    STRATEGI MANAJEMEN KOMUNIKASI ORGANISASI DI SEKOLAH

    Penelitian ini membahas tentang implementasi komunikasi organisasi di sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi komunikasi di sekolah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian yang berkualitas sedangkan pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan Observasi, Dokumentasi dan Wawancara. Dalam menganalisis data penulis menggunakan analisis data kualitatif dengan metode triangulasi data melalui tahap reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa dalam pelaksanaan komunikasi organisasi di sekolah belum berjalan dengan baik, terdapat beberapa faktor yang menjadi kendala dalam berkomunikasi seperti faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Faktor internal seperti penyampaian pesan dari atasan disampaikan secara bertahap dan mengakibatkan pesan tersebut memiliki arti yang berbeda bagi setiap penerimanya. Sedangkan faktor eksternal bagaimana pengaruh dari luar dalam berkomunikasi. Penulis menyarankan kepada pihak sekolah khususnya kepada kepala sekolah agar membangun komunikasi yang baik demi tercapainya tujuan organisasi secara efektif dan efisien

    This article will review the organizational structure's effectiveness through the complexity, formalization, and centralization of BAPPEDA Kutai Kartanegara Regency in its position as a regional apparatus based on Government Regulation Number 18 of 2016. With a qualitative approach and interactive data analysis, the research findings show that the BAPPEDA organizational structure's effectiveness in Kutai Regency Kartanegara is quite effective and follows existing regulations.     <p><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p>Serving the community is one of the important tasks or functions, especially in sub-districts that carry out their government functions. Public service is a very important factor in government management in government tasks because it involves very broad aspects of life. Public services are always associated with activities carried out by a person, group of people, or an organization to bring assistance and convenience to the community to achieve certain goals. Public services are becoming increasingly important because they are always in contact with people with different interests and goals. Thus, public service organizations can be run or not run by the government. In terms of government organizations providing services, the most important thing is how to provide assistance and convenience to the community to meet their needs and interests. This study aims to determine community satisfaction with public service administration at Malinau Hospital. This study uses a quantitative method with a Likert Scale measurement to assess community satisfaction surveys. The results of the community satisfaction index at Malinau Hospital are included in the total index of 3.17 with a survey value of 79.28 so that it can be categorized as performance quality B (Good). Service that pleases the community is one indicator of the success of every organization/public sector in providing services to the community.</p&gt

    Restructurization of Regional Apparatus Organisation is required as an effort to develop function of organisation to be more effective and efficient, and to acquire Regional Apparatus Organisation which fulfill the principeof "Less structure , more in function" need to consider factors which has quantitative and qualitative attributes. In the process of restructurization of organization, it still has tendency to expand it by adding departments, sub-departments, and sections, and change it from the minimum pattern to maximum pattern. The situation has impacts on the level of effectivity and eficiency in the implementation of restructurization process. The occurence of hampering factors show that restructurization of regional apparatus organisation as directed in Peraturan Pemerintah (Government Regulation) No 41 of Year 20017 shows the policy implementation is not only affect the complexity of transfering process of authority/affair that had been running, but also complexity in redistribution or replacement of employee to the new post which proved to become sources of ineffectivity in administering of regional government. So that it has been advised in the process of restructurization organisation of regional apparatus should be executed based on the Analisis Jabatan (Anjab) or Position Analysis and Analisis Beban Kerja (ABK) or Work Load Analysis. The research employed qualitative approach and take the location in Bulungan Regency, and has the objectives to investigate how the process, function, supporting factor and hampering factor in restructuring the organization of regional apparatus in Government of Bulungan Regency.
