    Tujuan – penelitian bertujuan untuk membuktikan pengaruh nilai tukar rupiah sebagai mediasi hubungan antara suku bungan dan inflasi terhadar harga saham. Desain/Methodologi/Pendekatan -  Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 13 perusahaan yang tergabung dalam kelompok Jakarta Islamic Index. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan aplikasi smartPLS versi 3. Temuan penelitian - Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham; 2) inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap harga saham; 3) nilai tukar rupiah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap harga saham; 4) tingkat suku bunga berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap nilai tukar rupiah; 5) inflasi berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai tukar rupiah; 6) nilai tukar rupiah tidak memediasi tingkat suku bunga terhadap harga saham; dan 7) nilai tukar rupiah tidak memediasi inflasi terhadap harga saham

    This research was conducted to analyze the influence of competence, commitment, and ethics variables on responsibility at the Inspectorate of Central Kalimantan Province. This research was designed to quantitatively use explanatory research methods with a causality approach design or a causal relationship between two variables. Following the research location at the Inspectorate of Central Kalimantan Province, the total population of employees serving as APIP is the Government Oversight Function (PPUPD) and Auditor Functional, who are directly involved in supervisory activities. The samples used in this study were all APIPs in the Inspectorate of Central Kalimantan Province, namely 64 people. The research instrument used in this study was a structured questionnaire equipped with alternative answers. The respondent only had to choose the alternative that best suited the respondent's experience, opinion, or feelings. Data analysis uses the help of SPSS and Smart PLS statistical analysis tools. The findings from this study are that the competence variable has a significant direct effect on commitment. The ethical variable has no significant impact on loyalty. Competence, ethics, and commitment have no significant effect on performance. Meanwhile, from the results of the indirect effect test, the commitment variable cannot mediate the influence of competence on performance. It is also unable to mediate the effect of ethics on performance

    Fokus Penelitian Dalam Penelitian kualitatif, fenomena adalah sesuatu yang hadir atau muncul dalam kesadaran peneliti dengan menggunakan cara tertentu, atau dengan kata lain adalah sesuatu yang menjadi tampak dan nyata. Peningkatan Kualitas Pelatihan yang diikuti pegawai di eselon III dan IV yaitu diklat tekniks yaitu diklat yang berkaitan dengan fungsi-fungsi manajemen terdiri dari perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan dan fungsi-fungsi ini mekekat terhadap pelaksanaan tugas pokok administrasi. Jumlah pegawai BKPSDM yang telah mengikuti diklat teknis ini ada beberapa orang. Pegawai BKPSDM yang ada di jabatan fungsional juga telah mengikuti diklat fungsional. Kualitas SDM di BKPSDM Kabupaten Murung Raya masih kurang dilihat dari pelatihan yang diikuti. Belum semua kepala bidang atau kepala bagian mengikuti diklatpim III.   Tujuan dan sasaran Diklatpim Tk. III adalah kompetensi kepemimpinan taktikal yaitu kemampuan menjabarkan visi dan misi instansi ke dalam program instansi dan memimpin keberhasilan pelaksanaan program yang telah ditetapkan. Pelatihan dan pengembangan merupakan hal berbeda, tetapi sangat berkaitan. Pelatihan bertujuan untuk membantu meningkatkan kemampuan para pegawai melakukan tugas sekarang, sedangkan pengembangan lebih berorientasi pada peningkatan produktivitas kerja para pekerja di masa depan. Pengalaman merupakan hasil dari proses belajar secara mental dalam menjalani tugas-tugas dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Kekurangan pengalaman pegawai BKPSDM selalu dicarikan pembenaran dengan kondisi umur Kabupaten Murung Raya yang masih muda. Jumlah pegawai yang terbatas di BKPSDM dari sisi pengalaman belum disikapi dengan memberikan pelatihan-pelatihan yang memadai. Ketaatan pegawai BKPSDM diukur dari ketaatan pada aturan perundang- undangan yang berlaku, taat kepada tata tertib, dan taat kepada pimpinan. Ketaatan pada aturan perundang-undangan ditaati dengan mengikuti perintah atau arahan pimpinan. Suatu aturan perundang-undangan dilaksanakan melalui prosedur sebagaimana tugas pokok dan fungsi masing-masing. Kualitas hasil kerja BKPSDM masih jauh dari harapan publik Kabupaten Murung Raya maupun ketentuan perundang-undangan. BKPSDM belum secara objektif menjalankan tugas sesuai dengan peran dan fungsinya sebagaimana diatur dalam peraturan perundang-undangan. BKPSDM masih sangat lemah dalam pengelolaan data pegawai, Sistem Informasi Kepegawaian (Simpeg), arsip kepegawaian dan penyusunan Daftar Urut Kepangkatan (DUK). BKPSDM tidak menyusun petunjuk teknis tentang pembinaan, kedudukan hukum pegawai daerah, pelayanan pengaduan masyarakat, pelayanan kesejahteraan dan penegakan disiplin pegawai sesuai dengan ketentuan yang berlaku sebagai bahan pertimbangan dalam penetapan keputusan. BKPSDM juga tidak menyiapkan bahan penetapan kebutuhan diklat, usulan penetapan sertifikasi lembaga diklat untuk meningkatkan kualitas SDM Aparatur

