Sustentabilidad mediante el uso de la bicicleta para el transporte y movilidad en Mazatlán, Sinaloa, México

This paper presents the current state of the bicycle as a means of transportation for the mobility of Mazatlan, a documentary analysis is carried out on aspects of the history, regulations, and sustainability of the bicycle through a bibliographic review and its discussion based on from different media such as articles, theses and newspapers. In Mazatlán, basically since the second decade of this century, the use of the bicycle as a means of transport for mobility has begun to be valued from a sustainable point of view with ephemeral successes and subsequent failures in this sense, the use of the bicycle despite the efforts made so far have not been enough to formally start a long path for sustainability as public transport, which also contributes to the environment, health and economy, especially for the most unprotected working classes.En este trabajo se presenta el estado actual de la bicicleta como un medio de transporte para la movilidad de Mazatlán, se realiza un análisis documental sobre los aspectos de la historia, reglamentos y la sustentabilidad de la bicicleta mediante una revisión bibliográfica y su discusión a partir de diferentes medios como artículos, tesis y periódicos. En Mazatlán básicamente desde la segunda década de este siglo ha empezado a valorar el uso de la bicicleta como medio de transporte para la movilidad desde un punto de vista sustentable con éxitos efímeros y subsiguientes fracasos en ese sentido,el uso de la bicicleta a pesar de los esfuerzos hechos hasta ahora no han sido suficientes para dar formalmente inicio a un largo camino por la sustentabilidadcomo trasporte público, que además contribuya con el medio ambiente, la salud y economía sobre todo de la clases trabajadoras más desprotegidas

Economía social y solidaria en las universidades interculturales de México: una propuesta económica alternativa

The objective of this work is to analyze the contribution of intercultural universities on the issues of social and solidarity economy as an alternative economic proposal in Mexico. To carry out this work, a bibliographic and documentary review was carried out where works related to the social and solidarity economy and the role of intercultural universities and their connection with indigenous communities were taken into account, in aspects of alternative economies. . There are still few efforts in the aspects of the link between intercultural universities and indigenous peoples, especially in the economic, administrative and accounting areas. This link with alternative economic knowledge must be increased, such as the social and solidarity economy, with which it shares common aspects and could well contribute to the development of indigenous peoples.El objetivo del presente trabajo es analizar la aportación de las universidades interculturales en los temas sobre la economía social y solidaria como una propuesta económica alternativa en México. Para la realización de este trabajo se llevó a cabo una revisión bibliográfica y documental en donde fueron tomados en cuenta los trabajos relacionados a la economía social y solidaria y al rol de las universidades interculturales y su vinculación con las comunidades indígenas, en aspectos de economías alternativas. Aún son escasos los esfuerzos en los aspectos de la vinculación entre las universidades interculturales y los pueblos originarios, sobre todo en las áreas económicas, administrativas y contables. Se debe incrementar esta vinculación con conocimientos económicos alternativos como lo es la economía social y solidaria con las cual comparte aspectos comunes y bien podría coadyuvar al desarrollo de los pueblos originarios

INTERCULTURAL HEALTH AS A COMPLEMENT TO WESTERN MEDICINE IN MÉXICO

The objective of this paper is to analyze the factors that have caused the lack of complementarity between traditional and western medicine, to help enrich and encourage interaction and understanding between these two important areas of medical knowledge. A bibliographical and documentary review was carried out on aspects of intercultural health in general and in particular in Mexico. Intercultural health is the result of the complementarity of the western and traditional millenary health system of indigenous and Afro-Mexican peoples and communities. Greater interaction between Western and indigenous medicine is required and some of the factors that hinder complementarity are communication, recognition of linguistic diversity and the lack of training of health professionals who influence health care in these marginalized communities. The interaction between these two important areas of medical knowledge in Mexico must continue to be encouraged

La diversidad cultural vista desde las universidades indígenas e interculturales de México

