan dalam mengembangkan usaha industri kecil di kota Bitung Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Penelitian mengambil lokasi di Kota Bitung Provinsi Sulawesi Utara. Sampel penelitian adalah para pemilik usaha kecil di Kota Bitung sebanyak 185 pengusaha. Metode penentuan sampel yang digunakan adalah metode random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner dengan skala likert. Analisis strategi menggunakan analisis SWOT dan strategi TOWS. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa: (1) berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT setiap kelompok industri disarankan untuk menerapkan strategi bertahan dan integrase kedepan yang ditawarkan menyesuaikan pada faktor-faktor internal serta faktor-faktor external yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan usaha mikro di Kota Bitung; (2) industri kecil di Kota Bitung memiliki kemampuan berkembang yang sangat baik dan tingkat keberhasilan usaha yang juga tinggi

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sektor apa saja yang menjadi sektor unggulan di 4 Kota yang ada di Propinsi Sulawesi Utara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik analisis location quotient dan menggunakan data sekunder yang di publikasikan oleh BPS Sulawesi Utara tahun 2022. Banyaknya sektor yang dianalisis adalah 17 Sektor dengan tahun amatan 2019,2020 dan 2021. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan Location Quotient ( LQ) pada 4 Kota di Propinsi Sulawesi Utara, untuk Kota Manado dengan 10 sektor unggulan yaitu : perdagangan besar dan eceran, transportasi dan pergudangan, penyediaan akomodasi dan makan minum, informasi dan komunikasi, jasa keuangan dan asuransi, jasa perusahaan, administrasi pemerintah, jasa pendidikan, jasa kesehatan dan jasa lainnya. Kota Kotamobagu dengan 9 sektor unggulan yaitu : pengadaan listrik dan gas, pengadaan air, konstruksi, perdagangan besar dan eceran, jasa keuangan dan asuransi, administrasi pemerintah, jasa pendidikan, jasa kesehatan, dan jasa lainnya. Kota Tomohon dengan 7 sektor unggulan yaitu : pertambangan, konstruksi, penyediaan akomodasi dan makan, minum, real estat, jasa kesehatan, jasa pendidikan dan jasa lainnya. Kota Bitung dengan 3 sektor unggulan yaitu : industri pengolahan, pengadaan air dan transportasi pengolahan. Kata kunci : Sektor Unggulan, Location Quotient, Propinsi Sulawesi Utar
