STRUCTURE OF Ni-ZrO2 COMPOSITES PRODUCED BY ION-BEAM DEPOSITION

The Ni-ZrO2 composites with different nickel concentrations were obtained by ion-beam sputtering. With the use of a composite target the deposition of samples with different nickel concentrations was carried out in the same deposition process. The composite structure of the studied films was confirmed by X-ray diffraction and resistivity measurements.Работа выполнена при поддержке гранта РФФИ № 16-42-360778 р_а

    MULTILAYER Mg/NbO NANOSTRUCTURES

Multilayer (Mg/NbO)82 nanostructure has been obtained by ion-beam sputtering of two targets and subsequent deposition on the rotating substrate. Thickness of each layer in the obtained structure as well as resistivity dependence on the bilayer thickness have been measured.Работа выполнена при финансовой поддержке РФФИ (проект 15-02-05920)

EFFECT OF ANNEALING ON THE MAGNETORESISTIVE PROPERTIES OF (Co47Fe42Zr11)х(MgF2)100-х COMPOSITES

Magnetic and magnetoresistive properties of (CoFeZr)х(MgF2)100-х thin film composites have been investigated in wide range of metal phase concentration (14 ат.% ≤ х ≤ 52 ат.%). The composites were studied in initial state and after heat treatment at different temperatures up to 350 oC.Работа выполнена при поддержке Министерства науки и высшего образования Российской Федерации (проект № FZGM-2023-0006)

The effect of nitriding at low temperatures on tribological and magnetic properties of austenitic stainless steel

    No full text
yesThe change of the structural and phase composition of the austenitic steel 12Cr18Ni10Ti is stud ied after nitriding in the plasma of a non-self-sustained low-pressure arc discharge at different temperatures. It is shown that, as a result of ion nitriding, it is possible to increase the microhardness and wear resistance of the investigated steelBelgorod State Universit

    MICROHARDNESS OF NI-ZrAlO NANOCOMPOSITE COATINGS

The microhardness (Hk) of the Ni-ZrAlO nanocomposites and effect of annealing in vac-uum and in air on their Hk value were studied. Regardless of the gaseous environment com-position the annealing leads to Hk decrease due to increase of the average size of nickel nanogranules
