Kedudukan Qiyas Sebagai Sumber Dalil Hukum Syara’ dan Problematikanya

Abstrak Penelitian ini merupakan kaijian konseptual atau kepustakaan yang menelaah dari beberapa literatur atau referensi yang relevan dan mutaakhir. Peniliti di sini mencoba menganalisis dari bebera referensi tersebut sehingga menghasilkan hasil penelitian yang berbeda dengan penelitian relevan yang dilakukan sebelumnya oleh beberapa ahli. Secara garis besar ulama sepakat bahwa sumber dalil hukum syara’ ada dua, yaitu al-Quran dan al-Hadis. Selain kedua sumber tersebut kedudukan sebagai sumber dalil hukum syara’ terjadi perbedaan pendapat di antara para ulama usul fiqih, seperti Qiyas, Ijma’ istihsan, maslahah mursalah dan Qaul Sahabi. Para ulama yang menolak qiyas seperti ulama kalam Mukatazilah dan ulama fiqh Zhahiriyah, demikian juga ulama Syi’ah menolak qiyas ushuli dengan alasan yang berbeda tetapi menerima qiyas manthiqi. Alasan penolakan mereka di samping dalil-dalil disebutkann di atas adalah argumen bahwa qiyas ushuli adalah kebenaran yang dihasilkannya hanya bersifat spekulatif oleh karena itu kebenarannya tidak kuat.   &nbsp

Al-Ghazali's Thought About Sufistic Education Character in The Book Minhajul Abidin

Education character has become an important issue in the world of education lately, with the increasing and varied phenomena of moral decadence occurring in society and in government circles, especially among students. The government pays less attention to fostering education character. The government is more focused on continuous curriculum reform. This condition will get worse if the government, parents and schools or madrasah receive less serious attention. Sufistic education character is an important approach to be applied to overcome these moral decadency phenomena. Therefore, this study aims to provide alternative solutions in realizing children's education character both in the family environment, school environment and social environment. In addition, in this study the author offers several concepts of education character with the Sufistic character of al-Ghazali as in the book of Mohajul Abidin: first, preserving the eyes. Impact of Returns Time Dependency on the Estimation of Extreme Market Risk

The estimation of Value-at-Risk generally used models assuming independence. However, financial returns tend to occur in clusters with time dependency. In this paper we study the impact of negligence of returns dependency in market risk assessment. The main methods which take into account returns dependency to assess market risk are: Declustering, Extremal index and Time series-Extreme Value The- ory combination. Results shows an important reduction of the estimation error under dependency assumption. For real data, methods which take into account returns dependency have generally the best performances.Value-at-Risk, Market risk, Dependency, Declustering, Extremal index, Time Series-EVT Combination.

Hukum dan Sistem Demokrasi; Telaah Kajian Dalam Konsep al-Syura

Alquran contains the order for deliberation, but it does not clearly explain the deliberation system. This article investigates several hadiths concerning al-Shura, the Prophet's deliberation practices, the issues discussed, and who to consult. The normative approach is used in this study, with a focus on the concept of Al-Shura and comparative democracy. The purpose of this article is to compare Islamic discourse and the concept of deliberation with Western-style democracy. Deliberation is one of the values of constitutional political ethics in the life of an Islamic state, according to this article. Similarly, there is a significant distinction between Western-style democracy and delusional democracy.Keywords: Law; Democracy; Al-Shura Abstrak:Perintah musyawarah terdapat dalam Alquran, namun tidak menjelaskan sistem bermusyawarah secara jelas. Artikel ini mengupas  beberapa hadits yang berhubungan dengan al-Syura, praktek-praktek musyawarah Rasulullah Saw, persoalan-persoalan yang dimusyawarahkan serta dengan siapa bermusyawarah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan normatif dengan fokus pembahasan pada analisa konsep Al-Syura dan demokrasi secara komparatif. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk membandingkan wacana dan konsep musyawarah dalam Islam dan demokrasi ala barat. Artikel ini menemukan bahwa musyawarah merupakan salah satu nilai etika politik yang konstitusional dalam kehidupan negara Islam. Demikian pula terdapat perbedaan yang cukup signifikan antara demokrasi ala Barat dengan musyawarah dalam Islam.Kata kunci: Hukum; Demokrasi; Al-Syur

