Economics of Integrated Fish-Chicken Farming System (Longyam) in Tasikmalaya District, Indonesia
The study is an at tempt to analyse the economic aspects of
Integrated Fish - Chicken Farming System (longyam) in the
District of Tasikmalaya, Indonesia. Linear Programming was
employed as an analytical tool to determine the optimal
enterprise-mix and allocation of resource use for three farm
categories: small, medium and large. The Functional
Mathematical Programming System (FMPS) was used to obtain the
solution required. Primary data was collected from a farm
survey and secondary data obtained from relevant agencies were used as supplementary information.
The study found that large farmer searned the highes tnet
prof it for all the five fish species i.e. mas, nilem, tawes, tambakan and nit as compared to small and medium farmers. Small farmers obtained the highest net profit in broilers and
layers production. On the other hand, medium farmer sled in
raising cockerels. It was also shown that the total costs in culturing fish as well as raising chicken a farm
declined as farm size increased.
The optimal solutions generated a higher total net revenue
for the three farm categories over the existing practice. Large farmers have a greater potential for earning a higher income
than small and medium farmers.
The inclusion of chicken enterprise in the solution
increased the employment of labour on small, medium and large
farms in all the months of the planning period. The largest
increase in labour utilisation was in small farms fol lowed by
large and medium farms.
Government intervention through the injection of
subsidised credit to cooperative or farmers 'association can go
a long way in increasing farmers' income. In addition, the role
and involvement of extension workers can be intensified for better enterprise management and adopt ion of new technology in longyam
ANALISIS PENGUKURAN KERJA UNTUK MENGOPTIMALKAN PRODUKTIVITAS MENGGUNAKAN METODE TIME AND MOTION STUDY (Studi pada AYASY Snack and Bakery Semarang)
Productivity is one of benchmarks to determine the development of a
company. This study aimed to analyze work measurement help to optimize
productivity in Ayasy snack and bakery.
Sample in this study, four products that are most often ordered by the
customers of Ayasy snack and bakery. The analytical method used is time and
motion study.
The results of the analysis technique of time and motion study, shows that
productivity can be improved by determining the standard time and job design in
improving efficiency. Using time study, result of standard time can increase
productivity by 106%. Motion study techniques also increased productivity up to
3.10% when company implemented the proposed method in process chart.
Productivity can be increased by continuously improving methods of
work, the layout and optimize the equipment capacity of Ayasy snack and
bakery

ANALISIS QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KUALITAS LAYANAN DAN DAYA SAING (STUDI PADA URBANCUT BARBERSHOP SEMARANG)
Urbancut Barbershop is a barbershop located in Semarang. The barbershop business has grown a lot in Semarang, especially in Pleburan, making the competition tighter and causes decline in the number of customers in certain months. In order to overcome this, Urbancut Barbershop has to fulfill customer’s expectation. This research explains about Quality Function Deployment (QFD) implementation and aims to calibrate customer’s expectation and company technique requirement so that Urbancut Barbershop’s operational can match consumer’s expetation.
Data in this research is taken through questionnaire surveys for the Manager of Urbancut Barbershop and 50 of their consumers as respondents based on purposive sampling method. this study uses Quality Function Deployment (QFD) to analyze data.
The research shows that priority order based on absolute weight of customer’s order that has to be prioritized in increasing the company’s operational power. The research also shows priority order based on absolute weight and technique requirement of relative weight in terms of fixing and increasing service quality of Urbancut Barbershop
PENERAPAN METODE QUALITY FUNCTION DEPLOYMENT (QFD) DALAM UPAYA PENINGKATAN KUALITAS PRODUK INDUSTRI RUMAHAN ROTI RAJA ASIH
Raja Asih Home Industry is one of the SMEs engaged in cakes and bakery in Cirebon regency. In the future, the bakery market will increase, so there will be a lot of business in the field of cakes and bakery, making the competition increasingly tight. One way to win the competition is by continuously improving the quality of the product to suit the consumer's wishes. This study discusses the application of Quality Function Deployment method, which aims to ensure that the products produced can meet the level of quality desired by consumers. Application of QFD method in improving product quality using House of Quality matrix (HoQ).
