RANCANG BANGUN PENGISI MINUMAN BERDASARKAN TINGGI WADAH
Kebanyakan industri menggunakan konveyor hanya untuk memproduksi satu jenis produk saja. Pada produksi minuman kemasan, produk yang sama dengan volume berbeda dibutuhkan konveyor yang berbeda. Hal tersebut sangat tidak efesien karena banyak konveyor yang digunakan. Penelitian ini merancang dan membuat pengisi minuman dengan dua varian volume berdasarkan tinggi wadah menggunakan Programable Logic Controller (PLC). Pada proses produksi, wadah rendah maupun wadah tinggi diangkut dalam satu konveyor. Pada proses pengisian air minum, lama pengisian berdasarkan tinggi wadah. Tinggi wadah ditentukan oleh dua sensor photoelectric(S2dan S3). Saat sensor S2 saja yang on, wadah yang terdeteksi adalah wadah rendah dan jika sensor S2 dan S3 on, wadah yang terdeteksi adalah wadah tinggi. Minuman dialirkan ke wadah melalui solenoid valve 2 dengan program timer. Solenoid valve 2 hanya dapat mengisi minuman ke setiap wadah jika level awal air minum tampungan berada pada ketinggian S1(sensor proximity capasitive). Dari hasil pengujian didapatkan tingkat kesalahan rata-rata untuk proses pengisian wadah rendah 0.2 % dan tingkat kesalahan rata-rata untuk proses pengisian wadah tinggi 0.246 %.Kata kunci: minuman ,konveyor, PL
COMPANY CHARACTERISTICS, PERFORMANCE, AND DISCLOSURE OF HUMAN RESOURCE ACCOUNTING: EMPIRICAL STUDY OF BANKING COMPANIES IN INDONESIA
The process of identifying and measuring human resource data and transmitting this information to interested parties is human resource accounting. Financial reporting from external HR accounting can play an important role in helping to properly manage the HR of an organization. This research aims to analyze the impact of the performance of the company and company on disclosures of human resource accounting. The data method uses secondary data and multiple regression analysis is used in the data analysis method. The results of the analysis show that the size of the business, leverage, CAR, and LDR have a positive and significant impact on the disclosure of human resource accounting. Company age and profitability, meanwhile, have no significant impact on the disclosure of human resource accounting. The theoretical contribution to this research is to analyze the company's assessment and performance simultaneously with regard to the disclosure of human resource accounting in Indonesian banking companies
RANCANG BANGUN ALAT PENGKONDISI KOLAM BUDIDAYA IKAN
Proses pembudidayaan ikan agar mendapatkan hasil ikan yang berkualitas perlu diperhatikan beberapa hal seperti : pemberian pakan, suhu air dan pH air kolam. Ikan untuk mendapatkan nutrisi yang cukup perlu diberikan pakan yang rutin dan tepat waktu, suhu dan pH air harus dijaga normal. Penelitian yang akan dilakukan bertujuan merancang dan membuat alat untuk memberi pakan ikan secara otomatis sesuai waktu yang ditentukan, mengukur suhu dan mengkondisikan suhu air kolam, dan memantau PH air kolam dengan kontrol menggunakan Smart Relay. Wadah pakan ikan dibuka dengan gerakan motor, pembatas gerakan motor digunakan limit switch. Sensor suhu menggunakan thermostat, hasil pengukuran ditampilkan di seven segmen. Jika hasil pengukuran suhu dibawah normal, heater memanaskan air kolam, dan ketika hasil pengukuran suhu diatas normal peltier, kipas, watercooling block dan pompa air bekerjasama menurunkan suhu air kolam. Kondisi pH air diindikasikan dengan lampu, Jika pH air kolam dibawah normal, lampumerah berkedip dan jika pH air kolam diatas normal, lampu kuning berkedip.Kata kunci: Pakan ikan, Suhu air, PH air, Smart RelayÂ
Touchless Electronic Device Control Design
Transmission of COVID-19 occurs between humans through droplets or splashes of body fluids containing SARS-CoV-2 particles. If a COVID-19 patient does not cover his mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing, the patient will emit droplets containing the virus. Droplets can stick to the patient's hands and surrounding items. Anyone can get the virus when shaking hands or touching items that have the virus and contracting the virus if they touch their eyes, nose, or mouth without washing their hands first. In public places such as schools, offices, and hospitals, many pieces of equipment are controlled using the help/touch of a hand. The use of equipment in public places by many vulnerable people is the cause of the rapid spread of infectious diseases. The research that will be carried out is to design and manufacture tools to control equipment without touching hands to prevent the spread of infectious diseases. The controlled equipment consists of water faucets, lights, fans, and curtains. The lights, fans, and water faucets are controlled using palm movements with the max distance from the Smart IR Switch being 11 cm. If there is palm movement within the working range of the Smart Switch IR, the solenoid valve, lights and fans will change from their previous conditions. If the initial condition is 'off' it will change to 'on' or vice versa. The curtain is controlled using palm movements with the max distance to the GP2Y0A21YK0F IR sensor being 10 cm. If there is palm movement within the working range of the GP2Y0A21YK0F IR sensor then the curtain will change from its previous condition. If the initial condition of the closed curtain changes to open or vice versa
Penentuan Nilai Tukar: Pengujian Purchasing Power Parity di Indonesia
This paper provides a test of purchasing power parity (PPP) as an explanation for longtermforeign exchange rate movement. We impose symmetry and proportionality restrictions ofPPP to data drawn from the period 1969.1 through 2001.4. The tests are also run for sub-periods. Symmetry and proportionality restrictions find little support for the unit root tests though the Johansen test suggests that foreign exchange rate and inflation rate are linked in a long run sense. Error correction models are then estimated on the basis of the assumption that the United States inflation rate is exogenous. The error correction models result also rejects the PPP
