    Schistosomiasis merupakan penyakit endemik yang disebabkan oleh cacing trematoda bergenus Schistosoma dengan hospes perantara keong bergenus Oncomelania. Di Indonesia, penyakit ini hanya ditemukan di dataran tinggi Lindu, Napu, dan Bada, Kabupaten Sigi dan Poso, Provinsi Sulawesi Tengah. Dalam penelitian ini, akan dikonstruksi model transmisi penyakit Schistosomiasis yang melibatkan populasi manusia, cacing Schistosoma japonicum, dan keong Oncomelania hupensis lindoensis yang merupakan keong endemik di Indonesia. Dari model tersebut diperoleh titik ekuilibrium bebas penyakit Schistosomiasis dengan dan tanpa kehadiran populasi keong serta titik ekuilibrium endemik. Hasil kajian terhadap perilaku solusi mengindikasikan bahwa penyakit Schistosomiasis akan menghilang dari daerah endemik di masa yang akan datang, dengan tetap mempertahankan keberadaan populasi keong, jika dapat meminimalisir peluang kontak sukses terinfeksi Schistosomiasis yang termuat dalam syarat kestabilan solusi. Simulasi numerik diberikan untuk mendukung hasil tersebut

    The Role of Problem Solving Approach on Improving Students' Communication Ability and Self Efficacy

    This study is a pretest-posttest experiment control group design having a goal to analyze the role of in problem-solving approach (PSA) on students' mathematical communication ability (MCA) and self-efficacy in mathematics (MSE). The study involves 66 eighth grade students, and MCA test, and an MSE scale. The study revealed that PSA took a better role than SA in obtaining MCA and MSE. Students getting treatment with PSA obtained MCA and MSE were at good grade quality, while students taught by SA attained MCA and MSE were at pretty good grade level. Besides that, the study found there was a very high association between MCA and MSE. Like that, students expressed a positive opinion on PSA, even if, students still realized a few difficulties in solving MCA. Keywords: mathematical communication, self-efficacy, problem-solving approachÂ

    Effect of Cooperative Model of Jigsaw Type Learning and Student Interest in improving learning outcomes in SMA Negeri 1 Sutera. The research method used in writing this essay in accordance with the type of research is quasi experimental research (quasi experimental), where the research variables can not be fully controlled. This research has a control group. The research design used to measure learning method and student's interest  toward  the result  of  dissemination  of culture and  religion.  This  research  is parenting at level (2x2), with state of student interest level. The results of the study revealed  (1)  the  learning  outcomes  of  students  who  were  taught  by  the  Jigsaw cooperative  model  approach  were  better  than  the  conventional  approach,  (2)  the students' learning outcomes had high interests taught by the Jigsaw type cooperative model better than the conventional approach, (3) learning of students with low interests taught by Jigsaw type cooperative models is better than conventional model

    PT.Sinar Niaga Sejahtera isone ofdistributorin Palu who distribute products to a variety of shops. Goal Programming is a method that can solve the problem with more than one purposes. The purposes of this study are  to maximize the number of the car and minimize the distribution  cost of  PT.Sinar Niaga Sejahtera. Goal Programming model formulationin this research consistsof 6 priorities and 6 function constraints. The sixth priorities are,warehous capacity, the number of cars used to the distribution of goods to store Sinar Kasih II,store Cahaya Indah, store Bintang  Rezeki, store Hi. Abdullah, and a minimum distribution costs. Constraint functions consist of a number of cars and the cost of distribution. The research results showed that the supply of goods by the warehouse capacity that can fulfiil the necessary distribution of goods during the month amounted to 136.93 or 8.628 box Optimal volume distribution of goods in each store are sequentially Sinar Kasih II which is 2 units with a capacity of 4  or 252 box, Cahaya Indah 3 units with a capacity of 7  or 441 box, Hi. Abdullah 2 units with a capacity of 12 or 756 box and Star 2 cars Rezeki capacity of 4 . This model can save the distribution costs of Rp. 7.127.147 from the previous distribution costs of Rp. 35.000.000

    Fourier transform (FT) is growing very rapidly and applying in various fields such as analyzing and decomposing signals in the frequency domain. FT has been extended to quaternion algebra known as the Quaternion Fourier Transform (QFT). The purpose of this paper are to formulate the definition and properties of the left sided Quaternion Fractional Fourier Transform (QFFT), to formulate the definition and convolution theorem for left sided QFFT. Firstly, the results showed the formulation of the left sided QFFT definition and some of the properties such as linearity, translation, modulation and scalar.