The data in this study was collected by survey method using structured and situational interviews as well as questionnaires on 50 respondents. The method used is Quality Function Deployment Method (QFD).
The result of this research is that there are 6 factors from bakery product that is considered very important by consumers, they are: texture, color of maturity, shape and size, bread quality, nutritional composition information and expiration time and company reputation. The small fashion industries in Bogor has been running for decades but they
never developed into a big industry. they understand the rapidly changing of fashion
industry environment, but they have not been able to make strategic decisions and
run the manufacturing process quickly because their industrial supply chains are not
yet effective. In any fashion industry, there is at least 4 seasons adjusting trend in
Europe. Fashion industries in Bogor is required to follow the global trend because
the Indonesian people themselves are already affected by the effects of globalization.
Various trademarks of the fashion industry in Bogor should be swift and agile to face
it especially when big brands and even bigger brands can launch their products up to
20 seasons per year with seasonal intervals one and other seasons only a few weeks.
The purpose of this study to analyze Strategic Flexibility and Manufacturing
Flexibility on Supply Chain Agility and the impact on Business Performance. The
population of the study was all small and medium enterprises (UMKM) who had
concentrate in fashion industry, where respondents are the owner of each small and
medium fashion industry. The samples in this study were 158 respondents. The
method of collecting data through questionnaires. This study uses analytical
techniques of Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with AMOS 22.0 as the analysis
instrument.
The result shows that the Strategic Flexibiliy has a positive and significant
effect on Supply Chain Agility, Manufacturing Flexibility has a positive and
significant effect on Supply Chain Agility, Strategic Flexibiliy has a positive and
significant effect on Business Performance, Manufacturing Flexibility has a negative
impact on Business Performance, and Supply Chain Agility has a positive and
significant effect on Business Performance
PENGARUH MANAJEMEN RANTAI PASOKAN TERHADAP KINERJA UMKM BATIK DI PEKALONGAN
Batik SMEs is one of leading sectors that have an important role in Pekalongan City's economic growth. In producing and distributing best quality, cheap, and fast batik, batik SMEs certainly requires other parties such as, suppliers, distributors, retailers, until consumers. This thesis aims to analyze the influence of supply chain management on the performance of batik SMEs in Pekalongan using four independent variables of information sharing, trust, long-term relationship, and collaboration.
The object of this thesis is batik SMEs domiciled in Pekalongan. In this study, the number of samples used is 100 owners or managers batik SMEs in Pekalongan. The analytical method used is multiple regression analysis which is operated by using SPSS 23.
From the statistical analysis conducted, It is found that information sharing has a positive influence on supply chain management performance, trust has a positive effect on supply chain management performance, long-term relationship has a positive effect on supply chain management performance, and collaboration has a positive influence on supply chain management performance
PENGEMBANGAN MODEL OPTIMALISASI PADA INDUSTRI BUDIDAYA LSU (LELE, SAYUR, DAN UNGGAS) TERINTEGRASI (Studi pada Budidaya LSU di Provinsi Jawa Tengah)
Along with the increasing population and the development of economic
structure, the need for land for non-agricultural activities tends to increase. This
tendency causes the conversion of agricultural land is difficult to avoid. One effort
to maximize available land can be done by conducting integrated cultivation. This
study aims to determine the optimum amount produced from LSU cultivation (Lele,
Vegetable and Poultry) integration systems in order to maximize revenue
This study use data collection method in the objects of research by a direct
observation LSU farming company in Central Java. Linear programming used as
an instrument for determining the amount of optimum position that must be
producting of three scenario: 4 m² , 6 m², and 8 m²
This research use assumption of capital availability by Rp 7,000,000 and
broad land 8 m².The results show that with the availability of optimal benefits
obtained from the integrated LSU cultivation is Scenario two, with a capacity as
many as 825 catfish, 150 pakcoy vegetables, and 30 laying chickens so as to
generate maximum revenue in the period of three months amounting to Rp
1,461,745, with limited capital, scenarios two unable to maximize its production
