Impacts for m-Internet applications and perspectives in agriculture
Mobile communication and the mobile Internet can provide important opportunities,
economic advantages for enterprises end organisations and support their more efficient
operating as they can use it anytime and anywhere.
We can make their wide spread usage, innovation effect and advantages economical way if
we consider the effect system of technologies and services. The technological, social and
economical complex effect system puts pressure on spreading of business applications. The
types of applicable equipment are increasing.
There can be found four player groups according to social aspects: manufacturers, enterprises,
customers and workers. The Internet technology and the Internet network have become
essential communication tools in business processes recently. Using the Internet by means of
mobile appliances increases the possibilities.
If we study the business process the expenses, advantages, disadvantages can be seen well.
Nowadays these applications are more and more successful in the following areas such as in
agriculture, in different parts of food industry, in extension services, precision agriculture,
logistics
Mobile Internet in Agriculture (Hajdú-Bihar) Survery
For the purpose of analyzing mobile Internet user expectations we have gone through a
series of structured interviews. There are two parts of this analysis: we have talked with experts and
farmers. In this paper we present the results of the survey conducted in July and August 2006, based
on interviews with the experts. Experts are more or less aware of the technology (and related services)
but neither at the workplace, nor at home do they use it. Some progress can be seen, but it is slow and
in many areas (for example having an own website, keeping touch through Internet) there is much to
learn and advance

be stated that the international and the Hungarian development tendencies of the mobile
Internet, the RTD Programmes of EU help the wide-spread use of mobile services. The
rapid development of the Hungarian domestic mobile market over the last years is the
basis for the wide spread use of new broadband mobile services and applications. This
system can contribute to the development of agriculture, enterprises and rural areas and
can support production, commerce, services and product tracing. But for successful

Development tools for mobile devices in market price information systems
There are already several applications on mobile devices that can be useful in agriculture. For example:
GPS-enabled map software, individual cattle identification and tracking software and even complex
agricultural systems. These are just beginning to spread in the Hungarian agrifood sector. The possibility
of using for agribusiness of mobile internet and mobile tools is increasing. Mobile tools are really suitable
for tasks like inspecting the evolution of prices of agricultural products. One of our application
development is a mobile extension to access the Market Price Information System run by the Hungarian
Agricultural Economics Research Institute. The accessibility of information demanded by market actors
can be ensured effectively by using mobile tools. The biggest limitation for PDA is screen size. If it is
getting smaller from full screen to PDA-sized and yet further to mobile phone dimensions, user
performance drops. The main reason for this is that smaller screens make it more difficult for a user to
make good judgements about the usefulness of any particular information. The development methods and
tools help us to solve one part of these problems
Video in e-learning systems
The world is changing rapidly in the field of multimedia and it is inevitable to prepare to
use and utilize the new teaching method. This is specifically true in the case of the use of educational
films both as video and also using such video on the Internet. Our first task is to decide whether the
development of material will be an independent film or a part of an e-learning course. In both cases
the method of construction is different. The next step is to select the target group of the film. There is a
wide scale of possible viewers or participants (who must have a certain level of basic knowledge) and
also handicapped people should be able to use the results. The final product ought to be acceptable for
e-learning and distance-learning as well. Using the information technology in education is general and
the present being of the e-learnig is part of this fact. We can use e-learning effectively only if the
system is filled up with electronic educational material. The most effective ones are the multimediamaterials.
The effectiveness of the multimedia-material can be improved with the application of video
Comparison of Moodle and ATutor LMSs
E-learning is a technology that plays an important role in modern education and training.
Its great importance lies in the fact that it makes learning content readily available at any place at any
time. This paper examines and evaluates two of current systems Moodle and ATutor. The main aim of
this paper is to identify the aspects of theese LMS systems, examine their functional features, modules,
standards, hardware and software requirements, and compare them
3D HEART SIMULATION AND ANALYSIS
This paper presents a new way to solve the inverse problem of
electrocardiography in terms of heart model parameters. The developed event
estimation and recognition method is based on an optimization system of
heart model parameters. An ANN-based preliminary ECG analyzer system has
been created to reduce the searching space of the optimization algorithm.
The optimal model parameters were determined by minimizing the objective
functions, as relations of the observed and model-generated body surface
ECGs. The final evaluation results, validated by physicians were about
86\% correct. Starting from the fact that input ECGs contained various
malfunction cases, such as Wolff-Parkinson-White (WPW) syndrome, atrial and
ventricular fibrillation, these results suggest that this approach provides
a robust inverse solution, circumventing most of the difficulties of the ECG
inverse problem