Parental Communication Style And Adolescent Intrapersonal Variables: Associations With Academic Achievement

The current study was an exploration of the role of the microsystem predictor of parental communication style as well as various intrapersonal factors on academic achievement. Previous research has not extensively explored the variable of parental communication style nor has it extensively studied the influence of this combination of variables on high school student’s academic achievement. Participants in this study were 226 high school students. The students were from schools in the mid-west. Goal orientation, parental communication style, and autonomy support emerged as factors, which significantly explained variance in student academic achievement. The demographic variables of school, ethnicity, and grade also emerged as factors, which did so. These findings are discussed, along with their implications

OPTIMIZATION OF PID CONTROLLER PARAMETERS USING ARTIFICIAL FISH SWARM ALGORITHM

This Final Year Project is preceded on the topic named “The Optimization of PID Control Parameters Using Artificial Fish Swarm Algorithm”. The background of the topic is presented in the Introduction chapter that describes on PID controllers. The Literature Review chapter thoroughly describes the Idea of Swarm Intelligence and Swarm Optimization. In methodology, the mathematical model of the algorithm is briefly described. For the Analysis and Discussion the PID Pressure Control Plant is used. Its simulation in MATLAB Simulink along with its block diagram is presented in the Results and discussions sections. The results found in the study shows that the optimization is valid and effective

PENGARUH METODE COOPERATIVE INTEGRATED READING AND COMPOSITION (CIRC) TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR MENULIS TEKS ULASAN KELAS VIII MTS AL-MUSTHOFA TAHUN AJARAN 2017/2018

Kurikulum 2013 yang berlaku pada pembelajaran adalah kurikulum berbasis teks. Untuk menuangkan suatu ide ke dalam bentuk teks diperlukan ketrampilan menulis yang cukup.Berdasar hasil wawancara dengan pendidik mata pelajaran Bahasa dan Sastra Indonesia kelas VIII di MTs Al-Musthofa Mojokerto menunjukkan bahwa pencapaian kompetensi menulis teks ulasan peserta didik kelas VIII kurang optimal. Dalam upaya membelajarkan peserta didik menulis teks ulasan, metode CIRC dapat digunakan atau bisa menjadi solusi metode pengajaran bagi pendidik. Hal itu disebabkan CIRC merupakan komposisi terpadu antara membaca dan menulis secara kooperatif-kelompok. CIRC adalah jenis pembelajaran cooperative learning, yaitu suatu pembelajaran yang menggunakan semua jenis kerja kelompok yang lebih dipimpin dan diarahkan oleh pendidik. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian eksperimen dengan jenis Quasi Experimental Design. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas VIII di MTs Al-Musthofa Mojokerto. Sampel penelitian ini adalah kelas VIII B dan C. Kelas VIII B sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas VIII C sebagai kelas kontrol. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu observasi, tes dan angket. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dengan menggunakan perhitungan uji signifikansi menggunakan uji-t. Pada perhitungan hasil T0 = 3,8, db = 60. Dengan db 60 diperoleh ttabel pada ts-0,05 = 1,67 dan ts-0,01 = 2,39, karena t yang diperoleh dalam perhitungan, yaitu t0 = 3,8 lebih besar dari ttabel baik pada taraf siginifikansi 0,05 maupun pada taraf signifikansi 0,01. Karena t hitung menunjukkan lebih besar dari ttabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa metode Cooperative Integrated Reading and Composition (CIRC) dapat memengaruhi kemampuan menulis peserta didik kelas VIII MTs. Formulasi Kebijakan Program Banyuwangi Hijau, dalam Mewujudkan Pengelolaan Sampah Berkelanjutan (Studi di Desa Bunder, Kecamatan Kabat)

