    Factor analysis of the interest in the work of socially important institution

Stable and peaceful relations with colleagues are an important factor of interest, whereas frequent disagreements - have negative influence on employee interests in work activity. Found a significant direct relationship between work activity interest and the wages amount. Lone workers have a low level of interest in work activity. A significant factor was satisfaction with work process, because it's an implementation result of the employment interests of employees. Availability awards and bonuses to wages, overtime pay and it's payment determines to a lesser extent the employee interests in work activity

    Professional burnout is a process of gradual decrease in the intensity of emotional, cognitive and physical energy, accompanied by emotional, mental exhaustion and physical fatigue, personal detachment and a decrease in satisfaction in the employee's wok in the organization. Professional burnout of employees of the consulting companies is characterized by a decrease in the evaluation of competence and the value of their activities, emotional exhaustion. The following factors have the greatest influence on the formation and development of this state: material satisfaction with work (the probability of developing the syndrome of professional burnout increases with an increase in the level of material satisfaction, since a career growth and, accordingly, salaries assume greater responsibility and additional workload), marital status (the persons being in a registered marriage have a lower level of professional burnout than those who are in a civil marriage and have no relationships)), state of health (health problems contribute to the emergence of professional burnout syndrome), work experience in the company (more experienced employees have a less pronounced professional burnout syndrome).The organizational factors of professional burnout are inconsistency of work performed with salaries, high load, multitasking. Role factors have little effect on the professional burnout of employees of the consulting companies

    The use of hierarchy analysis in the diffusion of organization innovations

    The article describes the results of studies concerning innovation diffusion issues in organizations. The analysis showed that the main factors of innovation successful diffusion are: the corporate culture of an organization; a feedback between managers and performers; the amount of investments and the coverage of organization departments by innovations; sociocultural and institutional environment of an organization; the age and the position of the personnel involved in innovation diffusion; the individual characteristics of workers. The diffusion of innovations in an organization is provided by using three possible instruments: 1) the development of regulations, instructions, which oblige workers to participate in the implementation of innovations without the change of material and non-material motivation system; 2) the change of current material incentive system (wage organization); 3) the change of non-financial incentive system. We considered the use of the hierarchy analysis method (Saaty method) during the selection of possible innovation diffusion instruments in an organization. The most preferred tool is the use of organizational and administrative documents. The management develops regulations governing the staff conduct during the implementation of innovations. They are created for each organization department, for the categories of staff involved in the implementation of innovations. The use of hierarchy analysis method allows considering any number of criteria and indicators taken into account in the implementation of innovations in any organization

    The article analyses the resourcing of scientific and technical activities in the Russian economy. We identified the influence of crisis phenomena of 2014-2015 on the state of scientific and technological potential, which manifested itself in the following: the outflow of highly skilled specialists abroad and the reduction in the number of personnel engaged in scientific research and development, which reduced the provision of scientific and technical potential with human resources; the decline in the number of advanced technologies used by Russian researchers and scientific organizations, due to increased tensions in the geopolitical situation affecting the trade relations of the countries; the increasing risk of lagging by the Russian science development from the rest of the world's scientific community; the reduction in the volume of financing of scientific and technical activities in real terms, etc

    Organizational factors affecting employee innovative behavior

    © 2015, MCSER-Mediterranean Center of Social and Educational Research. The research analyzed employers innovative behavior of the organization and importance of influencing factors on it. As research methods were chosen method of structured interrogation, the method of pairwise comparisons, expert evaluation and correlation and regression analysis. The research results were gender difference in innovative employer behavior: more favorable innovation perception in woman - 57%, in men - 43%, the majority of an active reformers (willing, able to work and active), found among female workers - 65%, 50% among male. The research results confirm necessities of the system formation of material and moral stimulation of the staff to take part in creation and realization of the innovation. For the company's management innovative oriented enterprise is recommended on the selection stage and hiring identify staff with appropriate type «active reformer» and «passive reformer»

    Coaching as an innovative form of staff development in organisations

As a result of the study it was revealed that coaching increases the propensity of employees to self-development and selfimprovement which in its turn increases the efficiency of their activities. As to contribution of coaching in fulfilment of an employee's direct labour obligations and perspectives of his career growth, the effectiveness of this tool was also confirmed by the results of econometric analysis. It was found that an employee's awareness of effectiveness of coaching depends on the level satisfaction with the salary earned. A 1% change of the salary satisfaction index ceteris paribus will lead to a 0.89 % increase of the effectiveness of coaching. At the same time it was revealed that the most important factor in the effectiveness of the whole development process is the level of training and professionalism of a coach

The level of concentration in the Russian banking services market in the recent 5 years is assessed. Concentration indices CR3, CR5, CR10 and Herfindahl-Hirschman Index are calculated, concentration curves are built. Internationally, the Russian banking sector belongs to the moderately concentrated markets. Increase of the size of credit portfolio produces either insignificant positive or negative effect on forming the bank's net profit. The increased impact of the size of natural persons' investments on the net profit is revealed

    Estimation of using of social networks for business development

    By polling people of various ages and professional groups, we have assessed the possibility to implement social networks as an efficient tool for business development in the modern society. The results showed that consumer attitudes to advertising on social networks for goods and services described as positive, neutral and only 10% of it is irritating. At the same time we have obtained the results of efficient using of social networks, first of all, for polling the consumers, selecting the personnel and promoting goods and services. If the consumers purchase by 1% more goods via social networks, the efficiency of using of social networks for business development will increase by 0.3048%; if the employees use the social networks by 1% to solve the corporate tasks, the efficiency of using social networks for business development will increase by 0.4056%
