KOMPETENSI GURU DALAM MELAKSANAKAN DAN MENGELOLA PROSES BELAJAR MENGAJAR DI PONDOK PESANTREN DARUL MURSYIDI DESA SIALOGO TAPANULI SELATAN
This study discusses the competence of teachers in implementing and managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi. The purposes of this study were to determine the competence of teachers in managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi and to know the efforts of teachers in managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method while the data collection techniques used were interviews, observation and documentation, and the analysis of data by compiling the data, organizing the data, then describing systematically. The results of the competency of teachers in implementing and managing learning in Pon-pes Darul Mursyidi've started well although still have problems, all the planning and implementation process of learning have applied maximally by teachers at Darul Ponpes Mursyidi. Then, the efforts are being made in the establishment of the competency of teachers by suggesting continuing education to a higher level, following the seminars, training, or workshops, and reading relevant books to broaden the knowledge and competence
TEACHER’S STRATEGY IN MANAGING SOCIAL COMPETENCE
Abstract: Teachers are social beings who can not be separated from social life and environment. Therefore, teachers are required to have a social competence that is adequate, especially in relation to education, and not limited to teaching in schools but also to the education occurs and lasts in society. This study specifically discussed how the teachers manage social competence which is one of the main capabilities that must be held by teachers in accordance with the laws of teachers and lecturers, with the expectation that teachers will be capable of functioning himself as a social being in the community and environment, so as to communicate and interact effectively with students, community, and parents. RENCANA STRATEGI PESANTREN SEBAGAI LEMBAGA PENDIDIKAN DI INDONESIA
Islam suffered a setback when confined with taklid and ignored science. When Islam leaves science and experiences stagnation, other nations and nations rise from adversity. Finally, now in some period of time Islam suffered. Therefore it is time for pesantren, madrassas and Islamic schools to lift the fall of the Indonesian people in particular and mankind in general today. The roles of madrassas and scholarship such as Baitul Hikmah in the glory of Islam, which has made significant contributions to the progress of Islam, can be transferred by pesantren, madrasah and Islamic schools to be applied today, so that these three Islamic institutions become science laboratories religious and scientific research activities center.Keywords: Strategic Plan, Pesantren, Educational Institutio
PENINGKATKAN KREATIVITAS MATEATIKA SHOLAT SISWA MELALUI PROBING-PROMPTING LEARNING
Pentingnya pendidikan matematika bukan hanya di sekolah umum tetapi di sekolah pesantren juga perlu mempelajari matematika. Salah satunya pelajaran ibadah materi sholat, ternyata di dalam setiap gerakan sholat ada nilai-nilai matematika. Dimana, gerakan dalam sholat terdiri dari berdiri tegak lurus dan takbiaratul ihram, rukuk, i’tidal, sujud, duduk, dan salam. Gerakan Sholat ini sendiri bila diperhatikan memiliki bentuk-bentuk sudut pada mata pelajaran trigonometri. Tujuan dalam penelitian untuk mengetahui Peningkatkan Kreativitas Matematika Sholat Siswa melalui Probing-Prompting Learning. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini dilakukan di MAS Pondok Pesantren K. H. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok. Subjek penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI MAS Pondok Pesantren K. H. Ahmad Dahlan Sipirok yang berjumlah 25 orang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah tes, angket dan observasi, alat pengumpulan data yaitu lembar tes, lembar angket dan lembar observasi. