ESTRATEGIA PARA LA CAPACITACIÓN DE LOS TUTORES DE LA PRÁCTICA PEDAGÓGICA EN EL ADIESTRAMIENTO LABORAL DE LA ESPECIALIDAD DE MATEMÁTICA DEL INSTITUTO SUPERIOR DE CIENCIAS DE LA EDUCACIÓN, HUAMBO-ANGOLA

A partir de la existencia de la dificultad detectada en la preparación de los docentes del Instituto Superior de Ciencias de la Educación (ISCED)-Huambo República de Angola, en este artículo se presenta una estrategia para la capacitación de los tutores de la práctica pedagógica en el adiestramiento laboral de los estudiantes de la Carrera de Matemática, la cual parte de determinados presupuestos teóricos. Como parte de esta estrategia se incluye los elementos esenciales del programa concebido al efecto, con vista a darle solución al problema encontrado.
