    This research is motivated by the fact that teaching in activities Students of the 2015 Sports Coaching Education, the Teaching and Education Faculty of the University of PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya the delivery of training materials less than the maximum, so that learners become passive and processes running less interesting extracurricular activities. Agility on hand ball sport is a absolut needs wich is must be had by all of hand ball’s atletes. Formulation of the problem in this research is "Hand ball learning method using training ladder drill hop scotch effect on ability materials to play hand ball" The goal is to determine the presence or absence of ladder drill hopscotch training for agility on hand ball game on boy students 18th grade of student of 2015 Sports Coaching. Agility is ability of someone to move faster and turn the navigate with agile. Agility is a combine of speed, strength, balance, flexibility and coordination. In this study to measure the agility use the instrumen of research zig-zag run test.. Subjects in this study consisted of 15 boy students. The method used for this study is one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection techniques using the test. Results of the t test obtained by value t = 6,795 and while t table with significance level of α = 5% (0.05) 1.761. Thus t count > t table is 6,795 > 1.761. This means that by using ladder drill hopscotch training influence the agility of hand ball game

    Jenis penelitian deskriptif yang berisi gambaran tentang objek yang diteliti dan bertujuan untuk mengetahui profil kondisi fisik pemain futsal UKM Futsal Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Metode penelitian berdasarkan teknik yang digunakan adalah penelitian survey melalui pendekatan kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan parameter tes dan pengukuran kondisi fisik yang meliputi: 1) lari cepat untuk mengukur kecepatan 30 meter, 2) tes push up  untuk mengukur kekuatan otot lengan, 3) tes sit up  untuk mengukur kekuatan otot perut, meter, 4) tes illinois agility untuk mengukur kelincahan, 5) tes standing long jump  untuk mengukur daya ledak otot tungkai dan 6) tes yoyo intermittent test level 2 untuk mengukur tingkat kemampuan VO2 max pada tubuh. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah pemain UKM Futsal Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil analisis kondisi fisik pemain UKM Futsal Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya menunjukkan kategori Baik Sekali 6 orang (40%), Baik 5 orang (33.3%), Cukup 2 orang (13.3%), Kurang 1 orang (6.6%) dan Kurang Sekali 1 orang (6.6%). Penelitian disimpulkan bahwa profil kondisi fisik pemain futsal UKM Futsal Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya yang terdiri dari komponen kecepatan, kekuatan, kelincahan, daya ledak otot tungkai dan kemampuan VO2 mak dalam kategori Baik

    PENERAPAN METODE LATIHAN SINGLE LEG JUMP TERHADAP KEMAMPUAN FLYING SHOOT PEMAIN BOLA TANGAN

    Penerapan metode latihan single leg jump dalam penelitian ini bertujuan membuktikan pengaruh penerapan metode latihan single leg jump terhadap kemampuan plying shoot pemain bola tangan. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksperimen dengan pendekatan kuantitatif yang dilakukan secara terstruktur mengenai deskripsi data metode latihan single leg jump pengaruh terhadap kemampuan plying shoot. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan One Group Pretest-Postest Design. Populasi penelitian mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, FKIP Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya, sedangkan sampel mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani angkatan 2017 diambil secara purposive berjumlah 20 orang. Hasil uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis uji-t dengan tingkat signifikansi (sign. 0.05) dan derajat kebebasan (dk) = 19 menunjukkan nilai t hitung sebesar 2.26 dan  t tabel  sebesar 1.73  berartti nilai t hitung  > t tabel (> 0.05), artinya ada pengaruh yang signifikan penerapan metode latihan single leg jump terhadap kemampuan plying shoot pemain bola tangan. Hasil tersebut memberikan jawaban pada permasalahan penelitian bahwa metode latihan single leg jump memiliki pengaruh terhadap kemampuan keterampilan plying shoot pemain bola tanga

    Konsep model pengajaran penddidikan jasmani sebagai alternatif dalam pembelajaran PJOK perlu diperhatikan dan dipertimbangkan untuk dilaksanakan di sekolah-sekolah, mengingat model-model tersebut masing-masing mempunyai keunggulan dan kesesuiaan dengan kondisi sekolah-sekolah yang ada di Indonesia. Mengapa model pengajaran penddidikan jasmani ini perlu diterapkan di antara lain: a) Peserta didik secara fisik dan mental tidak sama dengan orang dewasa, sehingga sangat tidak tepat mengharapkan peserta didik untuk melakukan kegiatan olahraga dengan menggunakan peralatan atau peraturan seperti orang dewasa., b) Kegiatan olahraga yang dilakukan dengan peralatan atau peraturan yang dimodifikasi dalam pengajaran PJOK dapat mengurangi terjadinya cedera olahraga dan memudahkan peserta didik untuk mempelajari keterampilan gerak yang diperlukan untuk melakukan olahraga yang sesungguhnya., c) Model pengajaran PJOK dengan memodifikasi olahraga mendorong anak untuk melakukan tugas gerak dengan tingkat keberhasilan yang lebih baik dan dapat memotivasi peserta didik untuk berpartisipasi dengan senang bergerak

    The scientific review manuscript from the results of this literature review elaborates the changes that occur in the body as an impact of old immobilization. Immobilization is a condition in which a person experiences movement limitations as a result of interference in the body's organs. The limitation of this physical movement as a physiological change in the body results from a period of time immobilization. Physiological changes during immobilization in a long time cause disruption of adaptation in the musculoskeletal includes permanent disruption of mobilization that will affect muscle endurance and decrease muscle mass, atrophy and muscle stability. In the cardiovascular section includes orthostatic hypotension disorders and thrombus formation, whereas on the respiration section includes disturbances in the decrease in various of lung volumes as a result of weakening of the respiratory muscles so that it affects the respiratory motion. By understanding the physiological changes that occur as a result of immobilization in a long time, it is expected that this literature review can find out how the prevention process and further the handling process

