    Association of Development Disparity, Economic Growth on Poverty in South Sulawesi Province

    The problem of regional development disparity, economic growth and poverty has always been a strategic issue in regional development. Although the direction of the association differs in each region depending on trends in regional development disparity, economic growth and poverty. The purpose of this research is to analyze the association of development disparity between regions, the rate of economic growth to poverty in South Sulawesi Province, with period 2004 – 2019. This study used simple linear regression analysis. The result study is the level of regional development disparity is significant and positively associated with the poverty rate in South Sulawesi. The rate of economic growth has a significant negative association with the poverty rate in South Sulawesi. The variable that has the greatest association with the poverty rate in South Sulawesi Province is the variable of development disparit

    The Innovation Structuring of street vendors In Maros regency (supervised by Deddy T. Tikson and Hasniati). This study aims to analyze the results of innovation structuring of street vendors in Maros Regency based on the criteria of the United Nations (UN). This research was conducted in Culinary Area of ​​No Wave Beach of Maros Regency. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach with a focus on innovation results from the arrangement of street vendors in Maros regency. There is also a research design used is case study (case study). The result of the research shows that the innovation of street vendors in Maros Regency based on criterion of United Nations (UN) is less successful. This was because of the 6 indicators, 1 indicator that partnership is not met because there was no professional cooperation either government, private or banking. 4 less effective indicators that sustainability was not working well because there was no special regulation governing culinary areas, innovation indicators in local and transferable contexts did not provide specific publications related to secondary data as well as special information related to street vendors in the area of ​​culinary beaches and non- other areas were still difficult to adopt the concept in applied. Indicators of gender equality and social exclusion because they had not demonstrated traditional special food and local wisdom in the arrangement of street hawkers, although gender and local wisdom were not contradictory and indicators of leadership and community empowerment due to governor commitment were not accompanied by clear policies and lack of merchant empowerment concepts a clear five foot post relocation. The indicators that become the strength of this innovation was the impact. Impact indicators provide benefits for both street vendors, government and the environment.

    Hubungan Kompetensi dan Disiplin Kerja Terhadap Kinerja Pegawai

    Beberapa permasalahan ASN di Kabupaten Merauke adalah nilai kinerja (SKP) setiap tahunnya  menurun, penempatan pegawai yang tidak sesuai dengan kompetensinya, ketidaksesuaian pendidikan dengan uraian tugas yang dibebankan, dan tingkat kehadiran pegawai pada jam kerja yang kurang.Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah  untuk menjelaskan hubungan antara kompetensi dan disiplin kerja dengan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Merauke. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan analisis bivariat yaitu korelasi Somers’d dan pengolahannya menggunakan bantuan sofware SPSS 21. Populasi dalam penelitan ini adalah meliputi seluruh pegawai di Pemerintah Daerah Kabupaten Merauke yaitu sejumlah 5.453 orang. Untuk Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini ditentukan menggunakan menggunakan rumus slovin yaitu sejumlah 372 responden. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan bahwa kompetensi secara signifikan terdapat asosiasi yang kuat dengan kinerja pegawai di Kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Merauke. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa  ketika kompetensi pegawai semakain baik maka akan kinerja pegawai juga semakin baik, dan disiplin kerja secara signifikan terdapat asosiasi yang kuat dengan kinerja pegawai  di  Kantor Pemerintah Kabupaten Merauke.     The Implementation of Indonesia Gold Program For Youth and Sports Ministry of the Republic Of Indonesia

    ABSTRACT: In general, sports achievements of Indonesia have not revealed encouraging results, and tend to lag behind from their Asia regional peers. The goal of this study is to describe the implementation of Indonesia Gold Program for sports achievements at the international level, by analyzing the supporting and resisting variables in implementing the program and modify it. The research data collected from the informants in Jakarta at Youth and Sports Ministry (KEMENPORA), KOI, KONI, Executive Board of PRIMA, PRIMA Acting Force, Board sports and sports stakeholders. This study was a qualitative research using the case study method and explanatory descriptive analysis focusing on Indonesian Gold Program. This study succeed to find about the implementation of Indonesia Gold Program at the Ministry of Youth and Sports of the Republic of Indonesia categorized less successful, because the variables studied were communication, resources, attitudes, bureaucratic structure, environment, size and destination, politics, funding, and recruitment does not synergize well with each other , where the resistor variables more dominant than the support variables for the success of the program , so that the program implementation is not effective.
