A methodology for parallel implementation of the basic operations of digital signal processing is considered. The methodology creation is based on the analysis and generalization of the results obtained in the construction of the model description of computation organization. The methodology provides a set of formal transformations that allow you to transform a sequential computing system into a parallel adaptive processing mode. The methodology offers a formal basis for the concurrent exploration of algorithms and architectures, thus creating a basis for improving the efficiency of parallel computing. © 2019 Author(s)

Production of a reducing environment for metallurgy using nuclear energy

One of the promising ways to reduce the energy consumption of metal production is the use of direct reduction technologies. In this paper the prospects of involving a nuclear energy source based on high temperature gas-cooled nuclear reactors (HTGR) in the production of reducing gases for metallurgy are considered. The description and main thermohydraulic features of a prospective methane converter with radial flow of a gaseous reaction mixture are given. The heat produced in HTGR is fed to the converter through a pipe system with a helium flow. Электробаланс Сибирского федерального округа: динамика и перспективы

The sustainable system of energy supply in the Siberian Federal District requires first of all accurate forecast and research of the factors relating to energy consumption. The Siberian Federal District (SFD) possesses rich fuel, energy and raw material resources, also being a major supplier of resources to other regions [2]. The balance of electrical energy efficiency (EE) is a partial derivative of the composite energy balance in the SFD considered at the socio-economic level of the territory development, as well as an indicator of effectiveness concerning the implementation of the State policy in the field of energy conservation. The most significant factor affecting power consumption is the gross regional product (GRP) and capacitance of GRP. Mining and manufacturing industries are characterized by the production of electrical capacitance. Following the scenario of Russia’s social and economic development till 2030, some research of changes relating to the dynamics of the GRP has been done by modifying its structure. Also the paper offers approximate forecast concerning electric capacity by 2020 in comparable prices. So with 18% decrease, capacitance will decrease by 13%, not affecting the GRP trend. In our opinion, the policy of energy efficiency may not only include introduction of energy-saving technologies, but bring about a more accurate forecast analysis of the SFD electric balance.Устойчивость системы электроснабжения в СФО требует, прежде всего, точного прогноза и исследования факторов, связанных с электропотреблением. Сибирский федеральный округ (СФО) располагает своей богатой топливно-энергетической и сырьевой базой. Баланс электрической энергии служит своеобразным зеркалом, отражающим социально-экономический уровень развития территории, в том числе и то, насколько эффективно реализуется политика Государства в области энергосбережения. Произведен прогноз потребления электроэнергии (ЭЭ) населением, видами экономической деятельности и в целом по территории с целью планирования развития территории и прогноза социально-экономических показателей методом регрессионного анализа данных. Оценка проделана на основе среднесрочного прогноза статистических показателей при помощи прикладного пакета STATISTICA в текущих и сопоставимых условиях до 2020г. методами линейной регрессии

Numerical simulation of hydraulic processes in anaerobic bioreactors

The aim of the work was to determine the rate and uniformity of temperature distribution in the amount of biogas plant constructed by UrFU, "Avanguard" PLC and "Gildia-M" Ltd on the stage of warming and achieving the rated work conditions corresponding to the mesophilic fermentation process. A computer model of the biogas reactor, considering the main unit features, was created. The installation heating was carried out by uniform thermal energy supply through the outer surface of the vessel full of substrate. Numerical solution was achieved by the finite volume method which has the following features. The calculation results in the form of temperature fields and the substrate particle trajectories for several time moments are given in this paper. The active entry of Ukrainian higher education institutions into theEuropean educational space, demographic decline, which strengthenscompetition on the market of educational services, the reform of the system of higher education, the system of licensing of educational activities, the introduction of autonomy of higher education institutions, including academic and financial, makes it necessary for educational institutions to elaborate new development strategies and requires the use of new tools and marketing technologies. Marketing of educational services is intended to form strategies and tactics of behavior on the market of educational services. Taking into consideration that educational institutions enter the market with a specific product, such as an educational service, the formation of which should be based on the needs of internal and external stakeholders, it is necessary to pay attention to the completeness of information and analytical support prior to making managerial decisions. This article analyzes the sufficiency of information and analytical support of decision making of universities on entering new sectors of the market of educational services, making decisions on introducing new educational programs and improving the existing ones. Ways to improve the organizational structure of higher education institutions are proposed in order to elaborate new development strategies to stimulate economic performance and increase theefficiency of licensing activities. Целью маркетинга образовательных услугявляется формирование высшими учебными заведениями стратегии итактики поведения на рынке образовательных услуг. Учитывая то, чтоучебные заведения выходят на рынок со специфическим товаром, такимкак образовательная услуга, формирование которого должнобазироваться на потребностях внутренних и внешних стейкхолдеров, необходимо обратить внимание на полноту информационно-аналитической деятельности, предшествующих принятию управленческих решений. В данной статье проведен анализ достаточности информационного и аналитического обеспечения принятия решений высшими учебными заведениями о вхождении в новые секторы рынка образовательных услуг, принятия решений о введении новых образовательных программ и усовершенствование существующих. Предложены направления совершенствования организационной структуры учреждений высшего образования с целью разработки новых стратегий развития для стимулирования экономических результатов хозяйственной деятельности и повышения эффективности лицензионной деятельности. Маркетинг освітніх послуг має на меті формування закладами вищої освіти стратегії і тактики поведінки на ринку освітніх послуг. Зважаючи, на те, що заклади освіти виходять на ринок зі специфічним товаром, таким як освітня послуга, формування якого має базуватися на потребах внутрішніх і зовнішніх стейкхолдерів, необхідно звернути увагу на повноту інформаційно-аналітичного забезпечення, що передує прийняттю управлінських рішень. У даній статті проведено аналіз достатності інформаційного та аналітичного забезпечення прийняття рішень закладами вищої освіти щодо входження в нові сектори ринку освітніх послуг, прийняття рішень про запровадження нових освітніх програм та удосконалення існуючих. Запропоновано шляхи удосконалення організаційної структури закладів вищої освіти з метою розробки нових стратегій розвитку для стимулювання економічних результатів господарської діяльності та підвищення ефективності ліцензійної діяльності.
