Metodologia de implementação do custeio baseado em atividades (ABC) para gestão de pequenas empresas de prestação de srviços tecnicos

Programa de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia de Produção.O objetivo deste trabalho é propor uma metodologia de implementação do custeio por atividades (ABC) que possibilite a sua implantação em pequenas empresas de prestação de serviços técnicos. O desafio da pesquisa consiste em viabilizar esta implementação dentro da disponibilidade de recursos destas empresas que, em sua grande maioria, apresentam deficiências em seus quadros funcionais e restrições ao acesso a recursos computacionais e softwares especialistas. Face a estas restrições, a metodologia desenvolvida, após ampla revisão dos modelos teóricos disponíveis, propõe simplificações que permitem reduzir a demanda por recursos para a implementação do projeto. Os objetivos específicos visam determinar um formato de análise das atividades e seu respectivo custeio de uma forma que, além dos resultados financeiros mensuráveis sobre custos das atividades e dos serviços, possibilite a análise de custo dos clientes, proporcionando uma ampliação da competitividade e lucratividade da empresa a partir das análises proporcionadas pela ABM (Activity Based Management), pela eliminação de atividades que não agreguem valor aos serviços e pelo desenvolvimento da capacidade técnica dos colaboradores, a partir do desenvolvimento do conhecimento na organização

Implementation of a Costing System in the Fleet Management of a Brazilian Public University

This work presents the implementation of a costing system in Fleet Management at a Brazilian Public University, applying concepts of cost accounting, engineering, indexes, and maintenance management, as well as using the cost absorption method. As a methodology, an action research is applied to meet the objectives of being exploratory and descriptive; about the nature of the research, and applied research is adopted through a case study procedure in a Transport Coordination. To prepare for this work, the operational data of the fleet were collected during 12 months in the different units and internal control systems. The results of the study showed the operating costs of the fleet such as total fuel spent annually, totally spent on maintenance, as well as their respective indices, cost per kilometer, fixed and variable costs sufficient for accountability with the Official Bodies of Control. It was noted that the study applied in this work provided a basis for implementing a Costing System for fleet management of a Brazilian public university, respecting the guidelines of Normative Instruction No. 3, of May 15, 2008, which deals with the use and accountability, even fully complied with the requirements of the regulations regarding the Performance Control and Maintenance Maps of the Official Vehicle in an individualized manner, providing information on operational costing of the fleet sufficient for the decisions of the managers of the Public Institution

Desenvolvimento de um protótipo de segurança ativa anticolisão de baixo custo para motocicletas / Development of a low-cost active anti-collision safety prototype for motorcycles

As motocicletas são responsáveis por uma grande parte dos acidentes de trânsito e cerca de 28% acabam sendo fatais. A fragilidade deste veículo junto com a direção perigosa, uso de celulares, drogas e outras corroboram para esta estatística. Outro dado importante são as indenizações pagas por tipo de veículo, que de acordo com a Seguradora Líder-DPVAT, foram de 77% do total de indenizações pagas no ano de 2019 e 79% no ano de 2020. Diante destas e demais estatísticas negativas, faz-se necessário a busca e o desenvolvimento de alternativas que venham somar esforços para minimizar solucionar este problema. A utilização da tecnologia e automação podem ajudar a diminuição dos índices negativos dessa problemática, visto que sua utilização pode melhorar a tomada de decisões no cenário real, evitando colisões e acidentes fatais. Neste contexto, este trabalho visa o desenvolvimento de um protótipo de segurança ativa anticolisão e de baixo custo para motocicletas. Para o desenvolvimento do protótipo foi utilizado o Design Thinking. O protótipo foi testado utilizando carrinho de controle remoto em um ambiente controlado e apresentou bons resultados para futuras iterações no processo de desenvolvimento de produto.

Educação financeira por meio de uma plataforma interativa de investimento: a aplicabilidade da inteligência artificial (IA): Financial education through an interactive investment platform: the applicability of artificial intelligence (IA)

Este trabalho desenvolve conceitualmente uma plataforma de In- vestimento  educacional  utilizando  inteligˆencia  artificial,  que  torna  o  processo de investimento mais intuitivo e com uma entrega mais assertiva aos obje- tivos  dos  usuários,  e  para  isso,  foi  realizada  uma  pesquisa  em  busca  de  saber quais  as  demandas  da  sociedade  quando  o  assunto  ´e  investimento,  educação financeira e temas afins. Foram feitas propostas, com base nos resultados obti- dos na pesquisa, visando melhorar o acesso dos usu´arios, como a cria¸c˜ao de uma plataforma embrion´aria do que seria um robˆo que tiraria du´vidas da pop- ula¸c˜ao em este sentido.   As informações repassadas buscaram ser assertivas, considerando o perfil de potencial investidor de cada indivíduo e a análise de seu comportamento.  A metodologia a ser utilizada no projeto sera´ quantitativa e qualitativa, através de uma extensa pesquisa com usuarios de plataformas de investimento, a fim de analisar o nível de conhecimento em finanças e os objetivos que esperam alcançar   através de investimentos financeiros.   Ao  final da pesquisa, considerando o que foi verificado no referencial teorico, com base  nos  resultados  da  pesquisa  digital,  obteve-se  uma  amostra  consider´avel da  população  do  estado  do  Amazonas,  e  assim  foi  proposta  uma  plataforma que atende as demandas da população utilizando tecnologia e IA (Inteligência artificial),  e  justificando  o  motivo  do  uso  do  aplicativo,  que  também  ter a  um papel  didático  com  o  objetivo  de  ensinar  os  conceitos  de  financas  e  ajudar a  o usuario a se familiarizar com esses termos e iniciar sua jornada no investimento mercado,  isso,  agora,  de  forma  lu´cida  e  consciente

