An example of the development of law of social rights in Extremadura: Aids in emergency situations

En el presente trabajo se realiza el estudio de un aspecto del desarrollo normativo del derecho al «bienestar social» en la Comunidad Autónoma de Extremadura, y se describe concretamente cómo se ha realizado este desarrollo en el caso de la atención a las denominadas «situaciones de emergencia social», analizándose la normativa vigente, la configuración y naturaleza de las Ayudas para la Integración en Situaciones de emergencia Social (A.I.S.E.S.), los requisitos para su percepción, las modalidades de las mismas y las cuestiones problemáticas que han ido surgiendo en su aplicación.This essay studies an aspect of the normative development of the right to the «social welfare» in the autonomous region of Extremadura, and describes specifically how this development has been carried out in the case of the called «situations of social emergency ». It analyses the existing regulatory framework, the shape and nature of the «aids for the integration in situation of social emergency», the requirements for its drawing, its types, and the problematic matters in its application.peerReviewe
