The pedagogic monitoring in the professional educational performance
Los resultados de la investigaci贸n que presentamos demuestran la influencia del monitoreo pedag贸gico en el desempe帽o profesional de los docentes. Inicialmente se elabor贸, valid贸 y utiliz贸 una ficha de registro del monitoreo, que permiti贸 comparar el desempe帽o profesional de los docentes con un est谩ndar previsto. La evaluaci贸n constantepropici贸 la influencia del monitoreo en el desempe帽o de los docentes;con la simple exigencia de los deberes el desempe帽o docente mejoraba, pero los resultados fueron m谩s alentadores cuando se ejecutaron actividades de acompa帽amiento y asesoramiento pedag贸gico. Los resultados se procesaron de manera grupal e individual, con el fin de obtener datos m谩s 煤tiles y confiables.The results of the investigation that we exhibit beforehand demonstrate the influence of the pedagogic monitoring in the professional performance of the teachers. Initially it was elaborated, validated and used a card of record of the monitoring, which allowed to compare the professional performance of the teachers with a foreseen standard. The constant evaluation propitiated the influence of the monitoring in the performance of the teachers; with the simple exigency of the duties the educational performance was improving, but the results were more encouraging when there were executed activities of accompaniment and pedagogic advice. The results were processed in groups and individually, in order to obtain more useful and reliable information
