Kibbe's Typology as Continuation of the Method of Lines and Corners of the Pestalozzi in Training of Adults in Drawing of the Portrait
The academic system of art education is not suitable for teaching adult portrait drawing as a hobby or as the first stage of professional orientation. An alternative is the method of simple shapes of lines and angles of Pestalozzi. The Kibbe typology is similar in structure to the Pestalozzi method, but classifies the face types in more detail, based on the ratio of structural lines and angles. The place and role of leisure in the Moscow studentsβ everyday life in the context of the information society development
The proposed article discusses issues related to the daily life of Moscow students and their leisure, the relevance of which in the context of the development of the information society is associated with increased attention of the state to the educational component of modern educational systems. Moreover, in the conditions of modern realities of the development of the information society, and, consequently, information culture, the format of leisure becomes a significant factor in the socialisation of the individual.Β Β As a goal, the authors of the article identified the analysis of various forms of leisure activities of Moscow students through their questionnaires, which was designed to outline vectors for further research of the place and role of study, family relations and forms of spending free time in a studentβs life.Β Β Special attention is paid to modern forms of leisure for students, such as: spending time on the Internet, visiting experimental theaters and cinemas, watching talk shows and entertainment programs, visiting immersive shows, participating in modern youth organisations, etc. Summarising the results of the study, it was concluded that at the moment no more than 20 % of the surveyed Moscow students choose βmodernβ forms of leisure activities. The conducted research revealed the studentsβ clear preferences in spending their free time, as well as their value orientations

Herschel/PACS Imaging of Protostars in the HH 1-2 Outflow Complex
We present 70 and 160 micron Herschel science demonstration images of a field
in the Orion A molecular cloud that contains the prototypical Herbig-Haro
objects HH 1 and 2, obtained with the Photodetector Array Camera and
Spectrometer (PACS). These observations demonstrate Herschel's unprecedented
ability to study the rich population of protostars in the Orion molecular
clouds at the wavelengths where they emit most of their luminosity. The four
protostars previously identified by Spitzer 3.6-40 micron imaging and
spectroscopy are detected in the 70 micron band, and three are clearly detected
at 160 microns. We measure photometry of the protostars in the PACS bands and
assemble their spectral energy distributions (SEDs) from 1 to 870 microns with
these data, Spitzer spectra and photometry, 2MASS data, and APEX sub-mm data.
The SEDs are fit to models generated with radiative transfer codes. From these
fits we can constrain the fundamental properties of the protostars. We find
luminosities in the range 12-84 L_sun and envelope densities spanning over two
orders of magnitude. This implies that the four protostars have a wide range of
envelope infall rates and evolutionary states: two have dense, infalling
envelopes, while the other two have only residual envelopes. We also show the
highly irregular and filamentary structure of the cold dust and gas surrounding

The onset of progressive deficit in multiple sclerosis (MS) was often determined retrospectively with difficulties in diagnostic. This is a case report with subtle MS progression. Clinical and structural MRI anamnesis was complemented with multivoxel 1HMRS examination. The patient complained of the walking distance reducing, gradually increasing spasticity in the distal parts of lower extremities, unsteadiness when walking, clumsy movements. Choline and myoinositol levels were predominantly increased in the area of the cingulate gyrus versus other gray matter regions and the same picture was observed in adjacent white matter. Multivoxel 1H-MRS represents a diagnostic tool that can be very useful in complex diagnostic of MS progression. Nicotinic receptor involvement in regulation of functions of mouse neutrophils from inflammatory site
Β© 2016 Elsevier GmbH.Participation of nicotinic acetylcholine receptors (nAChRs) in functioning of polymorphonuclear neutrophils (PMNs) isolated from inflammatory site of mice and expression of different nAChR subunits were studied. Nicotine and acetylcholine (ACh) modified respiratory burst induced by a chemotactic peptide N-formyl-MLF in neutrophils of male (but not female) mice. Antagonists of nAChRs Ξ±-cobratoxin (Ξ±CTX), Ξ±-conotoxins MII and [A10L]PnIA at concentrations of 0.01-5 ΞΌM, 0.2 ΞΌM and 1 ΞΌM, respectively, eliminated nAChR agonist effects. ACh also affected adhesion of PMNs, this effect was also prevented by Ξ±CTX (100 nM) and MII (1 nM). Neutrophils of female mice after chronic nicotine consumption acquired sensitivity to nAChR agonists. Changes of free intracellular Ca2+ concentration in neutrophils under the action of nAChR ligands were analyzed. In cells with no Ca2+ oscillations and relatively low resting level of intracellular Ca2+, nicotine triggered Ca2+-spikes, the lag of the response shortened with increasing nicotine concentration. A nicotinic antagonist caramiphen strongly decreased the effect of nicotine. RT-PCR analysis revealed mRNAs of Ξ±2, Ξ±3, Ξ±4, Ξ±5, Ξ±6, Ξ±7, Ξ±9, Ξ²2, Ξ²3, and Ξ²4 nAChR subunits. Specific binding of [125I]-Ξ±-bungarotoxin was demonstrated. Thus in view of the effects and binding characteristics the results obtained suggest a regulatory role of Ξ±7, Ξ±3Ξ²2 or Ξ±6 nAChR types in specific functions of PMNs
Structure and content of e-learning information environment based on geo-information technologies

The urgency of the paper is determined by the continuous information development of all spheres of education: integration of new knowledge, accessibility of information technologies and computer facility aids, professionalization and computerization of educational activities. The purpose of the research is to develop the structure and content of learning information environment in a higher education institute on the basis of geo-information technologies. The authors show the possibilities of using geo-information technologies in teaching outside the scope of their typical application (geographic, geodetic, geological education). The principles of designing the information environment for training on the basis of geo-information technologies are developed, which is built into the general information environment of higher education institute. The peculiarities of using geo-information technologies in non-core training are revealed, and the structure of learning environment modules based on geo-information technologies is developed and their content is described. The authors adapted the system of criteria evaluating the the effectiveness of training information environment, carried out an empirical study of the quality of education information environment in a higher education institute on the basis of geo-information technologies.
