    Abstract The purpose of this study is to show the working culture of the police in service to the community in Enrekang Police. The research method used is qualitative. The number of informants is seven. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, literature studies. The results showed that the Enrekang Police Department in the implementation of the task of giving attention to habits, where the Enrekang Police Police always pay attention to the small details of errors in carrying out their duties. This is in line with the principle of obedience to the procedures for carrying out police duties. Enrekang Police Regulation as a party that provides public services to the community in order to provide maximum service, guided by the Code of Professional Ethics of the Police and Tri Brata and Catur Prasetya as the main duty of the police is to protect, serve and enforce the law and work in accordance with the Standards of Oprasional Procedures. Enrekang Police Department carries out tasks oriented to the values carried out by adjusting methods to the socio-cultural conditions of the community and providing examples first, be it institutionally, personally and close family of the Police so as to have a significant impact in the results of socialization and education to the community. Keywords: working culture, police, servic

    This study is to find out how to apply and describe and analyze Learning Organizations at the Center for Training and Development of Government Management Studies Makassar State Administration. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive research that is sourced from primary and secondary data. The result of the research shows that the learning organization at Puslatbang KMP LAN RI Makassar is 1) learning organization that supports the implementation of the organization, namely learning culture, namely learning culture that prioritizes sharing. process, namely employees are given the opportunity to become facilitators in a training tools and techniques, namely the facilities can be said to be good and learning methods and learning methods such as interactive learning,  skills and motivation namely employees are forced to catch up so that they can improve the individual abilities of employees.

    Collaborative Governance in Preventing Drug Smuggling in the Nunukan District

    Collaborative governance is currently being promoted as a solution to public problems in which the government is encouraged to work with cross-sectoral organizations. Although several collaborative efforts developed by the government were reported to have failed, several collaborations were successfully established to resolve various problems. The main objective of this study is to analyze the collaborative process in preventing drug smuggling in Nunukan Regency. The research focuses on ANSELL and GASH theory about the stages in the collaborative governance process: face-to-face, trust building, commitment to the process, shared understanding, and intermediate outcomes. This study uses a qualitative descriptive methodology. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation with stakeholders involved in drug prevention collaboration in Nunukan Regency. Data analysis was done using NVivo 12 Plus software. The results showed that the collaboration process was quite good in preventing drug smuggling in Nunukan Regency.     Dynamics of Collaboration in Poverty Alleviation in Bone Regency

    This research is to analyze dynamics of collaboration in poverty alleviation in Bone Regency. The method used is descriptive qualitative with a phenomenological approach. Results of interviews as primary data and secondary data through documents and literature related to the topic. The results of the study show that in principle movement, motivation and ability to act together goes through coordination meetings which are held at least 4 times a year or quarterly. Collaborative actions through community empowerment, establishment of licensing processes, human resources and a new management system are also ongoing with the existence of the District Coordination Team which directly monitors the process of distributing aid in the field. Another thing is intended to avoid the occurrence of multiple KPM recipients, by using the NIK identity through the SIKS-NG application to make it easier to check beneficiary data. The main supporting factor is the synergy of stakeholders to overcome poverty. However, the obstacles are the people's mindset which is still difficult to change and the network is less stable in some areas

    This study aimed to determine how the influence of organizational culture variables on employee performance variables at Hadji Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency. This study used quantitative research methods. Data were analyzed using descriptive statistics with a simple linear regression formula. Then the data was explained in the form of tables, frequencies, pictures, and narrative processed data with the help of IBM SPSS Version 22. The results of this study showed that there was an insignificant influence of organizational culture on employee performance. From the analysis, it concluded that organizational culture had a very weak influence on employee performance, this could be seen from the results of the determination test, it was known that the R2 value was 0.048, which meant 4.8%, which indicated that organizational culture was influenced by employee performance and the rest was influenced by other variables. Which meant the values in organizational culture such as: individual initiative, tolerance for risk, supervision, management support and communication patterns did not contribute to improving employee performance.Keywords: influence, organizational culture, employee performanc

