Cell Neuromarkers and Neuropeptides in Comprehensive Diagnostics and Correction of the Aging Process

Приводятся результаты исследований по использованию маркера старения нейронов белка S-100 как коррелята биовозраста. Предлагается использование регуляторных олигопептидов для коррекции и поддержания клеточного потенциала организма в процессе старения, рассматриваются механизмы их действия. В процессе диагностики возраст-ассоциированных поражений нервной системы рекомендуются исследование обнаруженного нами специфического маркера возрастной инволюции нейронов белка S-100 и включение в схемы коррекции ускоренного старения ЦНС регуляторных пептидов пинеалона и везугена как средств векторного воздействия на нервную и сосудистую ткань головного мозга.The results of studies on the use of the marker of neuronal aging protein S-100 as a correlate of bio-growth are presented. The use of regulatory oligopeptides to correct and maintain the cellular potential of the body during aging is proposed, the mechanisms of their action are considered. Представлен обзор литературы по проблеме использования неинвазивных технологий в ранней диагностике и прогнозировании возраст-ассоциированного когнитивного снижения, связанного в своей основе с болезнью Альцгеймера. Основное внимание уделяется исследованию состояния буккального эпителия и ротовой жидкости как суррогатных моделей дегенеративного поражения церебральных структур, а также определению роли микроорганизмов ротовой полости в формировании и развитии когнитивных нарушений. Приводится оригинальная гипотеза нейродегенеративного поражения церебральных структур, на основе которой предлагается алгоритм исследований состояния полости рта для наиболее раннего выявления и прогноза когнитивного дефицита.A review of the literature on the problem of the use of non-invasive technologies in early diagnosis and prediction of age-associated cognitive decline associated with Alzheimer’s disease is presented. The main attention is paid to the study of the buccal epithelium, oral fluid, as surrogate models of degenerative lesions of cerebral structures, as well as determining the role of oral microorganisms in the formation and development of cognitive disorders. An original hypothesis of neurodegenerative lesions of cerebral structures is presented, on the basis of which an algorithm for studying the state of the oral cavity is proposed in order to detect and predict cognitive deficits as early as possible

Biological age as indicator of efficiency at metabolic heroprophylaxis

The potency of metabolizing geroprotector remedies (various types of gas physiotherapy, dietary supplements, including peptide bioregulators, functional nutrition Doctor's food, L-arginine, etc.) was compared in ability to reduce the biological age in short-term test on practically healthy or with subclinical forms of polymorbid pathology people 35-69 years old. In terms of biological age the usefulness of metabolizing geroprotector remedies depends on its type and passport age of the patients. After the geroprotector inspiration biological age decreased in the range of 12.8 to 1.3 years. The best efficiency was attained by the combination of peptide bioregulators pinealone and vesugen in the age group of 35-59 years. The least effective was vezugen (arginine), a decrease in bio-age by 1.3 years.Эффективность геропрофилактических средств метаболического механизма действия сравнивали по способности снижать биологический возраст при кратковременном тестировании на практически здоровых или с субклиническими формами полиморбидной патологии людей возрастом 35-69 лет. С точки зрения биологического возраста, влияние геропротекторного средств зависит от его типа и паспортного возраста пациентов. После применения геропротектора биологический возраст уменьшался в диапазоне от 12,8 до 1,3 года. Наилучшая эффективность была достигнута комбинацией пептидных биорегуляторов пинеалон и везуген в группе 35-59 лет. Наименьшую эффективность продемонстрировал везуген (аргинин) уменьшение биовозраста на 1,3 года