This paper discusses and analyzes cultural diversity seen from the performance of indigenous precursor universities and current intercultural universities in Mexico. A bibliographical and documentary review was carried out where the works related to cultural diversity and intercultural universities in Mexico were taken into account. The difference between cultural diversity and interculturality and the role they play in the current functioning of intercultural universities must be taken into account. The attention to the problems of the original peoples, despite the advances they have had, are still insufficient.En este trabajo se discute y analiza la diversidad cultural vistas desde la actuación de las universidades precursoras indígenas y las actuales universidades interculturales en México. Se llevó a cabo una revisión bibliográfica y documental en donde fueron tomados en cuenta los trabajos relacionados a la diversidad cultural y a las universidades interculturales de México. Se debe tener en cuenta la diferencia entre diversidad cultural e interculturalidad y el papel que estas ejercen en el funcionamiento actual de las universidades interculturales. La atención a las problemáticas de los pueblos originarios a pesar de los avances que han tenido, aún siguen siendo insuficientes

Diversidad de árboles frutales de traspatio en Mochicahui, El Fuerte, Sinaloa, México

Objetivo: Evaluar la diversidad y abundancia de árboles frutales de traspatio en la Sindicatura de Mochichahui, El Fuerte, Sinaloa, México. Metodología: Se inventariaron los elementos arbóreos presentes en 211 viviendas en los sitios de muestreo de El Poblado, La Primavera y El Teroque. La información se obtuvo a partir de entrevistas abiertas dirigidas, las cuales se aplicaron a diferentes miembros de la familia (adultos) para estimar los índices de biodiversidad de (Margalef (Dmg), Menhinick (Dmn) e índice de Simpson. Resultados: Se identificaron 59 especies arbóreas en las comunidades estudiadas, de las cuales 9 especies se repiten en las 3 poblaciones. La especie más abundante fue el mango, seguida por ciruela, naranja y aguacate. Existe una mayor biodiversidad de árboles frutales en la comunidad de El Teroque a diferencia de las comunidades de La Primavera y El Poblado. Conclusión: De acuerdo a los valores de los índices de diversidad se presenta una diversidad media que sin embrago permite la disponibilidad de recursos destinados al consumo, garantizando la autosuficiencia alimentaria rural así como espacios comunes para intercambio y conservación de germoplasma

La minoría de las minorías de los pueblos indígenas: Los estudiantes y egresados de las Universidades Interculturales de México

A reflection and analysis of the participation in electoral issues by students and graduates of intercultural universities in Mexico is carried out. A literature review of issues related to indigenous minorities in Mexico is made. It is concluded that electoral conditions must be created for the inclusion of these indigenous minority groups that, due to their situation as students and graduates of intercultural universities, cannot participate in the election of their representatives because they are outside their original communities.Se realiza una reflexión y análisis dela participación en temas electorales por parte de los estudiantes y egresados de las universidades interculturales en México. Se hace una revisión bibliografía de los temas relacionados a las minorías indígenas en México. Se concluye que se deben crear las condiciones en materia electoral para la inclusión de estos grupos minoritarios indígenas que por su situación como estudiantes y egresados de las universidades interculturales, no pueden participar en la elección de sus representantes por encontrase fuera de sus comunidades originarias

Analysis of Ciberjournalism in Mexico, with emphasis on the state of Sinaloa

A review and analysis of the cyberjournalism in Mexico is made, with emphasis on the Sinaloa state, taking into account the main works of renowned researchers in the cyberjournalism in Latin America and Mexico and an investigation was made about the current state of digital journalism in the state of Sinaloa. It covers the main antecedents of digital journalism at national and state level; as well as, the discussion on the current problems and future perspectives. In Mexico, there have been isolated cases of research on the development and performance of Mexican digital newspapers, with only a few texts about this informative activity; all of them disjointed, so it can not be considered that there is a clear attempt at the national level to unveil the particularities of Mexican cyberjournalism; The Mexican academy has a deficit at this point. There are few works that describe the development and analysis of digital journalism in Mexico and few antecedents for the state of Sinaloa; and that in both cases, there is a discontinuous information, observing that the cyberjournalism in Mexico and Sinaloa is within the early stages of its development. An interesting trend detected in this analysis was that several of the most valued cybermedia belong to the northwestern area of Mexico, formed by the states of Sinaloa, Sonora and Baja California Norte, which indicates a positive competition trend in that region and a clear advance in the state of Sinaloa, Mexico
