КЛИНИКО-ПАТОМОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ МИЕЛОФИБРОЗА ПРИ МНОЖЕСТВЕННОЙ МИЕЛОМЕ

Pathomorphology study of bone marrow fibrosis in patients with multiple myeloma by using morphometric image analysis software was performed. It was revealed that bone marrow fibrosis occurs 1.5 times more frequently in relapse of disease than in the initial presentation of the disease and in response to chemotherapy. The highest relative area of fibrous tissue in marrow fibrosis of 2nd and 3rd grade is observed in relapsed multiple myeloma. There is a direct correlation between the relative area of the tumor tissue in the bone marrow and the relative area of fibrous tissue in bone marrow fibrosis of the 1st and the 2nd grade. Chemotherapy is a factor associated with bone marrow fibrosis of the 2nd and the 3rd grade. Gender and age of the patients are not associated with marrow fibrosis.Проведено патоморфологическое исследование миелофиброза (МФ) у пациентов с множественной миеломой путём использования программы морфометрического анализа изображений. Выявлено, что МФ встречается в 1,5 раза чаще при рецидиве заболевания, чем в дебюте и при ответе на химиотерапию. Наиболее высокая относительная площадь фиброзной ткани при МФ II и III степеней наблюдается при рецидиве множественной миеломы. Обнаружена прямая корреляция между относительной площадью опухолевой ткани в костном мозге и относительной площадью фиброзной ткани при МФ I и II степеней. У больных с рецидивом заболевания чаще выявляется миелофиброз II и III степеней. Частота и степень выраженности миелофиброза не связаны с полом и возрастом пациентов

SUSY vertex algebras and supercurves

This article is a continuation of math.QA/0603633 Given a strongly conformal SUSY vertex algebra V and a supercurve X we construct a vector bundle V_X on X, the fiber of which, is isomorphic to V. Moreover, the state-field correspondence of V canonically gives rise to (local) sections of these vector bundles. We also define chiral algebras on any supercurve X, and show that the vector bundle V_X, corresponding to a SUSY vertex algebra, carries the structure of a chiral algebra.Comment: 50 page

Correlation between actual nutrition and lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense parameters in aged 14–17 years adolescents living in rural area

The aim of the study was to reveal the relationship between the parameters of actual nutrition and the lipid peroxidation and antioxidant defense system in adolescents aged 14–17 in a rural area. Material and methods. 76 adolescents aged 14–17 of the Irkutsk region were examined by the cross-sectional study method. Actual nutrition was studied by the 24-hour nutrition reproduction method. The content of substrates with unsaturated double bonds (DB), diene conjugates (DC), ketodienes and conjugated trienes (KD and CT), thiobarbituric acid reacting species (TBARS), α-tocopherol, retinol, reduced (GSH) and oxidized glutathione (GSSG), total blood antioxidant activity (TAA), superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity in blood by spectrophotometry and fluorometry methods were analyzed. Results. The adolescents’ diet did not meet the principles of a balanced diet – there was reduced protein intake, an imbalance of unsaturated fatty acids, A, C, D, B vitamins deficiency. An excessive element in the diet was sodium. The content of substrates with DB, KD and CT and TBARS increased significantly in the studied group of adolescents, the concentration of DC decreased. Parameters of antioxidant defense both decreased (TAA, retinol content) and increased (α-tocopherol, GSH concentration). Correlation analysis showed relationships between DB and vitamin B1, B2 content; DC level and calories, carbohydrate and vitamin B1 content; concentration of KD and CT and fats, TAA and vitamin A and β-carotene level; level of α-tocopherol in blood and vitamin E in food; GSH and vitamin K; SOD activity and vitamin H content. Multiple negative correlations were between GSSG and fat, vitamins B1, B9, C, K food concentration were found.Conclusions. The calculated vitamin consumption indicators allow to reveal nutritional deviations in adolescents and to connect them with the real provision of the body with these metabolites

КЛИНИКО-МОРФОЛОГИЧЕСКОЕ ИССЛЕДОВАНИЕ МИЕЛОФИБРОЗА ПРИ ХРОНИЧЕСКОМ МИЕЛОЛЕЙКОЗЕ

Pathomorphology study of marrow fibrosis in patients with chronic myeloid leukemia was carried out using morphometric image analysis software. It was revealed that every second patient had myelofibrosis. The initial and expressed myelofibrosis occur at approximately the same frequency, and their combination is observed more often. Myelofibrosis is more common in the accelerated-phase and blast crisis that in the chronicphase. It was found a direct correlation between the relative area of fibrous tissue in initial and expression myelofibrosis and the number of megakaryocytes, the number of dwarf megakaryocytes in the bone marrow trephine biopsy. The relative area of fibrous tissue in initial and expression myelofibrosis directly correlates with the percentage of blasts in myelogram, the percentage of blasts in the bone marrow trephine biopsy and the percentage of blasts in the peripheral blood in the accelerated phase and blast crisis. The prevalence of both initial and expressed myelofibrosis regardless of the phase of chronic myeloid leukemia directly correlated with the duration of the disease. Expressed myelofibrosis associates with the chemotherapy regardless of the phase of chronic myeloid leukemia. Initial myelofibrosis with the chemotherapy is not connected. Gender and age of the patients are not associated with marrow fibrosПроведено клинико-морфологическое исследование пациентов с хроническим миелолейкозом. Распространенность миелофиброза в трепанобиоптатах изучена с помощью разработанной компьютерной программы анализа изображений. Установлено, что миелофиброз развивается у половины обследованных пациентов. Начальный и выраженный миелофиброз встречаются примерно с одинаковой частотой, а их сочетание наблюдается чаще. В фазе акселерации и фазе бластного криза миелофиброз встречается чаще, чем в хронической фазе. В хронической фазе обнаружена прямая корреляция между относительной площадью фиброзной ткани при начальном миелофиброзе и выраженном миелофиброзе и числом мегакариоцитов, числом карликовых мегакариоцитов в трепанобиоптате. В фазе акселерации и фазе бластного криза относительная площадь фиброзной ткани при начальном и выраженном миелофиброзе прямо коррелирует с процентным содержанием бластов в миелограмме, процентным содержанием бластов в трепанобиоптате подвздошной кости и процентным содержанием бластов в периферической крови. Вне зависимости от фазы хронического миелолейкоза распространенность как начального, так и выраженного миелофиброза прямо коррелирует с продолжительностью заболевания. Наличие выраженного миелофиброза вне зависимости от фазы хронического миелолейкоза ассоциировано с применением химиотерапии. Начальный миелофиброз с фактом применения химиотерапии не связан. Возраст и пол не являются факторами, взаимосвязанными с миелофиброзом.

К ВЫБОРУ ИСТОЧНИКА ТЕПЛОСНАБЖЕНИЯ МОБИЛЬНОГО СТРОИТЕЛЬНОГО СООРУЖЕНИЯ

The paper proposes a vortex heat generator with energy transformation of the highest  state  of matter motion  into  the  lowest  one  as  a  heat  supply  source  for a mobile object. Energy transformation coefficient indices close or equal to 1 have been obtained as a result of experiments on efficiency of the vortex heat generator.