    Pengembangan Model Pembelajaran Fair Play dalam Perkuliahan Permainan Bola Tangan Terhadap Pembentukan Sikap dan Prilaku Mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Jasmani

    Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan suatu model Pembelajaran Fair Play (PFP) yang terintegrasi dalam perkuliahan Permainan Bola Tangan dan tertuang dalam bentuk model sebagai pedoman dalam mengiplementasikan proses perkuliahan bagi mahasiswa S1 Pendidikan Jasmani. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian pengembangan atau research and development (R&D), menggunakan metode dengan pendekatan mixed methods. Objek penelitian adalah mahasiswa S1 Program Studi Pendidikan Jasmani, FPP Universitas PGRI Adi Buana Surabaya. Rancangan penelitian model desain eksplanatoris sekuensial (sequential exploratory design) dan pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik survey). Hasil analisis kuantitatif menunjukkan bahwa setelah dilakukan pemberian perlakuan model pembelajaran fair play (PFP) sebanyak 16 kali pertemuan diperoleh nilai pre test dan post test melalui uji Independent sample t test nilai out put fair play sikap dan perilaku lebih kecil dari Sig.(p-value) dimana α < 0,05 artinya model PFP berpengaruh terhadap perubahan sikap dan perilaku. Sedangkan hasil analisis kualitatif menggunakan model interactive menunjukkkan bahwa model PFP memberikan perubahan dan dapat mengembangkan sikap dan perilaku. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penelitian model pembelajaran fair play dapat membentuk dan mengembangankan sikap serta menanamkan perilaku mahasiswa Pendidikan Jasmani dalam pembelajaran permainan bola tangan Kata kunci: model pembelajaran, fair play, bola tanga

    Hula hoop game: its use and implication for physical fitness

    The study aims at identifying and confirming the influence of the hula hoop game conduct on the level of physical fitness. Within the conduct of the study, the researcher implemented the experiment method while the nature of the study was a quantitative study with systematic and structured implementation by describing the influence of the independent variable (X) on the independent variable (Y). Then, the population of the study was the students of Sawahan IV Public Elementary School Surabaya while the samples that had been selected for the study were the female students from the higher degree (Grade 4, 5 and 6) who had been selected proportionally based on the strata; the overall number of the sample was 40 students. The results of the hypothesis test analysis on the actual rate (α = 0.05) and the degree of skewness = 39 show that the t-count value for each component of physical fitness is higher than the t-table value; in other words, t-count > t-table with sig. = 0.05. The implication is that the implementation of hula hoop game learning displays significant influence on each component of physical fitness namely speed, strength, flexibility, agility, power and endurance. On the other hand, the results of variance test (F-test) analysis on the actual rate (α = 0.05) show that the F-count is higher than the F-table namely 2.24 > 2.17; in other words, F-count > F-table with the sig. 0.05 (6:133). Thus, the implication is that the implementation of the hula hoop game has significant influence on the level of physical fitness.     PENERAPAN METODE LATIHAN INTERVAL DALAM MENINGKATKAN KECEPATAN RENANG GAYA BEBAS 50 METER

    The purpose of this study is to obtain a picture of the effect of interval training on the freestyle swimming speed. Limitation of this study focused on the effect of interval training on the speed of the 50m freestyle at the UKM Olahraga Renang Universitas PGRI Adibuana Surabaya. This study uses pre-experimental design using initial test followed by the provision of a new interval workout then do the final test. The population in this study is the swimmer who joined in the UKM Olahraga Renang Universitas PGRI Adibuana Surabaya, amounting to 30 players and the same sample with the population that is 30 players. The design is an experiment involving two groups: treatment group and the untreated group using the pre test and post test. Test results of the control group pre-test average of 73.02, the average post test 58.34. t-test results greater than t-table (3.84> 2.14). Comparison between pre test and post test results in the control group no significant differences, only 20:11% increase the test results. While the results of experimental tests concluded that the average pre test 58.53, the average post-test 85.85. t test results greater than t-table (2.01<2.14). Comparison between pre test and post test results on the experimental group were no significant differences. The magnitude of the effect may improve the outcome kecepaan freestyle as much as 47%. Comparison test between the control group with experimental group obtained t-count is 4.558, t-count is more than t-table (4.55> 2.04). Can be said comparison between the experimental groups with control groups and the results were no significant differences could be said after being given the treatment has the ability to swim freestyle better.Â

    This study aimed to find out and formulate the profile of coaches for young soccer players that can be seen from competencies requirements. Based on its purpose, this research was descriptive study with a mixed method approach. Objective of this study were the coaches of young soccer players in SSB of Surabaya city. This research design was sequential exploratory design and the data collection techniquewas done by using survey techniques through questionnaire, observation, and interview. Based onthe quantitative data analysis, it found that coaches profile of young soccer playerswere X1= 0.59 (59%) as must has charisma, X3=0.55 (55%) as has motivation, X4= 0.53 (53%)as comprehend basic techniques of soccer playing and X2= 0.50 (50%) as has playing skill. Qualitative data described that the coach profile of young soccer players must have charisma, motivation, understanding of technique, and playing skill of soccer. Based on that analysis result, it can be concluded that the competencesprofile that must be acquired by the coaches of young soccer playersconceptually are attitude, knowledge and skill competence
