    This research is motivated by the difficulties experienced by auditory learners in understanding information presented in written form. Hence, the author was prompted to analyze the auditory learning style of students in thematic learning. The aim of this research is to describe the auditory learning style of third-grade students. This research was conducted at SDN Bojongsari 04. The method used is qualitative descriptive research. The subjects of this research are third-grade students. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews, field notes, and documentation. The data analysis techniques employed include data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and triangulation. The results of the research show that students with an auditory learning style in thematic learning maximize their hearing through interactive lectures, group discussions, and listening to audio readings or story dialogues conducted by the teacher. The students then listen while following along with the story by reading books. The obstacles faced by students with an auditory learning style in thematic learning include difficulties in understanding visually presented materials, such as reading texts and pictures. The solution used by teachers to overcome these comprehension barriers for students with an auditory learning style is to provide oral explanations. Additionally, teachers also employ strategies such as asking students to recap the taught material, enabling them to provide additional explanations if necessary

    This article aims to find out how the role of parents in assisting children in online learning in grade 2 shofa. This writing method uses qualitative methods, and the type of research leads to a phenomenon under study. Focus on the activities of the subject of this research to get data by direct observation. In the current pandemic period, all activities are carried out at home online to avoid the increasing spread of covid-19, including schools, the role of parents is very much needed for the learning process of children during this study from home, but in practice, not all children can run it manually. It can be seen that parents feel that learning at home is less effective to implement because parents have their respective activities so that children do not get good supervision when studying and the situation of the online learning process is also burdensome for some parents who are also busy in learning.     There is still a perception that the singing method is only effective in small classes and with elementary school children. This study aims to apply the singing method as an innovative approach to learning Arabic vocabulary, in order to determine its impact on students' mastery of Arabic vocabulary in terms of pronunciation, fluency, and memorization. This research employs a qualitative approach with a descriptive data presentation method. Data collection techniques include observation and interviews regarding the application of the singing method. Data analysis techniques using the Miles and Huberman Model involve data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The results of this study conclude that teachers create positive resonances, stimuli, and affirmations to foster student comfort, confidence, and engagement in the classroom. Teachers then provide examples and repetitions of Arabic vocabulary songs they have created. Singing Arabic vocabulary, accompanied by music, initially engages even the least enthusiastic students. Students who initially lack confidence become more assured and dedicated, leading to improved fluency in pronouncing Arabic vocabula

    ANALISIS KETERLIBATAN ORANG TUA TERHADAP KEDISIPLINAN BELAJAR SISWA KELAS 2 SEKOLAH DASAR

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis mengenai keterlibatan orang tua terhadap kedisiplinan belajar siswa kelas 2 sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan analisis data yang diperoleh dari hasil observasi dan wawacara kepada guru kelas, orang tua siswa, dan siswa maka dapat diperoleh kesimpulan bahwa terdapat siswa yang masih kurang memiliki sikap kedisiplinan dalam belajar terutama dalam aspek pengumpulan tugas. Hal tersebut disebabkan oleh kesibukan perkerjaan yang dialami orang tua dari siswa tersebut yang menyebabkan kurangnya keterlibatan orang tua dalam mendampingi anak belajar, sehingga siswa sering kali terlambat dalam mengumpulkan tugas yang sudah diberikan oleh guru. Keterlibatan orang tua dalam proses pembelajaran anak adalah melibatkan diri dalam membantu dan mendampingi anak mengerjakan tugas-tugas sekolah yang telah diberikan. Anak usia sekolah dasar masih sangat membutuhkan pendampingan dari orang lain terutama dari orang tua dalam melaksanakan proses pembelajaran untuk membantu keberhasilan proses pendidikan anak terutama dalam aspek perkembangan perilaku anak. Salah satu aspek perkembangan perilaku anak yang perlu untuk diperhatikan yaitu sikap disiplin. Aspek kedisiplinan belajar siswa salah satunya yaitu mengumpulkan tugas sesuai dengan waktu yang ditentukan oleh guru, serta bertanggung jawab mengerjakan tugas yang telah diberikan oleh guru.     Miskonsepsi tentang transisi PAUD ke SD masih sering dijumpai. Miskonsepsi tersebut dapat berupa tes calistung sebagai alat penerimaan SD sehingga pada masa pendidikan usia dini, anak mendapatkan pengalaman yang tidak menyenangkan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menggambarkan penerapan transisi PAUD ke SD yang menyenangkan, dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, FGD. Hasil penelitian ini diketahui bahwa adanya upaya dalam melakukan transisi PAUD-SD yang menyenangkan, dibuktikan dengan (1) PPDB tidak menggunakan tes calistung tetapi menggunakan asesmen. (2) Telah diterapkannya kegiatan MPLS selama 1 minggu. (3) Proses pembelajaran dalam mengembangkan kemampuan fondasi anak telah dilakukan dengan cara yang menyenangkan. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan setting ruang belajar pada SD yang menyenangkan, lingkungan PAUD dan SD kelas awal berada satu tempat,  menempatkan lulusan PG-PAUD menjadi guru pada SD kelas awal. Selain itu, proses pembelajaran di  SD Lab School FIP UMJ masih menerapkan tes tulis dan lisan dalam mengukur capaian belajar siswa
