Artificial intelligence tools for analyzing emotionally colored information from customer reviews in the service sector

On the Internet, you can find millions of service reviews. This information can be useful to support decision-making for both potential customers and for managing a service business It is especially important to consider the emotional tone of such reviews, because emotions can attract or repel potential customers. The article discusses the actual task of the automatic processing of customer reviews and identifying emotionally colored information in it. In this paper we provide the definition of emotions and describe the results of the analysis of their classification. Further on, we identify six main emotions from the customer reviews. As our methodological basis we use a well-known approach for accounting emotionally colored information in customer reviews. This approach made it possible to set the task of automatic analysis of customer reviews, which we applied in this paper

Tatar SUFI poetry of the XVI-XIX centuries: Peculiarities, world models and symbolics

The article reveals the main national-specific peculiarities of Tatar Sufi poetry of the XVI-XIX centuries. In the course of investigation, the Sufi worldview is reconstructed, functional and artistic meanings of Sufi symbols are revealed at the material of poetic pieces; intratextual connections, existing in the Tatar literature of this period, are determined. Scientific novelty is determined by the alternate approach to the study of oral culture: the Tatar Sufi poetry is studied against the background of reconstruction of Sufi world models, as well as in wide context of Eastern literature and philosophy

Tradições de compilar dicionários bilíngües para povos turcos

Dictionaries are means to reflect the culture of the society, its national unique features, particulars of its life and activities. A special stress is made in this article on the issue of emerging bilingual dictionaries for Turkic peoples, their structure, social and cultural functions. As it was highlighted many times in academic literature, bilingual dictionaries serve as practical aids both for studying another language and for obtaining contrastive information. The paper draws special attention to research of development of Tatar bilingual dictionaries (especially Tatar-Russian and Russian-Tatar lexicographic sources) as one of representatives of the Turkic world; the structure, methods and means of compiling dictionaries. The material demonstrates the continuity in the Turkic lexicography that was founded in the first sources and has been in place up till now. The basic methods in the research are the observation method and comparative method, and based on their application, it was discovered that bilingual dictionaries for Turkic peoples were sources of contrastive information. The material represented is the first experience of showing mental qualities of Turkic peoples, including the Tatar people, documented as lexical units in bilingual dictionaries that provide an objective assessment of mastering of the sociocultural competence by the user. Results of the research promote an active use of bilingual dictionaries for studying Turkic languages for the purpose of diagnostics of levels of mastering the language, and for exposure of information on Turkic peoples living in different countries and being neighbors to many other peoples.Los diccionarios son medios para reflejar la cultura de la sociedad, sus características únicas nacionales, detalles de su vida y actividades. En este artículo se hace especial hincapié en el tema de los diccionarios bilingües emergentes para los pueblos turcos, su estructura, funciones sociales y culturales. Como se destacó muchas veces en la literatura académica, los diccionarios bilingües sirven como ayudas prácticas tanto para estudiar otro idioma como para obtener información contrastada. El documento llama especialmente la atención sobre la investigación del desarrollo de diccionarios bilingües tártaros (especialmente fuentes lexicográficas tártaros-rusos y rusotártaros) como uno de los representantes del mundo turco; la estructura, métodos y medios para compilar diccionarios. El material demuestra la continuidad en la lexicografía turca que se fundó en las primeras fuentes y que ha estado vigente hasta ahora. Los métodos básicos en la investigación son el método de observación y el método comparativo, y en base a su aplicación, se descubrió que los diccionarios bilingües para los pueblos turcos eran fuentes de información contrastante. El material representado es la primera experiencia de mostrar las cualidades mentales de los pueblos túrquicos, incluidos los tártaros, documentados como unidades léxicas en diccionarios bilingües que proporcionan una evaluación objetiva del dominio de la competencia sociocultural por parte del usuario. Los resultados de la investigación promueven un uso activo de diccionarios bilingües para estudiar las lenguas turcas con el objetivo de diagnosticar los niveles de dominio del idioma y de exponer la información sobre los pueblos túrquicos que viven en diferentes países y ser vecinos de muchos otros pueblos.Dicionários são meios para refletir a cultura da sociedade, suas características nacionais únicas, detalhes de sua vida e atividades. Neste artigo, especial ênfase é colocada sobre o tema dos dicionários bilingues emergentes para os povos turcos, sua estrutura, funções sociais e culturais. Como destacado muitas vezes na literatura acadêmica, os dicionários bilíngües servem como auxílios práticos tanto para estudar um outro idioma quanto para obter informações contrastadas. O documento chama a atenção em particular para a pesquisa sobre o desenvolvimento de dicionários bilíngües Tatar (especialmente fontes lexicográficas tártaras-russas e russas-tártaras) como um dos representantes do mundo turco; a estrutura, métodos e meios para compilar dicionários. O material demonstra a continuidade na lexicografia turca que foi fundada nas primeiras fontes e que está em vigor até agora. Os métodos básicos da investigação são o método de observação e o método comparativo e, com base em sua aplicação, descobriu-se que os dicionários bilingues para os povos turcos eram fontes de informações contrastantes. Educating young people in multicultural educational environment of higher education institution