    The purpose of the research is to find out how the case settlement process was before the implementation of E-Court at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court, to find out how the case settlement process was after the implementation of E-Court during the covid 19 pandemic at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court, and to For find out what are the obstacles faced after implementing E-Court in settling cases and the efforts made by the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court to overcome these obstacles. This type of research is descriptive research with a qualitative approach, to obtain empirical data and information. The results of the study revealed that: 1) The case settlement process before the implementation of E-Court at the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court did not run effectively because it was still manual, meaning that justice seekers had to come directly to the Court's office from the registration of claims to decisions, so this was not appropriate with the principle of administering justice in a simple, fast and low cost manner; 2) The case settlement process after the implementation of E-Court during the covid - 19 pandemic at the Palangka Raya State Administrative Court is running effectively because it is no longer manual but online so that it can be done from anywhere without the need to come to the Court office thereby reducing face-to-face and avoiding crowds, the process is also simpler, faster and cheaper, besides that the performance of the court apparatus has increased, which means that the competency of the apparatus is very good; and 3) Obstacles encountered during the implementation of E-Court at the Palangkaraya State Administrative Court can be overcome properly by making various efforts to overcome them so that the implementation of E-Court continues to run effectively

    ABSTRACTThis study analyzes the effect of government spending, inflation, and labor on the economic growth of the City of Palangka Raya. The analysis was performed statistically using multiple linear regression equation models and secondary data in line with the time period between 2002-2016. The results of the analysis conclude that partially government expenditure variables have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Palangka Raya City, the inflation variable has a positive but not significant effect on the economic growth of Palangka Raya City, and labor variables have a positive and significant effect on the economic growth of Palangka Raya City

    Organisational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style Affect Employee Performance with Innovative Work Behaviour as Mediation Variables

    This study aims to empirically analyze the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style, and innovative work behaviour on employee performance, as well as investigate the mediating effect of innovative work behaviour on the relationship between organizational culture and transformational leadership style on employee performance in the Archives and Libraries Office of North Barito Regency.The research method used is an explanatory quantitative approach with data collection using survey methods. The population in this study were all employees, except for the Head of the Archives and Libraries Office of North Barito Regency, which totalled 46 (forty-six) employees, both civil servants and honorary staff. The sampling technique used purposive sampling and obtained a sample of 43 Archives and Libraries Office employees of North Barito Regency—data analysis using SPSS and Smart PLS statistical applications. The results of the research in this study can be concluded (1) Organizational Culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) The transformational leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) Organizational Culture has no significant effect on innovative work behaviour; (4) The transformational leadership style has no significant effect on innovative work behaviour; (5) Innovative work behaviour has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (6) Innovative work behaviour has not been able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance; (7) Innovative work behaviour has not been able to mediate the effect of transformational leadership style on employee performance

    This study examines the strategy of community economic welfare improvement through empowering coastal women in utilizing fishery waste products. The informants were purposively pick up from those who attended the training of waste processing of fishery products and took the follow-up training. Additional data were collected through observation, interview and documental study. The cumulative data were then examined used SWOT analysis. The results show that the workable strategy was SO (Strengths–Opportunities) strategy, namely using internal strengths to get the advantage from external opportunities. The weaknesses needs for improvement were lack of skill, lack of tools or equipment to process the products, lack of funds, unregistered business body and limited market. Meanwhile, the threats from competitors of similar products, unavailability of product distributors, consumer demand for more creative products, and rapid technological development are hard to follow by coastal women

    Purpose - This study aims to determine how much influence Work Motivation and Organizational Commitment have on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) of Betang Asi CU employees at Palangka Raya Head Office. Design/Methodology/Approach - The research method uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a sample of 34 respondents. The analytical techniques in this study include descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Model (SEM) with the Smart-PLS analysis tool. Finding - The results of the Smart-PLS analysis show that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior

    This study aims 1) To reveal how the impact of changes in the use of service systems from non-electronic data to electronic data for the Internal Land Office and the Community at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya, 2) To reveal how the service performance process is done electronically by using the Touch Tanahku Application at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya, and 3) To reveal how the obstacles encountered in improving service performance with the Touch Tanahku application at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya. This research is a qualitative research with data analysis using the Miles and Huberman technique, where activities in qualitative data analysis are carried out interactively with State Civil Servants, Notaries/PPAT, and service users at the Land Office of the City of Palangka Raya. The results of this study reveal that 1) The existence of an electronic service system and land service information through the Touch Tanahku Application has an impact on increasing public information disclosure, services that are faster, accurate and safer, as well as providing convenience for the public to obtain certainty of service information; 2) The existence of land services electronically can improve the performance of land services in accordance with service standards, namely timeliness, transparency, and increasing community satisfaction; and 3) Obstacles faced are the need to improve the quality of land data, the need for synchronization and harmonization in the Touch Tanahku Application, and the need for outreach to the public regarding the use of the Touch Tanahku Application

    Tujuan kegiatan PKM adalah untuk meningkatkan kemampuan dan keterampilan dari aspek pemasaran usaha melalui pendekatan kebersamaan dengan Peraturan Daerah Kalteng di Kota Palangka Raya demi mempertahankan dan meningkatkan usaha selama masa pandemi yang diakibatkan oleh Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19). Kegiatan PKM dilaksanakan dengan berkunjung secara langsung kepada 20 pedagang kaki lima (PKL)  sebagai mitra PKM yang berlokasi sekitar jalan Pinus dan jalan Karet Kelurahan Panarung Kota Palangka Raya baik saat siang hari, sore hari, ataupun malam hari untuk kegiatan koordinasi, sosialisasi, pendampingan dan diskusi, dan monitoring evaluasi. Hasil kegiatan PKM munculnya pemahaman dan kesadaran dari para PKL untuk melaksanakan secara sukarela dari Peraturan Daerah Kalteng yang berkaitan dengan pandemi yang diakibatkan oleh Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19), terutama penerapan disiplin dan penegakan hukum Protokol Kesehatan
