    Model-Model Pembelajaran di Era 4.0 dan Disrupsi dalam Implementasi

    Learning is basically a condition that makes learners to learn. Teachers as learning subjects are required to master various learning models in accordance with the material and student learning needs. The rapid development of the era marked by the industrial revolution that continues to advance, from the 1.0 era to the present which is recognized as being in the 4.0 era, certainly has an impact on the world of education. The demands of high quality education can be achieved, one of which is by transforming the learning model which slowly begins to shift following the direction of the times. The purpose of this study is to recommend relevant learning models to be implemented in the 4.0 era. The method used in this study is literature review with a descriptive qualitative approach, which takes data through documentation studies (literature). The result of this study is information that currently it can be said to be in the 4.0 era with several indicators in various industrial sectors ranging from FMCG, electronics, textiles, automotive, electronics, to financial and banking services.     ABSTRAKProgram Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dengan judul “Penggunaan ChatGPT & Duo Lingo Untuk Menciptakan Pengalaman Belajar Keislaman Yang Menarik Bagi Anak-Anak Panti Asuhan Budi Utomo Kota Metro” memiliki tujuan dan manfaat khusus bagi adik-adik siswa Panti Asuhan Budi Utomo Kota Metro antara lain mengenalkan sistem tersebut sebagai wadah untuk mencari informasi, pembelajaran yang interaktif, latihan bahasa, dan sangat membantu pencarian solusi. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Panti Asuhan Budi Utomo Kota Metro adalah metode PAR (Participatory Action Research). Metode PAR dipilih untuk mengembangkan keberanian anggota dalam merubah kondisi yang dialami saat ini supaya menjadi lebih baik di masa depan dengan membawa perubahan (transformation) value di masyarakat. Detail dari pendekatan metode ini yaitu tim mengadakan penjelasan materi dan disimulasikan praktik secara langsung. Kemudian dilanjutkan dengan membuka sesi pertanyaan serta melihat hasil praktek dari adik-adik panti Asuhan Budi Utomo Kota Metro. Dengan praktik ataupun simulasi bisa dilihat hasil percobaan siswa-siswi apakah berhasil atau tidak. Luaran yang ingin dicapai yaitu: melakukan dakwah teknologi informasi kepada Anak-Anak Panti Asuhan agar mereka dapat merasa lebih terlibat dalam proses pencarian informasi, pembelajaran keislaman, serta pengambilan keputusan. Mereka dapat mengajukan pertanyaan, dan mendapatkan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang topik-topik yang diinginkan. Selain itu penggunaan DuoLingo sebagai wadah untuk pembelajaran bahasa online gratis, seperti latihan pembelajaran bahasa inggris dan bahasa Arab dengan berbagai tingkatan. Kata Kunci: ChatGPT, Duo Lingo, PKM Chat GPT. ABSTRACT The Community Service Program entitled "Using ChatGPT & Duo Lingo to Create an Interesting Islamic Learning Experience for Children of the Budi Utomo Orphanage in Metro City" has specific objectives and benefits for younger students of the Budi Utomo Orphanage in Metro City, including introducing the system It serves as a forum for finding information, interactive learning, language training, and is very helpful in finding solutions. The method used in community service activities at the Budi Utomo Orphanage in Metro City is the PAR (Participatory Action Research) method. The PAR method was chosen to develop the courage of members to change the conditions they are currently experiencing so that they become better in the future by bringing about a change (transformation) of values in society. The details of this method approach are that the team held an explanation of the material and simulated hands-on practice. Then it was continued by opening a question session and seeing the results of the practice of the younger siblings of the Budi Utomo Orphanage in Metro City. With practice or simulation, the results of the students' experiments can be seen whether they are successful or not. The outputs to be achieved are: conducting information technology da'wah to Orphanage Children so that they can feel more involved in the process of seeking information, learning about Islam, and making decisions. They can ask questions, and get a better understanding of the topics they want.     FEASIBILITY OF SOIL AND WATER CONSERVATION TECHNIQUES ON OIL PALM PLANTATION

    The objective of the study is to examine the effectiveness and feasibility of soil and water conservation techniques. The production of oil palm comprising the fresh fruit bunch, number of bunches, and average of bunch weight were recorded at every harvesting schedule. Tabular data were analyzed by logical comparison among the blocks as a result of application of bund terraces and silt-pit. Financial and sensi-tivity analysis of the effect of the techniques on FFB production were done. Bund terrace treatment was more effective (4.761 ton or 21.5%) in increasing FFB production than the silt-pit treatment (3.046 ton or 13.4%) when it is compared to that of the control block. The application of bund terraces and silt-pit also presents positive effects i.e. increases the average bunch weight and the number of bunch compared to that of the control. Furthermore, the financial analysis as well as sensitivity analysis shows that the bund terrace application is profitable and feasible (B/C = 3.06, IRR = 47%) while the silt pit treatment is profitable but not feasible
