A netnography study on branded customer experience: Evidence from the red sea
This study addresses the question of what are the underlying dimensions and messages to self and others that constitute the construct of customer experience. The study uses a netnography method to validate or refute and extend a priori concepts that the literature identifies within the context of resort-hotel brands in a Sharm El Sheikh resort in Egypt. The results identify eight dimensions (comfort, educational, hedonic, novelty, recognition, relational, safety and sense of beauty) and unique configurations of these eight dimensions that extend prior research on customer experience

Linking experience realms and experiential service brand loyalty: Determinants and outcomes for future operationalization
The concept of âCustomer Experienceâ has evolved as an imperative area of study within the marketing discipline. Despite its importance and the positive attention this concept received during the last few years, the explanation of customer experiences have remained vague and lack a thorough theoretical foundation. This paper aims to address the gap in the literature and to facilitate better understanding of the concept of customer experience and its antecedents and consequences from the consumer perspective. The paper examines the impact of customer experience on brand loyalty via a comprehensive review of existing literature on the concept of customer experience and service brand literatures. Additionally, twelve hypotheses, which describe and explain the antecedents of customer experience and impacts upon brand loyalty within the service sector, are presented. The outcome of this paper adds novel perspective to the growing body of brand literature, particularly service brand and suggests directions for future research
Lorentz and CPT Violation in the Higgs Sector
Colladay and Kostelecky have proposed a framework for studying Lorentz and
CPT violation in a natural extension of the Standard Model. Although numerous
bounds exist on the Lorentz and CPT violating parameters in the gauge boson and
fermion sectors, there are no published bounds on the parameters in the Higgs
sector. We determine these bounds. The bounds on the CPT-even asymmetric
coefficients arise from the one-loop contributions to the photon propagator,
those from the CPT-even symmetric coefficients arise from the equivalent
c_{\mu\nu} coefficients in the fermion sector, and those from the CPT-odd
coefficient arise from bounds on the vacuum expectation value of the Z-boson.Comment: 17 pages, 1 figure, 1 table; Clarifications and changes to text,

Applying marketingâs new dominant logic for interpreting customer experiences with brands
The concept of customer experience is evolving to an imperative area of study within the marketing discipline. Despite its importance and the positive attention this concept is receiving in the literature, the explanation of customer experiences remains vague and a thorough theoretical foundation is lacking. This paper addresses the gap in the literature and to facilitate a brand-management understanding of the concept of customer experience and its antecedents and consequences. The paper examines the impact of customer experience on brand loyalty via a comprehensive review of existing literature on the concept of customer experience and service brand literatures. Additionally, twelve propositions describe and explain the antecedents of customer experience and impacts upon brand loyalty within a service-centered marketing logic. This paper contributes a novel customer-brand experience perspective and conceptual tools relevant for further theory development and for effectively managing customer-brand relationships
Cost effectiveness analysis of using different monitoring modalities in treating severe traumatic brain injury (CESTBI) in neuro-ICU, HUSM, Kelantan
Introduction: There are two schools of thought in practicing neurotrauma monitoring for patients with severe traumatic brain injury (TBI); the application of the baseline neuro-monitoring (BNM) and the use of multiple modalities neurotrauma monitoring (M3) which is very expensive. The answer of which of the two monitoring systems is more eflicient and worth doing should be sought. Objective: To determine the cost effectiveness analysis between BNM and M3 monitoring modalities in the management of severe TBI. Methodology: Sixty-two patients with severe TBI admitted to Neuro-ICU, USM who fulfilled the predetermined criteria were selected using systematic random sampling. The macro and micro costing were performed on each of patient. Barthel Index was used to measure physical performance as an outcome six months after discharge. The analyses used were the Independent t- test, ANCOVA, and Repeated Measure ANOVA. Results: The mean total equipment cost of M3 was significantly higher at p = 0.049 (mean difference of RM23.74) after controlling other variables. The mean difference in Barthel Index after six months was significance between the two groups (p = 0.031), patients that were treated with M3 had higher score 163.7 (SD 30.03)J compared to those who were treated with BNM 146.83 (SD 30.36)]. However, the cost-effectiveness ratio of using M3 was significantly lowered (p=O.031) with a mean of RM476.29 was needed to increase a unit improvement in mean Barthel Index compared to RM629.12 if we used BNM. Conclusion: Although M3 is more costly, the outcome of patients treated with M3 was better than that of BNM. Therefore we can conclude that the used of multiple neuro-monitoring was more cost effective than the use of only baseline neuro-monitoring in treating severe traumatic brain injury
Anomaly-induced Quadrupole Moment of the Neutron in Magnetic Field
The neutrons cannot possess a quadrupole moment in the vacuum. Nevertheless,
we show that in the presence of an external magnetic field the neutrons acquire
a new type of quadrupole moment involving the
components of spin and magnetic field. This "chiral magnetic" quadrupole moment
arises from the interplay of the chiral anomaly and the magnetic field; we
estimate its value for the neutron in the static limit, and find . The detection of the quadrupole moment of the
neutron would provide a novel test of the role of the chiral anomaly in
low-energy QCD and can be possible in the presence of both magnetic and
inhomogeneous electric fields. The quadrupole moment of the neutron may affect
e.g. the properties of neutron stars and magnetars.Comment: 2 pages; extended versio
Lessons and Prospects from the pMSSM after LHC Run I: Neutralino LSP
We study SUSY signatures at the 7, 8 and 14 TeV LHC employing the
19-parameter, R-Parity conserving p(henomenological)MSSM, in the scenario with
a neutralino LSP. Our results were obtained via a fast Monte Carlo simulation
of the ATLAS SUSY analysis suite. The flexibility of this framework allows us
to study a wide variety of SUSY phenomena simultaneously and to probe for weak
spots in existing SUSY search analyses. We determine the ranges of the
sparticle masses that are either disfavored or allowed after the searches with
the 7 and 8 TeV data sets are combined. We find that natural SUSY models with
light squarks and gluinos remain viable. We extrapolate to 14 TeV with both 300
fb and 3 ab of integrated luminosity and determine the expected
sensitivity of the jets + MET and stop searches to the pMSSM parameter space.
We find that the high-luminosity LHC will be powerful in probing SUSY with
neutralino LSPs and can provide a more definitive statement on the existence of
natural Supersymmetry.Comment: 41 pages, 27 figures. arXiv admin note: substantial text overlap with

Aplikasi Billing Playstation Berbasis Desktop (Studi Kasus : Azea Game Center 2015).
