Impulse Buying Tendency
This study has the objective to test stimulus which is given from store environment and store social factor toward impulse buying tendency mediated by positive emotion of consumers at Matahari departement store in  Ambon City. This study is an explanatory research. Population of this study is consumers who shops in Matahari Department Store in Ambon City. With respondent for 128 people, sampling determination is using purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique in this study is using path analysis. Result of the analysis showed that there are direct effects from physical environment and social aspect of the store toward consumer’s positive emotion and toward impulse buying tendency. Result of this study also revealed that there are direct effects of consumer’s positive emotion toward impulse buying tendency and indirect effects of store’s environment stimulus and store’s social factor toward impulse buying tendency mediated by consumer’s positive emotion.  Keywords: Positive Emotion, Impulse buying tendenc
Efek Impulse Buying Terhadap Post-Purchase Consumer Regret Dengan Beberapa Variabel Antecedent. Penerapan Stimulus - Organism Response Model / Sor (Studi Pada Konsumen Matahari Department Store Di Kota Ambon)
Kota Ambon merupakan salah satu kota yang terletak di kawasan timur
Indonesia, sejarah Kota Ambon sebagai wilayah perdagangan rempah dan
berfungsi sebagai kota penghubung perdagangan rempah-rempah, pusat
pendidikan dan budaya terkenal sejak jaman kolonial. Kota Ambon berdiri pada
tahun 1500-1600 setelah Benteng Nossa Seinhora da Annunciada didirikan oleh
bangsa Portugis. Belanda kemudian mengambil alih pada tahun 1602 dan
mengubah menjadi Benteng Kasteel Victoria dengan melakukan pembangunan
kembali dan perluasan, hingga seperti sekarang. Masyarakat Kepulauan Maluku
merasa aman untuk tinggal dan bekerja di sekitar benteng hingga sekarang, kota
Ambon atau "Ambon Manise" yang berarti " Ambon yang Cantik". Kota Ambon
adalah Ibu Kota Propinsi Maluku, memiliki luas wilayah daratan sebesar 359,45
Km², sedangkan luas wilayah laut seluas 17,55 Km². Kota Ambon terdiri dari 5
Kecamatan seluas 359,45 km2 dengan jumlah penduduk keseluruhan mencapai
282.210 jiwa (Badan Pusat Statistik Kota Ambon, 2008). Letak Kota Ambon
berada sebagian besar dalam wilayah pulau Ambon, dan secara geografis
terletak pada posisi: 3o-4o Lintang Selatan dan 128o-129o Bujur Timu

Pengaruh kompensasi dan komitmen organisasional terhadap kinerja karyawan serta peran motivasi kerja dalam memediasi pengaruh kompensasi terhadap kinerja karyawan
The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, organizational commitment on employee performance and the role of work motivation variables in mediating the effect of compensation relationship on employee performance at PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Ambon branch, Maluku, Indonesia. The sampling technique used is the census technique with a total of 45 respondents who are employees of PT Midi Utama Indonesia Tbk Ambon branch located in the sub-district of Nusaniwe. The analytical test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with SEM (Structural EquationModeling) analysis method. The results of this study indicate that compensation has a positive but not significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive but not significant effect on organizational commitment, compensation has a positive and significant effect on work motivation, work motivation is proven to mediate the effect of compensation on employee performance

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menunjukkan dan meringkas aspek penting dari transfer pengetahuan (knowledge transfer) dalam konteks perusahaan multinasional
Desain / metodologi / pendekatan - Tinjauan aspek SD didasarkan pada 15 jurnal yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2005 sampai dengan tahun 2015 database akademik yaitu Emerald, dengan melihat kata kunci "knowledge transfer” dan "Multinational Corporation”.
Temuan - Melalui tinjauan literatur, makalah ini merekomendasikan Untuk meningkatkan keunggulan-keunggulan kompetitif dari suatu perusahaan global, aktivitas-aktivitas SDM yang perlu untuk memfokuskan diri pada pengembangan kemampuan- kemampuan internasional yang dimiliki. Perusahaan-perusahaan yang telah berhasil mengglobalkan aktivitas-aktivitas SDM mereka memerikan 5 karakteristik penting yang ditemukan dalam kajian literatur.

Pengaruh Kualitas Pelayanan Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Pada Perusahan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM)
This research entiled the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at PDAM Dobo city. Based on problems related to customer satisfaction in this case related to the quality of service that has not been optimal. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of tangible, responsiveness, reliability, assurance, dan emphaty on user satisfaction of PDAM kota Dobo.
The population oh this research are all customers of PDAM Dobo City with a total sample of 76 respondents. The data collection method is the questionnaire method. The validity unit uses total correlation, while the reliability test uses Cronbach alpha. The classical assumption test includes the normality test, the linearity test, the multicollinearity test, and the heteroscedasticity test, test t and test F.
The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a positive and significant effect of Tangibles on customer Satisfaction at PDAM City of Dobo (2) There is a positive and significant effect of Responsiveness on Customer Satisfaction in PDAM City of Dobo (3) There is a positive and significant effect of Reliability on Customer Satisfaction in PDAM City of Dobo (4) There is a positive and significant influence of Assurance on Customer Satisfaction at PDAM City of Dobo (5) There is a positive and significant influence of Emphaty on Customer Satisfaction at PDAM city of Dobo
Peran Kepuasan Pelanggan Dalam Memediasi Pengaruh Dimensi Servqual Terhadap Loyalitas Pelanggan Dengan Metode Structural Equation Modelling
The research entitled the role of service quality on customer satisfaction and its impact on consumer loyalty in PDAM dobo city is based on problems related to customer satisfaction in this case related to the quality of service that is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of tangibles, responsiveness, reliability, assurance and emphaty on satisfaction and its impact on the loyalty of PDAM Dobo City service users. The population of this study was all PDAM customers in Dobo city with a sample of 98 respondents. Data collection method with questionnaire method The analysis test tool used is SmartPLS v.3.2.7 with the SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) analysis method. The results of this study show that the servqual dimension has a positive and significant effect on consumer loyalty and the satisfaction variable has been proven to mediate the relationship between the influence of the servqual dimension on the loyalty of service users in PDAM Dobo city
