Analisis SWOT dalam Identifikasi Mutu Suatu Lembaga Pendidikan
The world of education in Indonesia, especially at the primary and secondary education levels, is faced with the most important and fundamental educational problem, namely the low quality of education. Various observations and analyzes were carried out, resulting in the conclusion that there are more or less three factors that cause the quality of education in Indonesia to not experience significant improvement, namely: the implementation of education in Indonesia uses an "Educational Function" or "input-output analysis" approach which is not carried out consistently. Consequently, the implementation of education is centralized bureaucratic, so that schools are very dependent on bureaucratic decisions and minimal community participation. One of the managerial strategies developed to ensure that a school organization has resilience and vitality in the present and is sustainable into the future is by carrying out a SWOT analysis in order to formulate an organization, both a business company and a social organization. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. School library management is basically the process of optimizing human, material and budget contributions to achieve library goals. The organizational structure of the national library published through the National Library Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2020 concerning the Organization and Work Procedures of the National Library. Education is an investment process that forms human resources who have the skills and skills to meet future demands. Achieving the goals of Education, it is necessary to have education with a quality education system. Education can be categorized as quality if it meets and can exceed the 8 educational standards listed in PP no. 19 of 2005. The quality of education has a positive impact as a form of competitive advantage that can be used as an aspect of competitiveness with other educational institutions. This article aims to describe specifically about the quality of Education and competitive advantage as competitiveness with other Educational Institutions. This article uses library research methods in its writing, by collecting data sourced from published scientific references. The results of this article found that the quality of education is illustrated if it meets 8 national education standards and can provide satisfaction to the needs of education stakeholders. The quality of education is also one of the materials of competitive advantage as the competitiveness of educational institutions. Penerapan Model Pembelajaran Quiz Team Untuk Meningkatkan Motivasi Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Man Kisaran
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) peningkatan motivasi
belajar siswa dalam penerapan model pembelajaran Quiz Team pada
materi Sumberdaya alam di kelas XI IPS MAN Kisaran dan (2)
peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan penerapan model pembelajaran
Quiz Team pada materi Sumberdaya alam di Kelas XI IPS MAN Kisaran
T.A 2012/2013. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas
(PTK) dengan subjek penelitian kelas XI IPS-1 yang berjumlah 32 orang.
teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah
komunikasi tidak langsung, sedangkan teknik analisis datanya adalah
analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1)
peningkatan motivasi belajar siswa dengan menerapkan model
pembelajaran Quiz Team pada materi sumberdaya alam di kelas XI IPS
MAN Kisaran T.A 2012/2013 meningkat dari siklus I 57% menjadi 88%
pada siklus II (2) Peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan menerapkan
model pembelajaran Quiz Team pada materi sumberdaya alam di kelas
XI IPS MAN Kisaran T.A 2012/2013 meningkat dari siklus I 81.25%
menjadi 93.75% pada siklus II

A school that is "quality" oriented is required to always move dynamically, full of innovation efforts, and condition itself as a learning institution or organization that always pays attention to the demands of society's continuously developing needs. Pengaruh Integritas, Profesionalitas, Inovasi, Tanggung Jawab, Dan Keteladanan Terhadap Kinerja Kepala Madrasah Aliyah Di Provinsi Sumatera Utara
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) pengaruh positif integritas
terhadap kinerja Kepala Madrasah Aliyah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara; (2) pengaruh
positif profesionalitas terhadap kinerja Kepala Madrasah Aliyah di Provinsi
Sumatera Utara; (3) pengaruh positif inovasi terhadap kinerja Kepala Madrasah
Aliyah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara; (4) pengaruh positif tanggung jawab terhadap
kinerja Kepala Madrasah Aliyah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara; (5) pengaruh positif
keteladanan terhadap kinerja Kepala Madrasah Aliyah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara;
dan (6) pengaruh positif Integritas, Profesionalitas, Inovasi, Tanggung Jawab, dan
Keteladanan secara bersama-sama terhadap kinerja Kepala Madrasah Aliyah di
Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
Metode penelitian adalah kuantitatif jenis deskriptif studi korelasional dengan
pola kajian korelatif dengan menempatkan variabel penelitian dalam dua kelompok
yaitu variabel bebas dan variabel terikat. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah kepala
Madrasah Aliyah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Untuk menentukan sampel digunakan
teknik Krejcle-Morgan sehingga didapatkan sampel sebanyak 217 kepala Madrasah
Aliyah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah
angket dengan skala likert. Teknik analisis data menggunakan teknik korelasi dan
regresi sederhana serta ganda.
Hasil dari penelitian ini disajikan (1) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan
signifikan antara integritas dengan kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah dengan koefisien
korelasi rX1Y= 0,384. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh variabel integritas
terhadap kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah adalah sebesar 7,22%, (2) terdapat
pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara profesionalitas dengan kinerja kepala
Madrasah Aliyah dengan koefisien korelasi rX2Y= 0,366. Sumbangan efektif yang
diberikan oleh variabel profesionalitas terhadap kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah
adalah sebesar 7,39%, (3) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara
inovasi dengan kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah dengan koefisien korelasi rX3Y=

0,321. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh variabel inovasi terhadap kinerja
kepala Madrasah Aliyah adalah sebesar 5,01%, (4) terdapat pengaruh yang positif
dan signifikan antara tanggung jawab dengan kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah
dengan koefisien korelasi rX4Y= 0,371. Sumbangan efektif yang diberikan oleh
variabel tanggung jawab terhadap kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah adalah sebesar
7,98%, (5) terdapat pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan antara keteladanan dengan
kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah dengan koefisien korelasi rX5Y= 0,332. Sumbangan
efektif yang diberikan oleh variabel keteladanan terhadap kinerja kepala Madrasah
Aliyah adalah sebesar 5,94%, dan (6) terdapat hubungan yang positif dan signifikan
antara integritas, profesionalitas, inovasi, tanggung jawab dan keteladanan secara
bersama-sama dengan kinerja kepala Madrasah Aliyah dengan besar koefisien
korelasi 0,579 dan sumbangan efektif secara bersama-sama sebesar 33,54%
Sekolah/Madrasah Bertaraf (Branding): Islami, Boarding School, dan Terpadu
This article discusses the branding of Islamic, boarding school, and integrated schools/madrasahs as high-quality educational institutions. The research problem is the need to differentiate and compare the three types of high-quality schools/madrasahs and their integration of general and religious education. The research aims to explore the characteristics and educational approaches of Islamic, boarding school, and integrated schools/madrasahs, as well as their role in shaping students' character, independence, and holistic learning. The methodology used is a library research approach, where relevant literature is reviewed and analyzed. The findings show that Islamic schools/madrasahs focus on character formation and spiritual development, boarding schools promote independence and holistic character development, and integrated schools create a holistic learning experience. The implications of this research are the importance of integrating general and religious education, character development, and independence in high-quality Islamic educational institutions
