    Entrepreneurship in last few years changes and develops business environment and country economy. This appearance can be consider as a process in organization or in regard to personal abilities. In turn lead to create new, innovative products, solutions, organization culture, vacancies and special places where people can establish ideas and implement it to reality. The most important will become promoting of entrepreneurship by governmental and non – governmental organizations which offer subsidy, mentoring, business training and a lot of variety support. According to research in turns out that people have entrepreneurship skills but often encounter a lot of barriers on the market. Surely entrepreneurship is one of the instruments of sustainable development in country and global economy.Przedsiębiorczość na przestrzeni ostatnich lat zyskuje na znaczeniu w środowisku biznesowym. Wielowymiarowość tego zjawiska pozwala na analizę z perspektywy zarówno procesu, organizacji, jak i jednostki. Przyczynia się do dynamicznych zmian w całej gospodarce, które przejawiają się poprzez powstawanie innowacyjnych produktów, rozwiązań, tworzenie kultury organizacyjnej, nowych miejsc pracy i ośrodków „twórczych”, gdzie implikowane są pomysły. Szczególnie istotne staje się zatem promowanie przedsiębiorczości, zarówno przez instytucje rządowe, jak i pozarządowe, aby osiągnąć stabilny rozwój.

    Spectroscopic and crystallographic characterization of a new cathinone derivative: 1‑phenyl‑2‑(butylamino)hexan‑1‑one hydrochloride (N‑butylhexedrone)

    Purpose In this study, a new cathinone derivative, N-butylhexedrone, emerged on new psychoactive substances (NPS) market in Poland was described and characterized. Methods The compound was analyzed by gas chromatography—mass spectrometry, X-ray crystallography and infrared, Raman, ultraviolet-visible and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopic approaches. Results We confirmed the presence of the compound in the seized material and obtained detailed and comprehensive physicochemical characterization of N-butylhexedrone—new cathinone derivative available on the NPS market. Conclusions In this study, we presented chromatographic, spectroscopic and crystallographic characterization of a new cathinone derivative that emerged on the NPS market in 2019. The obtained analytical data should be useful for forensic and toxicological purposes in quick and reliable compound identification

    Purpose Three compounds obtained from ephedrine were identified and characterized by various instrumental analytical methods. Ephedrone (methcathinone) hydrochloride and its fundamental derivatives N-acetylephedrine and N-acetylephedrone were analyzed as precursors of a cathinone derivative. Methods The obtained samples were analyzed by gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry, nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy, infrared and Raman spectroscopy, and X-ray crystallography. Results The three compounds were confirmed as: N-methyl-2-amino-1-phenylpropan-1-one (methcathinone) hydrochloride, N-acetyl-N-methyl-2-amino-1-phenylpropan-1-one (cathinone derivative), and N-acetyl-N-methyl-2-amino-1-phenylpropan- 1-ol (acetyl derivative of ephedrine). Conclusions X-ray crystallography is especially useful for identifying the new designer drugs and their different precursor forms

All the porphyrins were completely characterized by use of mass, 1H NMR, UV–visible, and fluorescence spectroscopy. Experimental log P were determined by use of reversedphase thin-layer chromatography with use of log PRekker. These porphyrins are potential photosensitizers in photodynamic therapy

Methods The samples were analyzed by nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR), infrared and Raman spectroscopies and X-ray crystallography. Results The four compounds were confirmed as: N-ethyl-2-amino-1-phenylhexan-1-one hydrochloride, N-methyl-2-amino-1-(4-methylphenyl)-3-methoxypropan-1-one hydrochloride, N-ethyl-2-amino-1-(3,4-methylenedioxyphenyl)pentan-1-one hydrochloride and N-butyl-2-amino-1-(4-chlorophenyl)propan-1-one hydrochloride; all four were cathinone derivatives available on the designer drug market. Conclusions X-ray crystallography is especially useful for identifying the new and unknown designer drugs and their enantiomeric forms

    Celem niniejszej pracy jest analiza polskiego miesięcznika „Secret Service”, czasopisma miłośników gier komputerowych, wydawanego w latach 1993-2001 i próba definicji gatunków dziennikarskich charakterystycznych dla tego rodzaju prasy. Wyodrębniam w niej nowe, nieopisane gatunki dziennikarskie, jak również wskazuję różnice pomiędzy istniejącymi formami kanonicznymi dziennikarstwa prasowego, a ich odpowiednikami w tekstach o grach komputerowych. Równocześnie przedstawiam genezę powstania, historię i zmiany zachodzące na łamach czasopisma, aż do jego zawieszenia w 2001 roku, co przybliży kontekst i realia rynkowe tzw. złotego okresu prasy komputerowej w Polsce. Celem pośrednim jest przybliżenie środowiska graczy komputerowych, jego specyfiki, języka i wartości, a także samych gier wideo – w sposób możliwie rzetelny i pozbawiony społeczno-publicystycznego nacechowania właściwego mediom głównego nurtu.The purpose of this study is to analyze a Polish monthly named "Secret Service", a journal of computer gamers published between 1993 and 2001, together with an attempt to define some of the journalistic genres characteristic for this type of press. I try to extract new, untold genres of journalism, as well as point out the differences between existing canonical forms of press journalism and their counterparts in texts on computer games. At the same time, I present the story of the founding, history and changes in the magazine until its suspension in 2001, so that the context and the market realities of the so-called golden age of the video games press in Poland can be introduced. The indirect target is to describe the environment of gamers, its characteristics, language and values​​, as well as video games themselves - in a reliable manner and devoid of socio-journalistic marking typical for mainstream media
