Seiring dengan banyaknya siswa kurang mampu dan siswa berprestasi, maka di adakan beasiswa oleh dinas pendidikan,yang bertujuan untuk digunakan demi keberlangsungan pendidikan yang di tempuh. Pembagian beasiswa di lakukan untuk membantu seseoarang yang tidak mampu ataupun berprestasi selama studinya. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak merima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria- kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian di tentukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap atribut, kemudian dilakukan proses perangkingan yang akan menetukan alternative yang optimal, berdasarkan hasil pengujian system yang di bangun dapat membantu kerja tim menyeleksi beasiswa dalam melakukan penyeleksian beasiswa dan mempercepat proses penyeleksian beasiswa.

Pengaruh Biaya Operasional Terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Operasional pada PT Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Cabang Belawan

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah biaya operasional berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan pendapatan operasional pada PT.Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Cabang Belawan. Biaya operasional/ pendapatan operasional merupakan perbandingan antara biaya operasional dengan pendapatan operasional dalam mengukur tingkat efesiensi dan kemampuan perusahaan untuk melakukan kegiatan  operasinya. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu metode regresi sederhana. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa jawaban darirumusan masalah yaitu ada pengaruh biaya operasional terhadap peningkatan pendapatan operasional) PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia I (Persero) Cabang Belawan. Selanjutnya penguji koefisien determinasi diketahui bahwa kontribusi variable bebas (biaya operasional) terhadap variable terikat (pendapatan operasional) cukup besar sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini

The Influence of the Role of the School Committee on the Implementation of School-Based Management

This study aims to determine the influence of the role   of school committees on the implementation of school-based management (SBM) in private  elementary schools in Pemalang district. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with a quantitative approach, namely research with quantitative data which is then processed and analyzed for conclusions. The first step before the research is taken is to conduct a theoretical study, then the following stages are carried out; first, compiling research instruments, secondly testing the validity and reliability of instruments, thirdly the process of data retrieval, fourth tabulation of data, data processing and interpretation of data, fifth drawing conclusions. The results showed that; first, The role  of the  school committee  as a  judge, supporter, mediator  and controller of the implementation of  SBM obtained a minimum  score of 69 and a maximum score of   202 with a score range of  133.    The data  can be described as saying that  out of 100 respondents who  stated that the role of  the  school committee was good, 13 people  were equivalent to 13%,  stated that 37  people played  a good role.   37%, stated that   39  people played a role equivalent to 3 9% stated  that they played less role as many as 9 people equivalent to   9% and respondents who stated that they did not play a role as   many as 2 people were equivalent to  2%. With a mean value of  149.27 and a mode  value of 162, the value is included in the interval class 150 – 176 in the  good/high category.  The conclusion  of  this study is that the level of  SBM implementation in Pemalang District Private Primary School is influenced by the level of role of  the school committee.   The higher the  role of the school  committee, the more the implementation of SBM will increase. Similarly, if the role of the school  committee is low or lacks a role, then the level of implementation of SBM will also decrease.   &nbsp

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui apakah manajemen laba berpengaruhterhadap biaya modal ekuitas perusahaan. PENGARUH DESENTRALISASI TERHADAP HUBUNGAN ANTARA PARTISIPASI DALAM PENYUSUNAN ANGGARAN DAN KINERJA DINAS (Studi Kasus Pada Pemerintahan Kota Banjarbaru)

UU Number 22 and 25, 1999 about local government and financial balancing between central and local government, concerning about, the rule of decentralization and autonomy in making local budget for revenues and expenditure. Budgeting process is considered very important and concerned many different parties. Not only top managers but olso lower and middle manager play a vital role in making and evaluating some alternatives plan of the budgetr objectives. Budgeting always been used as the indicator of manager’s performance (Kren, 1992). Miah and Mia (1996), stated the empowerment and responsibility given from top to lower management level will biring about more cosequnecies of responsibility from lower manager toward the implementation of the decision that has been made. This research analysis the interaction and decentralization and the influence of participation in budgeting abd decentralization toward the performance of Dinas Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru. The sample taken for this research is Dinas Pemerintah Kota Banjarbaru .Analysis unit used in this research are the chairman of government officer (kepala bagian), the chairman of division officer (kepala bagian) and the charmain of field officer (kepala bidang). From 56 questionaires that that have been sent, there 47 respondents have fullfillied, buat only 42 questionaires that are accepted and considered reliable to be analyzed in this research.Using simple in this research emprically this research result shows that participation in budgeting and decentralization signicantly influence the partisipation in budgeting and decentralization positive interaction between them. Meanwhile using multiple regression, empirically  the research result shows that budgeting and decentralization variables all together signicantly do not influence the performance of the governmental bureaus (Dinas Pemerintah Kota Banjarmasin)

Analysis Of Financial Performance To Predict Financial Distress In Sharia Commercial Banks In Indonesia

This study analysis financial performance, capital ratio (CAR)profitability ratio (ROA, ROE), liquidity ratio (FDR), and and Financial Distress efficiency ratio (NOM and BOPO) influencing Islamic financial bank distress in Indonesia. Data were obtained from 13 Sharia public banks or 65 research samples registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 (5 periods). With statistical test tools using descriptive analysts and logistic regression analysts (logistic regression). The results of the analysis show that CAR has a negative and significant effect on financial distress. ROA has a negative and significant effect on financial distress. ROE has a negative and significant effect on financial distress. FDR has a positive and significant effect on financial distress. NOM has a negative and significant effect on financial distress. BOPO has a positive and significant effect on financial distress. The results of the study are expected to be able to contribute to Islamic bank actors in detecting financial distress, namely useful information to provide information on early warning systems (EWS) for managers of Islamic Commercial Banks
