    The trend of milk production in the period from 2011 to 2014 in Croatia

    Mlijeko i mliječni proizvodi pripadaju skupini osnovnih nezamjenjivih namirnica u prehrani ljudi. Mlijeko se u svijetu priznaje kao temeljni prehrambeni proizvod, koji osim energetskih vrijednosnih tvari organizmu daje i određene zaštitne tvari, pa zauzima posebno mjesto među namirnicama životinjskog podrijetla. Mlijeko sadrži dostatne količine proteina, mliječne masti, minerala i vitamina to jest sve što je potrebno za rast i razvoj mladog organizma. U Republici Hrvatskoj postoje određeni problemi u proizvodnji dostatne količine mlijeka pa se nažalost jedan dio mlijeka mora uvoziti iz inozemstva. Na temelju prikazanih činjenica koje su prikazane u ovom radu, pokazatelj su trenutnog stanja u govedarskoj proizvodnji Republike Hrvatske, te rezultat djelatnosti Hrvatske poljoprivredne agencije na razvoju govedarstva. Vidno je da ukupan broj krava od 2011. godine do 2014. godine opada pa tako u 2013. godini ima 180.946 krava gdje je simentalska pasmina najzastupljenija sa 118.262 krave (65,4%), zatim holstein sa 44.305 krava (24,5%), pa smeđa sa 4.603 krava (2,5%). Za sve pasmine (81.917 standardnih laktacija) je ostvarena prosječna proizvodnja od 5.893 kg mlijeka s 4,02% m.m. i 3,30% bjelančevina. U 2013. godini zabilježen je pad količine otkupljenog mlijeka u odnosu na 2012. godinu, pa je 2013. godine otkupljeno 503,851.844 kg mlijeka dok se za ožujak 2014. godine procjenjuje otkupljeno mlijeko u iznosu od 46,968.596 kg mlijeka što je nešto u porastu u odnosu na ožujak 2013. godine gdje je otkupljeno 44,273.541 kg mlijeka. Tijekom 2013. godine postigli smo 95% mlijeka I. razreda i 5% ostalog mlijeka. Proizvodnja mlijeka na suvremenim farmama je okosnica buduće govedarske proizvodnje u Republici Hrvatskoj , kao dijelu Evropske Unije.Milk and dairy products belong to the group of basic foods indispensable in human nutrition. Milk is recognized worldwide as a basic foodstuff, except that the energy value of the substance the body and gives specific protective substances, and occupies a special place among the foods of animal origin. Milk contains sufficient amounts of protein, fat, minerals and vitamins that is all that is needed for the growth and development of the young organism. In Croatia, there are certain problems in the production of sufficient quantities of milk and unfortunately a portion of the milk has to be imported from abroad. On the basis of the facts that are presented in this paper, an indication of the current state of the Croatian Republic of cattle production, and the result of activities of the Croatian Agricultural Agency in the development of cattle breeding. It is obvious that the total number of cows from 2011. 2014. Was falling so in the 2013th year has 180,946 cows, which is the most common breed Simmental cows with 118,262 (65.4%), followed with 44,305 Holstein cows (24.5% ), and the brown cow with 4.603 (2.5%), etc. For all breeds (81,917 standard lactation) has achieved an average production of 5,893 kg of milk with 4.02% fat and 3.30% protein. In the 2013th year, a decline of milk compared to the year 2012., And the 2013th year purchased 503 851 844 kg of milk until March of 2014 years is estimated milk purchased in the amount of 46,968,596 kg of milk which is slightly on the rise compared to March 2013, where he purchased 44,273,541 kg of milk. During the 2013th year we achieved 95% of the milk first grade and 5% other milk. Milk production on modern farming is the backbone of the future of cattle production in the Republic of Croatia, as part of the European Union

    Analysis of agricultural production in Posavska county – Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina

    Posavska županija je dio entiteta Federacije Bosne i Hercegovine. Nekada poznato poljoprivredno područje, zbog izravnih posljedica rata, sada se nalazi u vrlo nepovljnom položaju. Podaci pokazuju da područje ove Županije ima veći intenzitet poljoprivredne proizvodnje za 1,9 puta u odnosu na cijelokupnu Bosnu i Hercegovinu i 2,38 puta u odnosu na Federaciju Bosne i Hercegovine. Najveći dio zasijanih ratarskih površina čine kukuruz i pšenica. Međutim, povrtlarstvo sa samo 8 % zasijanih površina čini skoro 40 % ukupnih prihoda u poljoprivredi. Stočarstvo je slabije razvijeno. Ističe se samo peradarska proizvodnja koja je dostigla prijeratnu razinu. Uvođenjem poljoprivredne strategije na razini cjelokupne države Bosne i Hercegovine, Posavska županija postala bi važan državni i regionalni čimbenik u poljoprivrednoj proizvodnji.Posavska County is a part of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Data show that of agricultural productions intensity in this County, 1.9 times higher in relation to the entire Bosnia and Herzegovina, and 2.38 times higher in relation to the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina. Corn and wheat are planted on most of agricultural areas. However, vegetable farming on only 8 % of planted areas makes almost 40 % of all income in agriculture. Stockbreeding is less developed. Only poultry farming, which gained the level before war, stands out. Introducing an agricultural strategy at the level of the entire Bosnia and Herzegovina, the Posavska County would become an important state and regional factor in agricultural production
