    Jember Creative Industry Distribution Model Towards the International Market

    The creative industry is one of the industries that currently supports the Indonesian economy. The purpose of this study is to formulate the distribution model of Jember's creative industry towards the international market, especially in the performance art sector. This study is quantitative-eksploratif research conducted in Jember using SMEs as a population. The analytical tool used in this study was FGD and a fishbone diagram. The results of the fishbone diagram analysis showed several causes of SME growth problems such as the lack of HR skills in foreign languages, the inadequate sophisticated technology in business, and the minimal amount of business capital. The inappropriate adoption of the technology was then identified as the root cause of the problem. Thus, the distribution model for the creative industry to increase competitiveness in the international market is the technology application in every element of the SMEs

    Human Resource Management (HRM) is one of the most strategic parts in  organization. HRM is the art and science of managing the relationship and role of the workforce effectively and efficiently to achieve organizational goals. The development of human resource management changes every time. Currently the role of HRM is becoming more complex and full of challenges. Therefore, the preparation of a strategy in human resource management must be in line with the organization's business strategy. The management of the organization has now realized that employees are a strategic asset and must be developed in order to provide opportunities that the organization can take advantage of. Employee potential development programs that are currently being carried out are by increasing employee competencies. This also applies to educational institutions like University. This study uses a literature study that analyzes the role of Human Resource Business Partner in achieving higher education success. Competency improvement and development programs for lecturers and students have often been held with various activities such as seminars, training, competency tests, etc. It is intended that universities can produce professionals in their respective scientific fields. The employee management model that is considered capable of assisting higher education institutions in improving the competence of academics is to use the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP). HRBP positions HR practitioners to be partners for organizational managers and as consultants in selecting employee competency development programs. In implementing HR management activities in University HRBP is the right model, especially for lecturers and students who want to improve their competence and develop their knowledge. This HRBP management model is also very helpful in the implementation of the Merdeka Belajar Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) program by Higher Education, where the goal of MBKM is in line with HRBP, namely to increase the competence of academics and be able to produce academics who are professional in their fields

    ABSTRAKSebuah perubahan yang terjadi pada perusahaan berdampak pada seluruh elemen perusahaan, khususnya karyawan. Perusahaan harus mampu merawat karyawan dengan baik agar perubahan dalam perusahaan mendapat dukungan dari karyawan. Dukungan karyawan terhadap perubahan perusahaan dapat diketahui dari sikap kerja selama bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap sikap kerja karyawan di PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. Sikap kerja terdiri dari dua variabel, yaitu kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga variabel, yaitu kualitas kehidupan kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan komitmen organisasional. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian merupakan data primer yang diperoleh melalui survei dengan menyebarkan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan 86 responden karyawan PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan metode purposive sampling, yaitu karyawan tetap yang memiliki masa kerja minimal 5 tahun. Data yang diperoleh kemudian diolah menggunakan analisis regresi linier untuk menganalisis pengaruh kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja dan komitmen organisasional. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan dari kualitas kehidupan kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja, komitmen kontinuans. Pengaruh tersebut terjadi karena PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh mampu memenuhi kebutuhan karyawan yang terdapat dalam kualitas kehidupan kerja, khususnya kebutuhan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja serta kebutuhan pengetahuan.Kata Kunci: Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja; Sikap Kerja;  Kepuasan Kerja; Komitmen OrganisasionalABSTRACTA change which takes place in a company will bring an effect to all of the elements of the company, especially the employees. The company should be able to take care of the employees well, so the proposed change will get their support. The support of the employees toward the change can be traced from their working attitude shown during their work. The research is aimed to test and analyze the influence of quality of work life toward the employee’s working attitude in PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. The working attitude consists of two variables, that are job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research uses three variables, that are: quality of work life, job satisfaction, and organizational commitment. The data used in the research is primary data taken from survey method by distributing questionnaires. The research uses 86 respondents who are the employees of PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh. The sampling is done by using purposive sampling method, that is full-time employees who have at least 5 years of service. The data are then processed by using linier regression analysis to analyze the influence of quality of work life toward job satisfaction and organizational commitment. The result of the research shows that there is a positive and significant influence of quality of work life toward job satisfaction and continuance commitment. It happens because PT Mitratani Dua Tujuh is able to satisfy the employee’s needs which lie in quality of work life, especially in the health and safety needs as well as the knowledge needsQuality of Work Life; Work Attitude; Job Satisfaction; Organizational Commitmen

    Sukogidri merupakan desa di kecamatan Ledokombo, Kabupaten Jember. Perekonomian nasional tidak dapat dipisahkan dari perekonomian pedesaan karena sebagian besar masyarakat tinggal di pedesaan. Dengan potensi yang sangat besar yang harus didukung oleh kegiatan pasar, dan letaknya yang jauh dari perkotaan, maka perlu dirancang suatu strategi untuk meningkatkan pendapatan dari produk yang dihasilkan oleh desa Sukogidri. Salah satu mata pencaharian utama masyarakat Sukogidri adalah pengrajin sandal bakiak dengan skala bisnis UMKM. Untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan Desa Sukogidri, UMKM sandal bakiak dijadikan sebagai salah satu penggerak perekonomian desa. Pemasaran produk UMKM Bakiak di Desa Sukogidri masih menggunakan cara tradisional yaitu promosi dari mulut ke mulut. Pelaksanaan pengabdian kepada masyarakat difokuskan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan pengusaha sandal bakiak Sukogidri melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan dengan metode PBL. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan tersebut meningkatkan jangkauan pemasaran sandal bakiak dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat Sidogidri

    The presence of MSME-scale businesses in Indonesia has improved the country's economy, especially during the economic crisis hit, one of which was during the COVID-19 pandemic. This pandemic has also changed the business flow of all business actors, including MSMEs. During the pandemic, all business people who initially only marketed their products conventionally began to take advantage of technological sophistication, especially on social media. The use of social media and technological sophistication is an alternative to develop the existing market potential while making it easier for business actors to find what consumers need. The use of technology is also applied to products produced by MSMEs, one of which is Zayyan Art Design, an MSME actor in the craft sector. One of Zayyan Art's obstacles to running their business is that they can’t use social media to market their products. The purpose of the activities that have been carried out is to help improve skills by increasing the capacity of human resources with a digital perspective. This increase is expected to help increase the number of sales of partner products so that partner problems can be slightly reduced especially in financial problems and an increase in partner income. The method that has been used in this activity is Asset Based Community Development (ABCD). This concept is one of the strategies in service activities whose main activity is community development in the form of training and assistance in using technology in marketing for Zayyan Art. The form of training that has been held is in the form of tutorials on making product marketing videos and making digital product catalogs. The results of the service activities that have been carried out are an increase in employee skills in using social media and expanding the market reach of Zayyan Art products
