    Al-Qaeda Understandings from Seyed Qutb's Jihadi Thoughts

    Seyed Qutb is one of the great theorists of Egypt Muslim population who could propagate his thoughts among Egyptian youths and adolescents through writing the books such as “fi zelal al Quran “and “Maalem fe al tarigh”. Presenting some problems such as like social justice in Islam, people's Ignorance in present age and world division into Islam and Atheism, He eloquently announced idolatry of all governments and its solution as being Jihad or emigration.Stating such thoughts influenced Arab youths greatly as after executing him, jihadi groups including Al-Qaeda were created influenced by his thoughts. In their method and thought they followed Seyed Qutb but in jurisprudence and beliefs they imitated salafists like Ibn Tamie; as Abdullah Azam says: I had been the pupil of four persons: In thought the pupil of Seyed Qutb, in jurisprudence pupile of Now; in beliefs the pupil of Ibn Tamie and in mental issues pupil of Ibn Qayem. So Al-Qaeda is a combined group that has adopted his strategic way from Seyed Qutb's thoughts and his beliefs from Ibn Tamie and now we observe that abusing Qutbi's ideas Wahhabism invites Arab youths to war and jihad, but with special goals from which none are accordance with Seyed Qutb's goals

    An Iconographic Study of Sultan Mohammad Naqash's Painting Called "Masti Lahouti - Nasuti "

    The painting called “Lahouti (divine) and Nassotti (worldly) Intoxication”, has been drawn on a page in Divan Hafez by Sam Mirza, whose painter was Sultan Mohammad Naqash, a Tabriz Safavid School painter, who is regarded as one of the shining examples of pictorial icons for the creation of a mystical, symbolic, and theatrical atmosphere as well as visual attractions. The present study is a theoretical one and has been conducted through a descriptive-analytical method, analyzing the iconography used in the above-mentioned painting by collecting images and information using the library method. By utilizing a historical and semantic approach to Hafiz's poetry as well as the artistic style of Sultan Mohammad, this study aims at decrypting the mystical and narrative concepts in this painting. The main research question raised here is: "What are the philosophical, mystical, lyrical and mythological concepts behind the relationship between icons and the visual atmosphere dominating the image?" Review of literature was conducted on Hafez's life as well as semantics and stylistics used in his odes as well as the history of the Turkmen and Tabriz Safavid Painting Schools and the style of Sultan Mohammad Naqash, recorded in articles and books by Iranian and foreign authors. The above-mentioned resources were studied, and it was concluded that Sultan Mohammad’s exaggerated, and humorous style matches Hafiz's quick-witted outlook and it is appropriate to divide the painting into three distinctive parts from top to bottom and consider the appropriate icons for each of the sections through a mystical and separating perspective as Nassott, Malakut and Lahout. Kajian Ikonografi Lukisan Sultan Muhammad Naqash Berjudul "Masti Lahouti - Nasuti" Abstrak Lukisan yang berjudul “Lahouti (divine) and Nassotti (worldly) Intoxication”, digambar pada sebuah halaman di Divan Hafez oleh Sam Mirza, di mana pelukisnya adalah Sultan Mohammad Naqash, seorang pelukis Sekolah Tabriz Safawi, yang dianggap sebagai salah satu contoh cemerlang ikon bergambar untuk penciptaan suasana mistis, simbolis dan teatrikal serta atraksi visual. Penelitian ini bersifat teoretis dan dilakukan melalui metode deskriptif-analitik, menganalisis ikonografi yang digunakan dalam lukisan tersebut dengan mengumpulkan gambar dan informasi menggunakan metode kepustakaan. Dengan memanfaatkan pendekatan historis dan semantik pada puisi-puisi Hafez serta gaya artistik Sultan Mohammad, kajian ini bertujuan untuk mendekripsi konsep mistik dan naratif pada lukisan. Pertanyaan penelitian utama yang diangkat yaitu: "Apa konsep filosofis, mistis, liris, dan mitologis dibalik hubungan antara ikon dan suasana visual yang mendominasi gambar?" Tinjauan literatur dilakukan pada kehidupan Hafez serta semantik dan gaya yang digunakan dalam syairnya serta sejarah Sekolah Lukisan Safawi Turkmenistan dan Tabriz dan gaya Sultan Mohammad Naqash, yang dicatat dalam artikel dan buku oleh penulis Iran dan asing. Melalui sumber yang didapat maka disimpulkan bahwa gaya Sultan Mohammad yang berlebihan dan humoris cocok dengan pandangan Hafez yang cerdas dan pantas untuk membagi lukisan menjadi tiga bagian yang berbeda dari atas ke bawah dan mempertimbangkan ikon yang sesuai untuk masing-masing bagian melalui perspektif mistis dan terpisah sebagai Nassott, Malakut dan Lahout

    RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN JOB SATISFACTION AND PRODUCTIVITY AMONG LECTURERS OF SEYYED JAMALUDDIN TEACHER TRAINING INSTITUTE

    Job satisfaction and productivity are the main focus of most organizations. Therefore, the present research was conducted to investigate the relationship between job satisfaction and productivity of lecturers in “Seyed Jamaluddin Afghan teacher training institute. It was a cross-sectional study. Descriptive and correlational methods were used to analyze the data. The population of the study was 200 lecturers of Seyed Jamaluddin Afghan teacher training institute out of which 131 were selected as a sample by a simple random method. To collect the data two standardized questionnaires, Smith, Kendall & Hulin’s (1969) job satisfaction questionnaire and the AGIO model 1980 manpower productivity questionnaire were used. The findings show that there was a meaningful relationship between the components of productivity and job satisfaction. There was no significant difference between male and female lecturers’ perceptions in terms of productivity. Furthermore, findings showed that lecturers with bachelor's degrees were more satisfied than lecturers with doctorate degrees

    Restating the Seyed Morteza’s Sarfah Theory

    During the third to sixth century, a theory about miraculous aspects of the Quran, named the Sarfah Theory, was proposed. Seyed Morteza was one of the eminent fans of this theory. Although he had been attracted to this theory by complying with the Mu’tazilli System, he played the most significant role in developing this theory by his independent compilation named “Almouzeh-The Explanation”. His scientific domination over literature, poetry, language, jurisprudence and rules, prevents us from neglecting his theory, and ignore his reasons and challenges about Sarfah theory. The issue that someone like Seyed Morteza claims that the text of Quran is devoid of miracles and its miracles are outside of its text, needs to be precisely investigated. However, his exposition of Sarfah cannot be accepted, but as it seems a new exposition of this theory can be provided and generally a good advocation of Seyed Morteza’s theory can be presented. In this paper, we accompany Seyed Morteza and claim that the thaumaturgy of Quran has aspects outside of its text. But we also declare that this miracle is associated with the way of getting through Quran. This exposition of Sarfah would be that: God has denied the Quranic revelation gift for anyone but Prophet Muhammad
