Kapitola je zaměřena na zbraně v profesní obraně. Rozebírá zákonné podmínky pro držení a nošení palných zbraní, okolnosti získání zbrojního průkazu, mýty a fakta o zbraních a bezpečnou manipulaci. Součástí je i základ výcviku se zbraněmi.The chapter is focused on weapons in the professional defense. There are analyzed the legal requirements for the possession and carrying of firearms, circumstances obtaining firearms license, myths and facts about guns and safe handling. Pevnostní kontrola klanice oplenu

The paper is focused on assessment of strength of the stanchion of the bunk. It describes measurements of the specimen consists of two bunks to answer distribution of forces along stanchion and its increase during inclination of the specimen about 30°. For better understanding of force distribution along stanchion more measurements with pure loading up logs in the specimen were performed too. Results of experiments were subsequently used as inputs for setting the load for analyses. For determination of strength of the stanchion construction was used FEM. Parts of stanchions were subjected to both static linear and nonlinear analysis.Článek se zabývá hodnocením zatížení klanice oplenu. Popisuje měření vzorku sestávajícího se ze dvou oplenů, jehož cílem bylo nalézt rozložení sil podél klanice a jejich zvýšení během naklápění až k hodnotě 30°. Pro lepší pochopení silového rozložení podél klanice bylo rovněž provedeno více měření s pouhým naložením vzorku dřevní kulatinou. Výsledky z experimentů byly následně použity jako vstupní zatížení pro analýzy. Pro stanovení odolnosti konstrukce byla použita metoda MKP. Části klanice byly podrobeny jak statické lineární, tak i nelineární analýze
