Organization of Oral Dialogical Discourse: Feedback and Ways of Its Explication

The results of the study of feedback in the Russian oral dialogical discourse are presented in the article. The relevance of this study is due to several factors. First, the debatable issue is related to the qualification of fragments of oral discourse from the point of view of their relevance to the genre of monologue, dialogue, polylogue. Secondly, there is a number of theoretical problems arising from such qualifications, in particular, in the scientific description of feedback markers (based on the material of the Russian language), a rather large number of gaps are found. The definitions of the terms feedback and feedback markers are provided in the article. The authors note that it seems advisable to consider feedback markers in a somewhat expanded way, including in this group not only units used to express positive attention, but also units that can signal difficulties in perceiving the interlocutor’s utterance, as well as illocutionary forced units that are a reaction to the initial a replica of the interlocutor. Criteria for the inclusion of units functioning within the vocal modality in the group of feedback markers are proposed. A classification of feedback markers based on the ability of units to collapse the proposition contained in the statement of the interlocutor is proposed. In the article, the authors present the results of developing a feed mixture with the addition of the probiotic Levisel SB + in the production conditions of JSC Prodo Poultry Farm Permskaya. In the poultry body, due to intensive industrial rearing, fattening, change of diet, and composition of feed mixtures, the fermentation process in the large intestine of poultry is disturbed. Therefore, it is crucial to develop feed mixes with various supplements, probiotics, and prebiotics—one of the most important criteria for obtaining quality poultry meat - complete fodder. Mixed fodder is a feed mixture of purified finely chopped raw materials of plant and animal origin with the addition of enriching substances such as vitamins, micro-, and macronutrients, enzymes, probiotics, and more. To date, our task has become not only the production of quality feed but adding to them such ingredients that would increase meat productivity, ensure the health of poultry and obtain environmentally friendly products. Prodo agro holdings growing poultry production volumes are ahead of the national average. First of all, this increase is connected with investment projects. In 2008 Prodo agricultural holding developed and introduced national brands “Rokoko” and “Troekurovo,” which allowed the company to expand the geography of sales of its products. Currently, there is a trend towards increased consumption of poultry meat both in the Russian Federation and the global community. Under these conditions, simply producing high-quality poultry feed is not enough. Therefore, the authors propose to include the probiotic Levisel SB+ in poultry diets, a bacterial concentrate containing beneficial microorganisms with high enzymatic activity. This probiotic increases the quantity and improves the quality of products in the conditions of JSC “Prodo Poultry Farm Permskaya.”Приводятся результаты разработки кормовой смеси с добавлением пробиотика Левисел SB плюс в условиях производства АО «Продо Птицефабрика Пермская». В организме птицы вследствие интенсивного промышленного выращивания, откорма, смены рациона, состава кормовых смесей происходят нарушения процесса ферментации в толстом отделе кишечника. Поэтому очень важно разрабатывать кормовые смеси с различными биологическими добавками, пробиотиками и пребиотиками. Один из самых главных критериев получения качественного мяса птицы – полноценные комбикорма. Комбикорм – это кормовая смесь из очищенного тонкоизмельченного сырья растительного и животного происхождения с добавлением обогащающих веществ, таких как витамины, микро- и макроэлементы, ферменты, пробиотики и многое другое. На сегодняшний день нашей задачей стало не только производство качественных комбикормов, но и добавление в них таких ингредиентов, которые бы способствовали повышению мясной продуктивности, обеспечению здоровья птицы и получению экологически чистой продукции. В агрохолдинге «Продо» увеличивающиеся объёмы производства мяса птицы опережают среднероссийские показатели. В первую очередь это связано с инвестиционными проектами. В агрохолдинге «Продо» в 2008 г. разработаны и внедрены федеральные бренды «Рококо» и «Троекурово», которые позволили предприятию расширить географию реализации своей продукции. В настоящее время наблюдается тенденция к повышению потребления мяса птицы как в Российской Федерации, так и в мировом сообществе. В этих условиях произвести просто качественный корм для птицы недостаточно, поэтому предлагаем включать в рационы птицы пробиотик Левисел SB плюс – бактериальный концентрат, содержащий полезные микроорганизмы с высокой ферментативной активностью, для повышениия количества и улучшения качества продукции в условиях АО «Продо Птицефабрика Пермская»

Therapeutic gymnastics and pelotherapy in physical rehabilitation of patients after arthroscopic surgery on the shoulder joint

Objective: to improve the effectiveness of early postoperative rehabilitation of patients after arthroscopic surgery on the shoulder joint by the combined use of exercises with dynamic controlled muscle tension (DCMT) and thin-layer peloidotherapy. Materials and methods: 98 patients operated on for rotator cuff syndrome, were divided into 3 groups, comparable in age, sex and the main clinical manifestations. All patients received basic therapy, including orthopedic mode in the form of immobilization of the upper limb and curative gymnastics according to the standard method. Patients of the I and II group in addition to basic treatment were given an exercise course with dynamic controlled muscle tension during the immobilization and postimmobilization period. Patients of the II main group in the postimmobilization period received pelotherapy. Results: according to the results of goniometry in patients of I and II groups had the greater volume of movement in the shoulder joint after immobilization was stopped in comparison with patients of group III (control). Analysis of pain indicators while the shoulder joint moving on the scale of pain a month after immobilization revealed a significant advantage of the results of the II main group. Conclusions: it was shown that the inclusion of exercises with dynamic controlled muscle tension in the therapeutic complex had a more significant effect on the main clinical symptoms of the disease, the regeneration processes, and also contributed to an earlier restoration of impaired functions of the shoulder joint
