Pemanfaatan Internet sebagai Implementasi Ict dan Sarana Memotivasi Belajar Sastra di Sekolah

Hasil dari didikan yang seorang guru sangat sangatlah ditentukan oleh mutu kegiatan pembelajaran baik di dalam maupun di luar kelas. Maka dari itu perlu adanya upaya untuk meningkatkan efektivitas kegiatan pembelajaran. Salah satunya dengan memanfaatkan media internet sebagai implementasi dari ICT atau yang sering kita dengan dengan TIK yang canggih dan beragam fasilitasnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan internet sebagai implementasi ICT dan sarana memotivasi belajar sastra di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kepustakaan. Sifat penelitian ini adalah deskriptif-analisis yaitu penguraian secara teratur seluruh konsep, kemudian pemberian pemahaman dan penjelasan secukupnya atas hasil deskripsinya. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan filosofis dan pedagogis. Sedangkan yang dimaksud dengan pendekatan pedagogis yaitu mencoba menjelaskan lebih rinci konsep yang ada dengan menggunakan teori pendidikan yakni menganalisis lebih dalam pemanfaatan internet sebagai sarana memotivasi belajar satra di sekolah. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan sumber data sekunder. Dalam pengumpulan data, penelitian ini menggunakan metode dokumentasi. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis isi. Tujuan penelitian studi pustaka ini adalah; (1) mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan internet dalam bidang pendidikan; (2) mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan internet dalam pembelajaran sastra; (3) mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan internet sebagai sarana memotivasi balajar peserta didik; (4) mendeskripsikan bagaimana pemanfaatan internet sebagai sarana memotivasi belajar sastra. hasil dari penelitian studi pustaka ini adalah (1) adanya manfaat internet dalam bidang pendidikan; (2) adanya manfaat internet dalam pembelajaran sastra; (3) pengaruh internet dalam memotivsi belajar peserta didik; (4) pemananfaat internet sebagai implementasi ICT dan sarana memotivasi belajar sastra yang sangat berpengaruh dalam menggali potensi peserta didik

Blends of Nitrile Butadiene Rubber/poly (Vinyl Chloride): the Use of Maleated Anhydride Castor Oil Based Plasticizer

Recently, much attention has been focused on research to replace petroleum-based plasticizers, with biodegradable materials, such as biopolymer which offers competitive mechanical properties. In this study, castor oil was modified with maleic anhydride (MAH) to produce bioplasticizer named maleated anhydride castor oil (MACO), and used in nitrile butadiene rubber (NBR)/poly vinyl chloride (PVC) blend. The effect of MACO on its cure characteristics and mechanical properties of NBR/PVC blend has been determined. The reactions were carried out at different castor oil (CO)/xylene ratios, i.e. 1:0 and 1:1 by weight, and fixed CO/MAH ratio, 1:3 by mole. DOP, CO, and MACO were added into each NBR/PVC blend according to the formula. It was found that the viscosity and safe process level of NBR/PVC blend is similar from all plasticizer, however, MACO (1:0) showed the highest cure rate index (CRI). MACO-based plasticizer gave a higher value of the mechanical properties of the NBR/PVC blend as compared to DOP based plasticizer. MACO (1:1) based plasticizer showed a rather significance performance compared to another type of plasticizers both before and after aging. The value of hardness, elongation at break, tensile strength, and tear strength were 96 Shore A, 155.91 %, 19.15 MPa, and 74.47 MPa, respectively. From this result, NBR/PVC blends based on MACO plasticizer can potentially replace the DOP, and therefore, making the rubber blends eco-friendly

The Effect of Trust Towards Online Repurchase Intention with Perceived Usefulness as an Intervening Variable: a Study on KASKUS Marketplace Customers

. Using the internet, producers and consumers can get more practical alternative to sell or to buy products or services that they want. Internet adoption is very important to the success of a company. The purpose of this study is to know the effect of trust towards online repurchase intention with perceived usefulness as an intervening variable. The respondents in this study consist of 400 KASKUS customers in Indonesia who has made twice or more transactions. The sampling method used in this study is convenience sampling. This research included in descriptive research with causal approach. Techniques of data analysis in this study using descriptive analysis and path analysis to determine the effect of each variable directly and indirectly. Therefore, the paper discusses the outcomes from The Effect of Trust Towards Online Repurchase Intention With Perceived Usefulness. The study show that trust has percentage of 74.656%, perceived usefulness 78.975% and online repurchase intention 78.479%. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian deskriptif. Adapun data dalam penelitian ini adalah data-data kualitatif berupa kata, frase, klausa, atau kalimat dalam bentuk kohesi leksikal dan gramatikal dalam cerpen Buku Mini Dea Karya Watiek Ideo dan Yuli Rahmawati. Sumber data dalam penelitian ini adalah wacana cerpen Buku Mini Dea Karya Watiek Ideo dan Yuli Rahmawati. Teknik yang digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data dalam penelitian ini adalah teknik dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan analisa kualitatif. Hasil dan pembahasan menunjukan bahwa cerpen yang berjudul Buku Mini Dea karya Watiek Ideo dan Yuli Rahmawati ditemukan adanya kohesi gramatikal dan kohesi leksikal. United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE)] PT United Tractors Pandu Engineering (UTPE) moves as an agent of heavy equipment (Heavy Equipment). Warehouse on PT. UTPE have a major role in maintaining the accuracy of stock and supply of goods into the production, as well as organize and maintain inventory warehouse. Warehouse conditions today have a process that is still a long Issuance by man hour high, namely 641 minutes. At the stage of the process Issuance highly influential component, namely the stages of preparing and searching for components. Placement, grouping, and identification of components in the system maintained at two locations, namely Warehouse Management (WM) and Inventory Management (IM) which has not been implemented and standardized well. The method is performed using Six Sigma DMAIC approach using SIPOC diagram to identify all the relevant elements in the Define phase. Analyze the process used in the Drilldown Tree Analysis to determine the root cause of the problem which then obtained some alternative solutions. Furthermore, Pareto diagram is used to determine where the most alternative solution needs to be done to produce the greatest benefits. The result, there are three main alternative solutions, which is improve storage bin, fixing the system to the WM, and re-layout storage location. Thirdly it is proven to speed up the delivery of components to production so that the production process is not hampered, and targeted delivery of products to consumers is reached

The Use of Vegetable Waste Silage Supplemented with Mineral and Alginate as Feeding for Sheep

The aim of the experiment was to find the most appropriate supplement for sheep fed on vegetable waste silage???based diet to produce better weight gain. Sixteen male local sheep (average body weight of 13.27+2.82 kg ) were randomly divided into four groups according to completely randomised design. Each group received one of four treatments i.e. T0 (50% field grass + 50% concentrate), T1 (50% silage of vegetable waste + 50% concentrate), T2 (T1 diet + mineral Zn 20 ppm, Cr 2 ppm), and T3 ( T2 diet + 1% alginate). After two weeks of preliminary period, sheep were subjected to 12 weeks of observation. In general, the vegetable waste silage based diet (T1,T2, T3) resulted in better crude protein (CP) intake and weight gain than the T0 diet. Each treatment of T0, T1, T2, and T3 resulted in Protein consumption of 36,48 ; 45,81 ; 53,59 ; 40,75 g, and weight gain of 75; 105; 121; 109 g/day, respectively. Mineral supplementation (T2) resulted in higher rates of weight gain and feed efficiency compared to the mixed mineral and alginate supplementation (T3), therefore leading to the conclusion that only Zn and Cr mineral supplementation is needed for the vegetable waste silage used as sheep ruminant feed