A leading approach to the study of this problem is a systematic approach which allows you to identify, justify and group theoretical and practical prerequisites of the formation of cultural and interethnic relations between students in a multicultural educational environment of higher education institution. The research has shown that familiarizing with the cultural heritage, the student learns the experience of many generations, and perhaps, of the whole mankind. Pair Sufi symbols in Tatar poetry of the 20th century: Complexity and transformation of symbols

In this article functions and poetic features of pair Sufi symbols in the Tatar poetry of the beginning of the XX century are considered. Relevant to the Tatar poetry forms of symbolization within a modernist art paradigm come to light. During the research it is proved that one of the main distinctive features of national poetry of this period is complexity of figurative structure and transformation of Sufi symbols. It is established that pair Sufi symbols are exposed to substantial changes, becoming more difficult and unpredictable. It is defined that in the Tatar poetic works the stylization of pair Sufi symbols providing variability of reading of poetic works within various cultural paradigms is observed. Complicated images and symbols at the same time become an element of other, main symbol, the complexity providing effect of the microtext in the text is observed. In this key the poetic originality of the Tatar poetry of this period comes to light

Ideological myth and archetypes in Tatar poetry of Years 1920-50S

In this article is detected specific of adaptation of ideological myth and archetypes ion Tatar poetry of years 1920-50s, researched content and image paradigm of poetic works. In course of research is traced history of expression of ideological tendencies in Tatar poetry, and on this background are distinct several motives and archetypes, works are considered in "connection" with ideology of socialism. At this is proved that typologically similar with analogue phenomenon in Russian literature ideological myth in Tatar poetry had its own differential peculiarities stipulated by impact of local culture substrate and distinctness of national poetic mentality. Scientific novelty is determined by studying of Tatar poetry from the point of view of participation in it as major forming element of ideological motives and archetypes and explanation of new methods of studying of Soviet poetry, literature of socialist realism. In this key the article promoted more correct statement and solution of some fundamental problems of national significance. Moreover, in modern Tatar literature studies the unambiguous estimation of poetry of 1920-50s does not exist. Foundational for our research is hermeneutical approach, direction reception activity of reader to analysis of principles and devices of description, determination of typological similarities and peculiarity of artistic searches, matching and having differences in diverse word arts. Beside this, in course of research we will use the method developed by B. Borukhov. "Motivating poetics" is used at analysis of poetic works and allows to detect national-specific peculiarities of ideological myth in Tatar poetry of years 1920-50s

Directions to improve economic efficiency of regional production

The paper provides theoretical grounding and the directions for improving the economic efficiency of the regional feedstuff production. The study develops a conceptual model of distributing management functions of feedstuff production between the regional authorities of state sectoral and economic management and the district level. The authors suggest the methodology for calculating potential capacity of intraregional feedstuff market, considering the demands of all categories of agricultural manufacturers. The study examines possibilities for implementing the strategy of diversified growth and development of the intraregional feedstuff market, including the terms of interaction between the large and micro-business inside the industry and cooperation of micro-business feedstuff manufacturers with agricultural production. The authors have developed the methodology for assessing the efficiency of feedstuff production, based on the aggregate estimation of the management organization, conditions for the development of feedstuff production and changes in the feedstuff production and livestock breeding industry.peer-reviewe
