Rancang Bangun Industri Penyamakan Kulit Buaya Skala Kecil

This paper is prepared for a design of a small scales crocodile skins tanning factory, to produce leather for leather goods.The capacity of it will be 10 pieces/day wet salted crocodile skins.This factory will be profitable in the view of techno – economical aspect. The economical calculation are as follows : the total capital is fixed capital + working capital Rp. 138.149.750,78 the total production cost is variable cost a year + fixed cost a year = Rp.140.115.913,40 the variable cost for a year consists of labour salaries, maintenance, capital interest, depreciation and general expences ; the manufacturing cost is the total production cost divided by production capacity = Rp.48.651,36/piece.The profit calculation before taxing is Rp.49.964.086,60 after taxing is Rp.39.971.269,30. The pay out period calculation consists of the percentage of profit to return the capital (rate of return) before taxing is 36,17% and after taxing is 28,93%; the pay out period before taxing 2 years 8 months, after taxing 3 years 3 months.The break even calculation consists of the break even point is Rp.77.306.648,33, the percentage of break even point is 40,67% and the capacity of break even points is 1.171 pieces

Pengaruh Motivasi Bonus, Motivasi Kontrak Hutang, Motivasi Politik dan Kualitas Audit terhadap Manajemen Laba (Studi Empiris pada Perusahaan Bumn yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia)

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan kualitas audit terhadap manajemen laba pada Perusahaan BUMN di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif, dengan manajemen laba sebagai variabel dependen. Manajemen laba diukur dengan menggunakan Discretionary Accruals (DA) yang dihitung dengan menggunakan Modified Jones Model. Variabel independen yang diteliti antara lain Motivasi Bonus, Motivasi Kontrak dan Kualitas Audit. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan BUMN yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2013–2017. Sampel dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan uji asumsi klasik dan pengujian hipotesis dengan metode regresi linier berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Motivasi Kontrak dan Kualitas Audit berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Manajemen Laba, sedangkan Motivasi bonus tidak berpengaruh terhadap penghindaran Manajemen Laba. The Influence of Future Cash Flow Predictions on Profits in Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange

This research was conducted to determine the effect of future cash flow predictions on profits (gross profit, operating profit, and net income) in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The method used in this research used purposive sampling with a population of food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2016-2018. The samples in this research were 19 companies. The results obtained indicate that the operating profit variable has a partial effect on future cash flows, while the net income variable and the gross profit variable do not partially affect future cash flows. Simultaneously, gross profit, operating profit and net income have an effect on future cash flows

Pengaruh Leverage, Pertumbuhan Perusahaan, Profitabilitas terhadap Nilai Perusahaan pada Perusahaan Perdagangan Go Public

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of leverage, company growth, profitability on firm value in publicly traded companies (listed on the IDX for the 2018-2020 period). This research is a quantitative descriptive research. The population in this study are all publicly traded companies on the IDX. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique with a total sample of 28 companies. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression test, t test, and F test. The results showed that partially showed that partially showed that leverage and profitability had no significant effect on firm value, while firm growth had a significant effect on firm value. The variables of leverage, firm growth and profitability have a significant effect on firm value. So the model used is in accordance with the goodness fit model, with an effect of 38.6%. While the remaining 61.4% is explained by other variables outside the research model, this is evidenced by the results of the coefficient of determination test

Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Masyarakat dalam Meningkatkan Pendapatan Desa melalui Bumdesa sebagai Kekuatan Ekonomi Baru di Desa Jimbung Kecamatan Kalikotes Kabupaten Klaten

Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah Mengoptimalkan BUMDES dengan pelatihan dan Pendidikan BUMDES sebagai kekuatan ekonomi baru, Mengoptimatkan asset desa sebagai icon desa dengan pelatihan dan Pendidikan memilih usaha yang sudah ada dan di dukung dengan BUMDES, Memasarkan usaha BUMDES melalui media digital, Memberikan aplikasi pembukuan dengan pelatihan dan Pendidikan pembukuan, pemerintahan desa Jimbung merupakan desa politan sudah bekerja sama dengan kampus UNWIDHA dituangkan dalam kesepakatan Bersama juga dua desa politan yang lain yaitu Jombor dan Krakitan. Metode pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan disesuaikan potensi lokal yang ada didesa, yaitu pelatihan dan Pendidikan tentang BUMDESA, pelatihan dan Pendidikan pemasaran yang lebih efektif dan efisien di era covid 19 melalui social media, pelatihan dan Pendidikan tentang pembukuan juga pelatihan dan Pendidikan SDM yang dapat berkembang dan mampu bersaing dengan SDM yan lain. Waktu pelaksanaan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini yaitu semester genap 2020/2021 tepatnya yaitu bulan Juni-Agustus 2021 setiap 2 minggu sekali. Tempat pelaksanaan pengabdian di rumah ketua kelompok Usaha Kecil Menengah (UKM) Jenang dan Trasikan Ayu, Jimbung, Jimbung, Kalikotes, Klaten. Hasil pengabdian ini yaitu Ada peningkatan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kelompok UKM Desa Jimbung tentang apa itu BUMDESA, dan pemasaran melalui social media untuk memberikan peluang di era covid 19 ini, juga fungsi pembukuan bagi usaha.
