    Uji Multi Lokasi Galur Harapan dan Varietas Padi Terpilih di Lahan Pasang Surut

    Multi location test of seven inbreds and variety have been conducted at tidal swampland area in Kapuasregency during wet season 1998 and 1999, such as in sulfit acid (unit Tatas and Basarang) and potential area (HandilGabin and Lamunti A-2). The purpose of this research are (1) to provide adaptive rice varieties, specifically at tidalswamp land and likely for farmers, (2) to provide seed rice that high quality and specific of location. Using RCBDwith seven treatment that are varieties and inbred, with three replication. The result of multilocation test that showntwo inbreds expectancies i.e KAL-9420 d-Bj-276-3 and KAL-9414 d-Bj-63-1 as adaptive in tidal swampland, withmean productivity 3,8 and 3,6 t/ha yield. Hasil pengujianmenunjukkan terdapat dua galur harapan yaitu KAL-9420 d-Bj-276-3 dan KAL-9414 d-Bj-63-1 yang diminati petanikarena sangat sesuai dengan selera petani yang umumnya Masyarakat Banjar dan Dayak, yaitu bentuk gabah ramping,rasa nasi pera, dan warnanya bersih serta adaptif di lahan pasang surut Kabupaten Kapuas, dengan rata-rata produksi3,8 t/ha dan 3,6 t/ha gabah kering giling

    The hospital as a complete health service unit is currently undergoing development where various standards are used to see the effectiveness and efficiency of health services, some of which are. are BOR and LOS. This research was conducted at RSUSP Dr. Kariadi Semarang, namely in three wards; Basic Peacock, Peacock 1, and Peacock 2. The data used in this study are data from 2017 to 2019. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive research method. It is known that the number of bed capacities in Dr. Kariadi did not experience an increase in the study year. In addition, the number of effective days in the three wards varied with the condition that the number of treatment days was predicted to decrease.     Effective Size of Auto-tetraploid Population Under Partial Selfing

    Effective population size is defined as the number of breeding individual in an idealized population that would show the same amount of dispersion of allele frequencies under random genetic drift or the same amount of inbreeding as the population under consideration. Effective population size depends on the census size of the population and the mating system. In autotetraploid population, effective population size also depends on the probability of double reduction, i.e., a meiotic event when two sister chromatids end in the same gamete. In this research, we will study the effect of the probability of double reduction on the effective size of autotetraploid population reproduced by partial selfing. The formula for the effective population size was derived by equating the variance of the change in gene frequency in idealized population and its value in the autotetraploid population with arbitrary rate of partial selfing and double reduction. The resulted formula, and numerical study based on the formula, indicated that the effective size decreases by the increase of probability of double reduction and the rate of selfing. When there is complete selfing, however, the effective size is not affected by the probability of double reduction

    Central Kalimantan Province covers an area of 15,38 million ha which consist of 61,140 ha coastal region, 1,53 million ha open waters, and 13,79 million ha as inland area. The continental area consisted of various type of lands e.g. acid sulphate, peats soil, and up land. In order to explore and conserve potential medicinal plants indigenous to Central Kalimantan, these exploration and characterization activities were conducted. Method of study: (1) exploration, (2) ex situ conservation, (3) characterization, and (4) documentation. The result of these activities are ex situ collection of 15 acessions of medicinal crops. This exploration obtained 15 accessions of medicinal plants which were characterized and conserved in ex situ condition

    Morphological Characterization of Local Durian [Durio Zhibetinus] From Katingan Regency

    Katingan is one of the regencies in Central Kalimantan which famous for its diversity of local durian (Durio zibethinus). The objective of the research was to determine the potential diversity of durian in Katingan. Characterization was done on the parental tree of local durian, popularly known as Durian Kasongan. Six cultivars of local durian from Katingan namely Ubuyu, Lagas, Belimbing, Susu, Bukit Lime, and Kalasi were characterized from June–November 2013 and SeptemberDecember 2014. Characterization was done using descriptor for durian. The data collected were analyzed using principal component analysis (PCA) to reduce the number of variables for genetic similarity/cluster analysis. The results showed that leaf morphology contributed to the cumulative diversity of 98.4%. In addition, the cluster analysis showed that six local durians have the genetic similarity which range of 44.90–72.45%. The highest genetic similarity was between Lagas and Susu cultivars (72.45%)

    Testing of soybean genotypes were conducted at six locations of tidal swampland; in dry season of 1999/2000. Eight genotypes and two checks varieties i.e. Wilis and Slamet were evaluated for their yield potential. The experiment was using Randomized Completely Block Design with four replications. The result showed that yield of two genotypes, MSC 9/12-D-4 and MSC 9243-D-3, were higher and relatively stable compared to Wilis and Slamet. Key words Soybean, Tidal swamplan

    Hubungan Penguasaan Diksi Dengan Kemampuan Menulis Naskah Drama Siswa Kelas XI SMA Negeri 15 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2014/2015

