APPLICATION OF A GENERALIZED NET MODEL IN THE COMMUNICATION OF TWO INDEPENDENT TRAFFIC IN FACULTY OF TECHNICAL SCIENCES AT KONSTANTIN PRESLAVSKI UNIVERSITY OF SHUMEN
In this paper, а generalized net model providing secure communication of two independent network traffic through ISP1 and ISP2 is presented. Also, a generalized net model modelling the communication process in the computer network of the Faculty of Technical Sciences was developed. The aim of the present study is to improve the Faculty network with generalized net model by providing it with greater efficiency and greater flexibility. The main methods in our research are the method of analysis and synthesis and the method of simulation. The application of generalized net in various fields/aspects of science show the possibilities of the mathematical apparatus for modelling various processes. Romboutsia hominis sp nov., the first human gut-derived representative of the genus Romboutsia, isolated from ileostoma effluent
A Gram-stain-positive, motile, rod-shaped, obligately anaerobic bacterium, designated FRIFIT, was isolated from human ileostoma effluent and characterized. On the basis of 16S rRNA gene sequence similarity, strain FRIFIT was most closely related to the species Romboutsia ilealis CRIBT (97.7 %), Romboutsia lituseburensis DSM 797(T) (97.6 %) and Romboutsia sedimentorum LAM201(T) (96.6 %). The level of DNA-DNA relatedness between strain FRIFIT and R. ilealis CRIBT was 13.9 +/- 3.3% based on DNA-DNA hybridization. Whole genome sequence-based average nucleotide identity between strain FRIFIT and closely related Romboutsia strains ranged from 78.4-79.1 %. The genomic DNA G+C content of strain FRIFIT was 27.8 mol%. The major cellular fatty acids of strain FRIFI T were saturated and unsaturated straight-chain C12-C19 fatty acids as well as cyclopropane fatty acids, with C-16:0 being the predominant fatty acid. The polar lipid profile comprised five phospholipids and six glycolipids. These results, together with differences in phenotypic features, support the proposal that strain FRIFIT represents a novel species within the genus Romboutsia, for which the name Romboutsia hominis sp. nov. is proposed. IMPROVING THE COMPETITIVENES OF TRAINING IN CONTROL AND ANALYSIS THROUGH INTERACTIVE MODELS
Съвременното развитие на информационните технологии оказва съществе-
но влияние върху начините за преподаване, обучение и комуникация. В процеса на глобализация на висшето образование, образователните институции се стремят да утвърждават своите позиции, за да са конкурентоспособни. Този процес неизменно е съпътстван от използване на нови форми и средства за обучение. В разработката е извършено изследване на съвременните методи за преподаване чрез внедряване на дигитални платформи. Проучени са изискванията на практиката за ключовите компетенции, които трябва да притежават специалистите по контрол и анализ. Представени са етапите на конструиране, апробиране и усъвършенстване на уеббазираната интерактивна платформа Moodle.
The development of modern information technologies has a significant impact on teaching, learning and communication. Within the process of globalization of higher education, educational institutions strive to improve their positions in the global educational environment in order to remain competitive. This process invariably includes implementation of new educational forms and methods. The current study reviews the modern teaching methods based on learning management systems. It includes an analysis of the key competences required from the specialists in the field of control and analysis and presents the stages of development, approbation and enhancement of the web-based learning management system Moodle