Background: The high volume of waste in Banyuwangi Regency, which reaches 1,245 tons every day, is a serious threat and needs to be addressed through alternative waste management programs. Household waste and low public awareness are major contributors to the waste pile. The Banyuwangi Regency Government through the green Banyuwangi program is expected to be the most up-to-date solution for sustainable waste management. Research Objectives: To find out how the policy formulation of the Banyuwangi green program, within the Bunder Village Government, Kabat District. Research Methods: Using qualitative methods, by conducting field survey activities and in-depth interviews with actors who play an active role in the Banyuwangi Hijau program, and program triggering documents that explain the participation of Bunder Village community. Research Results: The Banyuwangi Hijau program is a very cheap and aligned program, so that it gets high community participation, gets subsidies from the Banyuwangi Regency APBD & the proceeds from the sale of waste sorting, and the program is regulated independently in two Bunder Village Regulations compiled jointly with the Environmental Service (DLH) and the Village Consultative Body (BPD), as well as BUMDes as the body that collects fees and provides services

Implementasi Literasi dan Motivasi Membaca Siswa Di SMKN I Omben Sampang

Abstrak: Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan datanya menggunakan observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Dalam pemilihan sumber data menggunakan purposive sampling karena pertimbangan tertentu. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, bahwa: Pertama, motivasi baca siswa SMKN 1 Omben masih tergolong rendah, yang disebabkan oleh banyak faktor, yaitu: faktor letak geografis (pedesaan); paradigma orang tua termasuk masyarakat pada umumnya; orang tua perantau (TKI/TKW); kurangnya kesadaran siswa; kurangnya hubungan atau kerjasama antara orang tua dengan sekolah; pengaruh perkembangan teknologi. Kedua, ada dua peran guru dalam meningkatkan motivasi baca siswa: peran sebagai motivator dan peran sebagai fasilitator, guru memberikan atau menyediakan berbagai fasilitas yang dapat memudahkan siswa dalam proses belajar. Ketiga, implementasi literasi sebagai kegiatan yang wajib untuk berkunjung ke perpustkaan sekolah selama 35 menit sesuai dengan jadwal yang sudah ditentukan oleh pihak pengelola perpustakaan. Tujuannya untuk menumbuhkan kesadaran siswa tentang pentingnya membaca dan untuk menambah wawasan ilmu pengetahuan.Kata Kunci: Motivasi, membaca, Literasi Abstract:This research uses a qualitative approach. The data collection method uses observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. In selecting data sources using purposive sampling because of certain considerations. Based on the results of the study, that: First, the motivation to read SMKN 1 Omben students is still relatively low, which is caused by many factors, namely: geographical location factors (rural); the paradigm of parents including society in general; immigrant parents (TKI/TKW); lack of student awareness; lack of relationship or cooperation between parents and school; the influence of technological development. Second, there are two roles of the teacher in increasing students' reading motivation: the role of a motivator and the role of a facilitator, the teacher providing or providing various facilities that can facilitate students in the learning process. Third, the implementation of literacy as a mandatory activity to visit the school library for 35 minutes in accordance with the schedule determined by the library manager. THE REVITALIZATION OF THE WEST PADEMAWU VILLAGE MARKET, BECOME A THEMATIC MARKET

The new village market that was built in Pademawu Barat Village, Pademawu District, is not yet fully able to compete with the traditional markets that were running earlier. The inability to compete, includes, the level of visits to the market is low, the income of market management is low, so that the people don't want to visit the village market. The Village Government prefers the important thing to build a physical market, rather than presentations on the future of the Village market. From these problems, researchers want to encourage the realization of thematic markets. As a result, the average community agreed that the market should be used as a thematic market. With the hope, the number of visitors can increase. The method in this research is to use a qualitative descriptive research method