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan hubungan penguasaan diksi dengan kemampuan menulis naskah drama. Populasi dari penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 15 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2014/2015 yang berjumlah 420 orang siswa terbagi atas 11 kelas. Sampel diambil secara acak kelas yaitu kelas XI-IPA 1 yang berjumlah 32 orang. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah tes objektif pilihan berganda serta penugasan. Dari pengolahan data diperoleh hasil penguasaan diksi dengan rata-rata 75,47, standard deviasi = 8,74 dan termasuk 18,8% dari kategori sangat baik, 46,9% dari kategori baik, 21,8% dari kategori cukup, dan 12,5% dari kategori kurang. Hasil kemampuan menulis naskah drama dengan rata-rata = 71,87, standard deviasi 9,16 dengan 12,5% dari kategori sangat baik, 34,4% dari kategori baik, 40,6% dari kategori cukup, 9,4% dari kategori kurang, dan 3,1% dari kategori sangat kurang. Dari uji data hasil penguasaan diksi dan kemampuan menulis naskah drama didapat kedua hasil berdistribusi normal. Dan dalam uji linearitas data penelititan tersebut juga dinyatakan linear. Setelah melakukan uji persyaratan, yaitu uji normalitas dan uji linearitas maka dilakukan uji analisis data. Untuk mengetahui tingkat hubungan variabel X dan Y digunakan rumus korelasi Product Moment (rxy) dari Carl Pearson. Diperoleh harga rxy = 0,696 yang lebih besar dari harga r pada tabel product Moment pada taraf signifikansi 5% (0,349) dan taraf signifikansi 1% (0,449). Maka persyaratan rxy > rtabel = (0,696>0,349) sehingga hipotesis dapat diterima. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan yang signifikan antara penguasaan diksi dengan kemampuan menulis naskah drama siswa kelas XI SMA Negeri 15 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2014/2015

    Pengkajian Sistem USAhatani Terpadu Padi-kedelai/ Sayuran-ternak di Lahan Pasang Surut

    The assessment was designed to help farmers to cultivate their land optimally. This assessment on integratedrice-soybean/vegetables-livestock farming system in tidal swamp land with B-C type flooding was the on-goingproject conducted in Bungai Jaya Village, Basarang District, Kapuas Regency covering an area of 13 hectaresmanaged by 20 cooperating farmers. Aims of the assessment were: (i) to conduct characterization of the region,farmers, and farming systems, (ii) to analyze farming system performance, (iii) to analyze farm business income, (iv)to study income structure of integrated farming system, and (v) to analyze adoption of introduced technology.Assessment approach was based on farm research by comparing farmers using introduced technology and those whodid not. B-C type tidal swamp land was suitable for integrated farming system applying surjan (sunk an d risen beds)system with a cropping pattern of rice - secondary crops on wet season and soybean – vegetables on dry season, andlivestock on home yards. Introduced technology was able to improve farming system performance and to increasefarmers\u27 incomes of Rp 9,873,500 on the dry season and Rp 8,887,000 on the wet season or higher than those of noncooperatingfarmers. Average R/C ratios of all crops grown were more than 2.5 implying that the technology wasfeasible to disseminate.Key words : integrated farming system, tidal swamp land, technology adoption, rice, soybeanDalam rangka mendukung program pembangunan pertanian di Kabupaten Kapuas yaitu programpengembangan kawasan pertanian terpadu melalui pemberdayaan lahan dan petani serta menumbuhkan pasar rakyatuntuk meningkatkan pendapatan petani, maka perlu dilakukan suatu pengkajian yang dapat membantu petani dalammengelola lahannya sehingga sesuai dengan potensi lahan yang ada dan sumberdaya yang tersedia. Pengkajianusahatani terpadu padi-kedelai/sayuran-ternak di lahan pasang surut tipe luapan B-C merupakan kegiatan lanjutan,yang dilaksanakan di Desa Bungai Jaya, Kecamatan Basarang Kabupaten Kapuas, dengan luas areal 13 ha danmelibatkan 20 orang petani koperator. Tujuan pengkajian adalah (1) melakukan karakterisasi wilayah, petani dansistem USAhatani, (2) melakukan analisis terhadap kinerja teknologi USAhatani, (3) melakukan analisis USAhatani, (4)mempelajari struktur pendapatan USAhatani terpadu, dan (5) melakukan analisis adopsi teknologi introduksi.Pendekatan pengkajian dilakukan secara on-farm research, dengan metode perbandingan berpasangan (pairlycomparison) yaitu membandingkan model USAhatani introduksi dengan model USAhatani ditingkat petani. Hasilpengkajian menunjukkan bahwa sesuai dengan karakteristik lahan dan petaninya, lahan pasang surut tipe B-Csebaiknya diusahakan secara terpadu dengan sistem surjan dengan pola tanam padi-palawija pada MH dan kedelaisayuranpada MK serta ternak di pekarangan. Secara fisik input teknologi yang diintroduksikan, dapat meningkatkankinerja USAhatani dan memberikan tambahan pendapatan sebesar Rp 9.873.500 pada MK dan Rp 8.887.000 pada MH,lebih besar dari pendapatan petani nonkoperator. Rata-rata R/C semua komoditas yang diusahakan > 2,5, sehinggateknologi ini layak dikembangkan
