    Polohungo Village is a village located in Dulupi District, Boalemo Regency. Polohungo Village Owned by the Village Enterprise (BUMDes) which is used as an alternative in developing the village's potential in increasing community income. However, in the management of BUMDes in Polohungo Village it was found that the objectives in establishing the BUMDes had not been fulfilled, because the community's income and contributions did not match the expected goals. Therefore, it is necessary to optimize BUMDes governance in Polohungo Village. Community service activities were carried out in Polohungo Village, Dulupi District, Boalemo for 45 days, starting from October 4th to November 18th 2022. The training was carried out by providing socialization and training on BUMDes governance

     The social activities service by the student of KKN Tematik program, aim to provide education and direct training to the community regarding the process of making frozen skipjack egg rolls which can provide business opportunities to the community in Buhudaa Village, Batudaa Pantai District, especially housewives as home-based businesses. highly nutritious. The activity location is in the village of Buhudaa, Batudaa Pantai District. Making egg rolls can be used as an additional effort that is very useful and has economic value and is very popular with all walks of life. Based on the results of the activities and training, the community has high enthusiasm for making egg rolls because the manufacturing process is relatively easy and the availability of raw materials is abundant in the village.     Quality Changes of Light Flesh Tuna at Water of Tomini Bay, Gorontalo Province

    Tuna is one of the mainstay fisheries commodities that involve many of the ordinary fishermen. The handling usually still not follows the principles of good handling that causing the poor quality as the result.The aims of this research were to analyze and to determine the quality of tuna meat (the abdominal wall, dorsal fin, and caudal fin). Raw material yellowfin tuna meat prepared for the light, the meat section of the abdominal wall, dorsal fin, and caudal fin. The result of organoleptic analysis showed that the tuna meat was above the minimum value for the criteria of fresh fish. The result of TVB analysis showed that the meat on the caudal fin had the highest value and significantly different with the other, but still exist on the safe limits and on the fresh category. For the result of analysis in histamine, it shown that at the fourth hour the meat at the dorsal fin had the histamine content which were above the minimum that have been recommended. For the result of analysis in peroxide number, it shown that the tuna meat did not sustain the fat damage until the fourth hour after the catching process. And for the result of analysis in TPC, it showed that at the fourth hour the tuna meat on the pectoral fin had the highest number of total colony and significantly different with the other.Keywords: handling, histamine, light flesh, microbiology, yellowfi

    Identifikasi Senyawa Saponin Dan Antioksidan Ekstrak Daun Lamun (Thalassia hemprichii)

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi senyawa saponin dan uji aktivitas antioksidan yang terkandung pada ekstrak daun lamun Thalassia hemprichii dari Perairan Pesisir Teluk Tomini. Lamun mengandung berbagai senyawa bioaktif salah satunya berfungsi sebagai antioksidan, serta kaya akan protein, lemak, serat dan mineral-mineral. Penelitian ini terdiri atas ekstraksi, uji saponin, dan aktivitas antioksidan diuji menggunakan 2,2-diphenyl-1-picrylhydrazyl (DPPH). Ekstrak metanol Thalassia hemprichii memiliki senyawa saponin, ekstrak etil asetat tidak terdeteksi memiliki senyawa saponin. Kadar senyawa saponin ekstrak metanol dengan menggunakan metode gravimetri sebesar 12,63 %. Niali aktivitas antioksidan IC50 T. hemprichii sebesar 1,25 ppm atau 1,25 mg/L
