    Analysis of the Logistics Component of the Economic Security System of Enterprises

    This article examines the analysis of the logistics component of the economic security system of enterprises. The generalized classification of threats on the basis of structuring of spheres and types of logistic activity is carried out. It is established that the logistics system is an adaptive, purposeful and structurally organized system with high organizational and integration and information and communication potential aimed at managing the logistics flows of the logistics entity to ensure the development of its economic security system

    Effective communication of Ukrainian medical opinion leaders in social network

    The article deals with the analysis of effective communication of Ukrainian opinion leaders in social media. In Ukraine, the use of social networking sites Facebook and Instagram has become widespread. There are also two recognized opinion leaders in the field of health care, Yevhen Komarovskiy and Ulana Suprun. Based on a two-step flow model of communication, the authors investigate how opinion leaders create their Internet content on social networks and establish communication with the audience. The study uses qualitative and quantitative research methods, which allow for reproducing the overall scheme of building the opinion leaders' internet content. The features of Ukrainian opinion leaders' effective communication with the audience were determined by specifying content distribution technologies, specifying formats for presenting information as well as identify the subject of messages, selecting out hashtags. According to the results of the study, opinion leaders use different channels of communication with the audience, and patients (own website, a YouTube channel, participation in media projects). Their activities in social networks Instagram and Facebook are confirmed by the regular posting and communication with other users, encouraging feedback. Opinion leaders in the medical field apply the following technologies to create a positive image and maintain credibility among the audience: minimizing messages about private life; creating a column about breaking down health stereotypes; spreading medical innovations; quality visual content; hyperlinks to their other channels; use and creating hashtags; simple and clear advice to their patients

    Research of Satisfaction of Quality of Educational Results from the Viewpoint of Education Services Consumers

    The purpose of the research was to prepare recommendations for the academic philosophy and academic teaching community on achievement of a high degree of satisfaction with the quality of educational results in humanities (with philosophy taken as an example) among students of non-humanities professions. For this purpose, we have studied the phenomenon of satisfaction with the quality of the educational results in the Ukrainian market of education services. The research was carried out since November 2018 till March 2020. In our work, we relied on theoretical and practical conclusions of American, European and Ukrainian researchers of the phenomenon of satisfaction with education services. The research interest of our multidisciplinary team was focused on specific aspects of teaching at the technical and medical higher educational institutions in Odessa, Ukraine. The theoretical aspect of the work is focused on clarification of the concepts of “educational results”, “quality of the educational results”, “practice orientation” in teaching philosophy for non-humanities professions (marine engineers, healthcare workers, etc.). The empirical part of the work is important for improvement of the educational programs in the area of humanities taught at non-humanities higher education institutions in order to enhance their quality and competitive ability in the market of education services. This work resulted in formulation of recommendations for the academic philosophers and academic teacher community and stakeholders (owners of education services), students of non-philosophical professions with possibility of their integration into the education services provision process

    Objective:The objective of this study is to assess the principal features of professional and personal training for future preschool education specialists in crisis situations, outline the forms of training, and analyze the viewpoints of future specialists and their educators on the practical aspects of this issue.Theoretical framework:The study builds upon existing theoretical frameworks related to professional and personal training for educators, crisis situations in the field of education, and the specific context of preschool education.Method:The research employs methods such as analysis, synthesis, generalization of information, and the analytical and bibliographic approach. An online survey is conducted to gather practical insights into the training of future preschool education specialists in crisis conditions. Results and conclusion:The findings of the research shed light on the principal features of professional and personal training for future preschool education specialists in crisis situations. The study highlights various forms of training that are effective in preparing specialists to navigate crises. The analysis of survey results provides valuable insights into the perspectives of future specialists and their educators regarding the most significant practical aspects of training in crisis conditions.Implications of the research:The study's findings have several implications for the field of preschool education. It emphasizes the importance of incorporating crisis preparedness and management into the training curriculum for future preschool education specialists. This can help them develop the necessary skills and knowledge to handle various crisis situations effectively. Originality/value:This study contributes to the existing body of knowledge by specifically focusing on professional and personal training for future preschool education specialists in crisis situations.