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini ialah analisis data tes, analisis angket, analisis hasil observasi aktivitas siswa, dan analisis hasil observasi kinerja guru. Berdasarkan perhitungan yang dilakukan terdapat hasil angket kreativitas siswa pada siklus I dengan rata-rata persentase sebesar 59,70% sedangkan rata-rata persentase siklus II sebesar 81,50% dengan peningkatan rata-rata persentase sebesar 21,80%. Dilihat dari hasil tes kemampuan kreativitas matematika siswa pada siklus I dengan persentase 70,64% sedangkan siklus II persentase sebesar 87,20% dengan peningkatan persentase sebesar 16,56%. Hasil observasi aktivitas siswa pada siklus I rata-rata persentase sebesar 69,50% sedangkan rata-rata persentase siklus II sebesar 80,60% dengan peningkatan rata-rata persentase sebesar 11,10%. Hasil observasi kinerja guru pada siklus I rata-rata persentase sebesar 67,05% sedangkan pada siklus II rata-rata persentase sebesar 89,77% dengan peningkatan rata-rata persentase sebesar 22,72%. This study discusses the principal's management in improving the quality of education in midle school Muhammadiyah 29 Padangsidimpuan. The purpose of this study is to find out how the planning and implementation of school principals in improving the quality of education in midle school Muhammadiyah 29 Padangsidimpuan. The type of this research is qualitative descriptive by using interview, observation, and documentation as data collection. Analyze data by compiling data, managing data, then describing it systematically. The result of the principal's management in improving the quality of education at midle school Muhammadiyah 29 Padangsidimpuan is the principal conducting meetings to plan the annual program, then the results of the meeting will be socialized to teachers, students, parents and school committees, then in improving the quality of principals' Activities such as: pengajian, muhadarah by presenting ustadz, practice of prayer, then familiarize the students to be close to the Qur'an by doing activities one day one verse of a verse done in rotation and in reading every morning apple. BIMBINGAN BELAJAR GRATIS BAGI SISWA KURANG MAMPU DI DESA SIALOGO KABUPATEN TAPANULI SELATAN
Program Kemitraan Masyarakat (PKM) ini membahas tentang bimbingan belajar gratis untuk siswa kurang mampu di desa huta padang kecamatan Padangsidimpuan Tenggara. Tujuan dari PKM ini adalah memberikan pembelajaran tambahan untuk siswa yang kurang mampu secara gratis serta membantu siswa mengulang pembelajaran yang dipelajari mereka di sekolah. Jumlah Peserta pada PKM ini sebanyak 20 orang anak-anak tingkat SD yang tergolong kurang mampu. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Sialogo Kabupaten Tapanuli Selatan. Metode pelaksanaan yang dilakukan ialah berupa bimbingan belajar yang dilaksanakan selama 2 bulan. Hasil dari bimbingan belajar ini salah satunya sambutan positif dari orangtua peserta serta antusias anak-anak mengikuti bimbingan belajar dari awal hingga berakhirnya bimbingan belajar. Serta para anak-anak sudah mampu menyelesaikan soal pekerjaan rumah tanpa harus berdebat dengan orangtua. Sehingga anak-anak trus meningkatkan mutu belajarnya di rumah. Luaran yang dihasilkan dari kegiatan bimbingan belajar bratis ini ialah (1) Jurnal yang ber ISSN. (2) Jasa dari kegiatan bimbingan belajar gratis ini dapat memberikan tambahan pengetahuan pererta serta dapat membantu anak-anak trus belajar di rumah tanpa harus adanya teguran dari orangtua masing-masing.

IMPLEMENTASI KEGIATAN EKSTRAKURIKULER KEAGAMAAN DALAM MENINGKATKAN PRESTASI NON AKADEMIK SISWA KELAS XI MAN 1 MANDAILING NATAL
Penelitian ini merupakan kajian terhadap Implementasi Kegiatan Ekstrakurikuler Keagamaan dalam Meningkatkan Prestasi Non Akademik Siswa Kelas XI Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mandailing Natal. Tidak sedikit sekolah yang menjadi pilihan masyarakat karena memiliki prestasi di bidang non akademik, diantaranya melalui kegiatan ekstrakurikuler keagamaan. Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Mandailing Natal merupakan salah satu madrasah unggul di Mandailing Natal. Siswa-siswi disini banyak sekali meraih prestasi dalam bidang ekstrakurikuler keagamaan non akademik dan menjadi juara baik di tingkat Kabupaten maupun Provinsi. Tujuan mengadakan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana penyusunan, pelaksanaan, serta dampak positif dan negatif dengan diadakannya kegiatan tersebut. Carapengumpulan data dilakukanmelalui beberapa tekhnik dan di analis sehingga melahirkan sebuah hasil penelitian. Mu’tazilah believed that Rasulullah’s friendis all fair besides in Shiffin and Jamal war. As a human being, a friend of Rasulullah also has some mistakes and defactiveness that is why the expert of hadist stated thatthey still need to test and make a research about them