    Penyelundupan narkoba di Kabupaten Nunukan merupakan persoalan penting yang harus segera ditindak lanjuti. Tindak kejahatan penyelundupan dan peredaran narkoba apabila tidak dilakukan penindakan yang tegas maka akan menimbulkan jumlah penyebarannya akan terus bertambah apabila persoalan ini terus berlangsung, maka bisa menimbulkan ancaman terhadap keaamanan dan ketahanan bangsa. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mendeskripsikan upaya Badan Narkotika Nasional dalam penanggulangan narkoba di Kabupaten Nunukan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara dan dokumentasi. Dengan analisis data menggunakan software NVivo 12 Plus. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa upaya yang dilakukan oleh Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan dalam mencegah penyelundupan narkoba yaitu: 1. Melakukan koordinasi baik disektor pemerintah, sektor swasta, pendidikan dan masyarakat. Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan juga telah melakukan perjanjian (Memorandum of Understanding) bersama Polres Kabupaten Nunukan, LP RRI Nunukan dan Tim Penggerak Pembinaan Keluarga. 2. Upaya preemtif yaitu berupa kegiatan Komunikasi, informasi dan edukasi P4GN melalui sosialisasi atau penyuluhan dengan memasuki komunitas masyarakat, pemerintah dan Pendidikan dan 3. Upaya preventif berupa kegiatan test urin serta operasi patroli melalui keamanan laut. Selain Badan Narkotika Nasional Kabupaten Nunukan membentuk Desa Bersih Narkoba

    The purpose of this study was to find out the leadership style of the North Luwu Regency, especially in the 2016-2021 period. This study used a qualitative research method. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study showed  2 (two) leadership styles of women in public positions in North Luwu Regency, namely 1) The Mother, who became a leader in an organization or agency. From the results of the study, the leadership of the North Luwu Regency  was leader who was very synonymous with her sympathetic nature, easy to talk to about personal  problems and being good listener. 2) The Iron Maiden or commonly referred to as the Iron Woman, which meant having a tough nature and always stuck in a militant attitude than it should be. Therefore, the leadership of the North Luwu Regency in the 2016-2021 period had a competency style that  carried out in a frank manner and wanted to position herself with anyone.Keywords: Leadership Style, Public Positio

    ABSTRACT This study aimed to describe women's leadership in public positions at the District Office of Pangkajene and Islands. This study used a descriptive qualitative type of research. This study used data observation, interviews, documentation. The number of informants in this study were 7 people. The results showed that (1) the female leader as the mother had been carried out well, namely the leaders always accepted the complaints of her staff, (2) the female leader as a sexual object or a good motivator had been going well because the staff were able to work without being ordered to.(3) The female leader as a favorite, it was proven to exist because the staff made the section head  , (4) The female leader as an iron woman was in the leadership of the section head seen from those who were firm to their staff in order to provide good discipline

    This study purposed to determine the work culture of the police in serving the community, satisfaction, accuracy of targets in its implementation and public services to the community. This study used qualitative with 5 informants. Data collection techniques were in-depth interviews, direct observation, documentation. The results of this study showed that the habits of Rappocini police officers in providing excellent service to the community by using local / regional culture and community trust. Every arrangement in the agency  or private prioritized or improved the family system. In improving performance that was appropriate, fast and professional, Rappocini Police Sector Regulations  that provided public services to the community in order to provide maximum service, guided by tri brata and Catur prasetya  and the commission of the police profession code of ethics as the main task of the police to protect, serve and enforce the law, as well as Values in the view of the Makassar Rappocini Police Sector in providing services to the community in accordance with the reality that had not been running optimally. The application of perfomance had not  run well, convoluted service, acts of favoritism or exceptions

    This study aims to determine the role of the Culture and Tourism Office in the management of Camba Cambang Island tourism object in Pangkep Regency. The role of the Tourism Office as the manager of Camba Cambang Island, which acts as a motivator, facilitator, and dynamic in realizing an increase in tourists visiting and prospering the community around Tesebut Island. Therefore, with the role of the Tourism Office which is directly optimal and in-depth to develop the community. This type of research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach where data obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. The informants in this study were four people including the head of the Pangkep district tourism office, the field of resource development, the field of tourism. The results showed that the role of the Office of Culture and Tourism in increasing the number of visitors of the Office of Tourism carried out various promotions through online media, events, exhibitions , banners and brochures.
