Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) persepsi peserta didik terhadap kegiatan Pramuka yang diselenggarakan di SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban; (2) bentuk-bentuk kegiatan kepramukaan di SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban; (3) dampak kegiatan Pramuka di SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban terhadap perilaku peserta didik.Penelitian ini termasuk dalam jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan fenomenologi. Pengumpulan data berasal dari wawancara, observasi, serta dokumentasi. Wawancara dilakukan dengan tujuh informan, yang terdiri dari dua peserta didik yang dianggap rajin (aktif) mengikuti kegiatan Pramuka dan dua peserta didik yang dianggap malas (pasif) mengikuti kegiatan Pramuka. Informan lainnya adalah satu pembina Pramuka dan dua Dewan Ambalan sebagai pembantu pembina Pramuka. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengambilan informan dengan cara purposive sampling. Dalam melakukan uji validitas data, yang dilakukan yaitu dengan triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi metode. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis interaktif yang terdiri dari reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan data (verifikasi data).Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Persepsi peserta didik terhadap kegiatan Pramuka di SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban adalah (a) ikut Pramuka karena aturan wajib, (b) menegangkan, (c) membosankan; (2) Bentuk kegiatan Pramuka di SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban adalah (a) kedisiplinan, (b) mencatat, (c) minim komunikasi dalam kegiatan; (3) Peserta didik menjadi objek dalam balutan kegiatan Pramuka sesuai konsep “me” menurut Mead.Kesimpulan penelitian ini adalah realisasi kegiatan wajib Pramuka di SMA Negeri 1 Mojolaban tidak menunjukkan pembentukan karakter, dan membentuk diri peserta didik menjadi objek atau “Me” menurut Mead.     Pemilihan kepala daerah di Indonesia masih bersifat konvensional sehingga kurang efektif dan masih banyak kekurangan dan kesalahan akibat human error terutama dalam hal perhitungan suara. dibutuhkan sistem pemungutan suara yang dapat meminimalisir human error tersebut. E-voting merupakan salah satu solusi pengganti system voting konvensional, dalam e-voting peran manusia tergantikan dengan komputer terutama dam hal perhitungan suara, sehingga kesalahan dalam perhitungan suara dapat diminimalisir. Untuk menjaga kerahasiaan sistem e-voting ini menggunakan kriptografi yang berupa group blind digital signature yang merupakan variasi dari tanda tangan dijital yang dibangun berdasarkan algoritma RSA. Melalui enkripsi data, sistem ini mengamankan data kandidat yang telah dipilih oleh pemilih, sehingga kerahasiaan pilihan tetap terjaga. dalam penelitian sistem e-voting yang dilaksanakan ini, group blind digital signature digunakan pada saat pengiriman data dari instansi yang ada dalam proses pemilihan kepala daerah untuk otentifikasi data yang dikirimkan

    The Influence of Women Leadership and Learning Facilities on the Performance of Islamic Religious Education Teachers at State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bandar Lampung City

    Teachers' efficacy in carrying out their responsibilities and functions as educators is inextricably linked to the success of Madrasah education. On the other hand, educational facilities and the Madrasah principal's leadership style frequently impact teachers' performance. This quantitative study will look into how female leadership, learning facilities, and all of these characteristics influence the performance of Islamic religious education teachers at the State Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Bandar Lampung City. The SPSS statistics 23 programs were used to perform multiple regression analysis in this quantitative study. The findings revealed that: (1) there is no significant effect of female Madrasah leadership on the performance of Islamic religious teachers; (2) learning facilities have a significant effect on the performance of Islamic religious teachers; (3) female Madrasah principals and Madrasah facilities together have a significant influence on the performance of Islamic religious teachers by 58.6%, and other factors influence the remaining 41.4%. As a result, the study's findings suggest that factors other than gender influence how well Islamic religious education teachers function at Bandar Lampung City's state Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. These criteria include aspects of the learning facility, separately and in conjunction with the leadership of the female Madrasah principal. As a result, more research is needed to look into various other factors that influence the efficiency of Madrasah teachers

    Optimization of Multiple Response Using Taguchi-WPCA in ST 60 Tool Steel Turning Process with Minimum Quantity Cooling Lubrication (MQCL) Method