Analysis of the government ordinances in the basic productive process on the performance of cellphone manufacturing companies installed in the industrial pole of Manaus from 1993 to 2018

The Manaus Free Trade Zone, also known as ZFM, is characterized by being an industrial hub that includes industries from different segments. When it comes to the production of cutting-edge technology, the sector of computer goods stands out, especially the product known as cell phone. Some manufacturers of this product are installed in ZFM and are world leaders in this market. The industries installed in this pole enjoy tax incentives under the condition of execution of Basic Productive Processes (BPP). From this perspective and through a qualitative methodology, using the bibliographic research procedure applied to the case study at the ZFM, the objective of this article is to carry out a bibliographic review regarding the interministerial ordinances. It was intended to evaluate its obligations and exemptions regarding the production processes provided for by these laws for the production of the portable mobile phone terminal product, during the period from 1993 to 2018. In view of this work, it was possible to identify changes in the requirements imposed by legislation according to the technological evolution of the product and the market. In addition, it allowed the government\u27s intention to increase the production chain of this product, with the purpose to strengthen the national industry for the manufacture of particular inputs, although certain obligations imposed through percentages of domestic manufacture were changed over the period, allowing the importation of these items. Such decision makes us question the effectiveness of the adopted methodology

The causes of school evasion in a private higher education institution: case study

The objective of this research was to identify the causes that motivated the students to evade the courses of a private Higher-Education Institution - IES, in the city of Porto Velho-RO. It was intended to raise the number of students evaded by periods and courses in recent years to assess the impact of school evasion on HEI management decisions. To obtain results, we used the interpretation of data obtained through quantitative and qualitative research, questionnaires and interviews

Cost management in educational services: the importance of strategic cost control in educational institutions

The educational market in Brazil has become very competitive and, according to the Higher Education Sense, 88.20% of Higher Education Institutions are private. To make a difference in the market, HEIs must offer quality services. This offer requires a lot of intellectual as well as financial investment. Given this reality, managers need to control their revenues, but especially control their costs, which, for this business, are very high. Managers need to adopt strategic cost management methods so that they can know how their company is facing its own reality, make comparisons with other companies in the same sector, and have sufficient subsidies for decision-making. This article, through a data analysis research, seeks, through an appropriate methodology, to demonstrate the importance of applying appropriate cost management methods in private Higher Education Institutions that offer Lato Sensu Specialization courses

Application of lean education as a way for the elimination wastes in an automotive manufacturing process: A case study in a company of stamped products sector of Manus Industrial Pole / Aplicação da educação magra como forma de eliminação de resíduos num processo de fabrico de automóveis: Um estudo de caso numa empresa do sector de produtos estampados do Pólo Industrial de Manus

The present work was carried out in a company in the sector of Metal Imprints that provides parts for automakers of the Two Wheels Sector that needed to improve the productivity of the process of stamping and welding. It intends to present the process of development of the professionals of a company of printed products, from the application of tools associated with the philosophy of lean manufacturing, aiming to carry out activities that reduce the waste in the production process. For this, the methodology used was a case study, in addition to bibliographical research on the themes of lean manufacturing and lean education. The main results achieved were the absorption of the knowledge obtained that enabled the generation of activities that contributed to the reduction of wastes within the analyzed processes. In the end, we can conclude that for companies to remain competitive in the market, they must invest more and more in human capital. In this sense, lean education is a very viable alternative for reaching the goals and objectives of organizations

Cost management: bibliometrics in the annals of the national production engineering meeting

The National Meeting of Production Engineering (ENEGEP) is an event organized by the Brazilian Association of Production Engineering (ABEPRO) in which brings together the academic community of researchers working in the sector of Production Engineering and constitutes one of the leading promoters of technical and scientific production in the area. Among the various topics transiting the meeting, cost management is one of those who has relevant interaction. This article aims to analyze the academic contributions published in the Annals ENEGEP from 2008 to 2018 and trends in the area of ​​Economic Management, Cost Management subarea. Methodologically it made the use of bibliometric analysis techniques, analyzing, quantitatively and qualitatively, 219 articles, considering the following variables: quantitative evolution of publications; authoring features per article; authors; educational institutions; keywords; and themes. The main results identified an average of twenty papers per year with the cost management issue, the vast majority of publications were carried out with two or more authors, in relation to the authorship, 71% of authors had only one article, the southern region is the one most representative authors of publications, and as to the keywords which is evident most frequently are "Cost Management" and "costs"

Avaliação do sistema eletrônico de informações – Sei da superintendência da zona franca de Manaus – SUFRAMA : Evaluation of the sistema eletrônico de informações – Sei of the superintendência da zona franca de Manaus - SUFRAMA

A avaliação possui abordagem quantitativa e qualitativa e natureza exploratória com procedimento técnico bibliográfico, tem como objetivo analisar o Sistema Eletrônico de Informações (SEI), principal produto do Processo Eletrônico Nacional (PEN). No âmbito da Superintendência da Zona Franca de Manaus (SUFRAMA), possui pouco mais de cinco anos de implantado e substitui o antigo modelo de processo físico (papel), viabilizando assim uma solução de Tecnologia da Informação e da Comunicação (TIC), para o trâmite de processos virtuais, gerando às entidades públicas que o implementaram benefícios e vantagens impossíveis de serem alcançados pelo modelo anterior. A avaliação buscou variáveis de entrada (inputs) e saída (outputs) do SEI, com intuito de apontar dados, possíveis de serem processados por modelo de Análise Envoltória de Dados (DEA), propondo uma análise anual do SEI da SUFRAMA, de forma que cada ano compreendesse uma Unidade Tomadora de Decisão (DMU), com usabilidade proposta pelo Software R