    A research was conducted for the optimization of the turning process st 60 tool steel with multiple performance characteristics based on the orthogonal array with Taguchi-WPCA method. Minimum Quantity Cooling Lubrication (MQCL) metode was applied as a coolant. The experimental studies were conducted under varying the cutting speed, feeding, depth of cut and type of coolant. The optimized multiple performance characteristics were surface roughness, and material removal rate. An orthogonal array, signal-to-noise ratio, grey relational analysis, weighted pricipal component analysis and analysis of variance were employed to study the multiple performance characteristics. Experimental results show that cutting speed gives the highest contribution for minimize of surface roughness and maximize of material removal rate, followed by feeding speed, type of coolant and depth of cut. The minimum of surface roughness and maximize of material removal rat could be obtained by using the values of cutting speed, feeding speed, depth of cut and type of coolant of 172.95 m/minute, 0.053 mm/rev, 0.25 mm, and vegetable oil as a coolant respectively

    Two phenomena that occurred in Aceh Province after the tsunami disaster, the first phenomenon was a slowdown in poverty reduction in Aceh Province in rural and urban areas and an increase in total assets, financing, third party funds, Islamic banks' people's financing under the pretext of the existence of Aceh Qonun containing conversion Aceh banks from conventional to Islamic. This research tries to relate the two phenomena, how is the influence of the Aceh qonun on the formation of Islamic banks on welfare. This type of research is quasi-experiment with the difference in difference method to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate that someone who has a bank account will tend to increase one's welfare than someone who does not have a bank account. then a person living in Aceh who experienced the treatment of the enactment of Qanun in Aceh actually tends to be less Prosperous than someone who lives outside Aceh. While the combination of financial access and the existence of Aceh qonun will have an impact on people's welfare. The policy implication of this research is the existence of Sharia Qanun which regulates finance in Aceh is not enough to make an increase in welfare, so it needs to be combined with a financial inclusion program in order to bring about an increase in the quality of people's lives

    €” Indonesia reported as the second largest country in dengue fever case from 30 endemic countries. Since 1999, Indonesia has experianced an increase dengue case on children aged 15 and above. Even more, there are a lot of members of society who are still have no idea or rather acting ignorant regarding the Eradication of Mosquito’s Nest program issued by Jakarta’s Public Health Office. One of innovations in socializing the Eradication of Mosquito’s Nest program, especially toward children to teenagers is using educational video game. Video game is a game that contains various elements such as Rules, Valued outcome, Use of player’s ability, and Conflict. Socializing methods using video game is expected to be able to reach wider members of society, and delivering suitable informations. The software used to make the video game is Unity game engine.   Intisari— Indonesia dilaporkan sebagai negara terbesar kedua dengan kasus Demam Berdarah Dengue (DBD) dari 30 negara endemis. Sejak tahun 1999, Indonesia mengalami peningkatan kasus DBD pada anak – anak berusia 15 tahun ke atas. Terlebih lagi masih banyak anggota masyarakat yang belum mengetahui atau belum peduli terhadap penerapan program Pemberantasan Sarang Nyamuk (PSN) yang diterbitkan Dinas Kesehatan Provinsi DKI Jakarta. Salah satu inovasi dalam upaya sosialisasi program PSN kepada masyarakat, khususnya pada anak – anak hingga remaja yaitu menggunakan video game edukasi. Video game adalah permainan video yang memiliki elemen – elemen seperti Rules, Valued outcome, Use of player’s ability, dan conflict. Metode sosialisasi menggunakan video game diharapkan dapat menjangkau masyarakat lebih luas dan menyampaikan informasi yang sesuai. This study uses IFLS 2014 wave 5 data with the estimated logit model. The results of this study state that education (akal), health (jiwa), and income (maal) are significantly positively related to the possibility of the level of happiness of the Indonesian people not only in urban areas but also in rural areas

It has a mission to develop academic, general, and student administration services based on quality management systems and the application of Information Technology. To achieve the mission, it is necessary to design and implement Information Technology in assisting administrative service business processes including a letter management system, the attendance system of staff and lecturer, and a financial submission system for the activity plan of the Implementing Unit, Head of Study Program, and Quality Control Group at the Faculty of Health Sciences UM Surabaya. Therefore, this research aimed to build an Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) using Zachman Framework method. This research resulted a structured integrated information system Blueprint design along with application prototypes at the Faculty of Health Sciences UM Surabaya. With the Information System Blueprint design, it made it easier for Developers to develop information systems and documented every system transaction process
