    Pedagogy for a teacher is very important because by mastering the pedagogy of the learning process carried out will get maximum results and in accordance with the objectives of carrying out the learning. This study aims to determine what factors a teacher should have so that in a learning process the teacher is able to create a good learning, appropriate teaching strategies and styles, as well as maximum knowledge and experience. The method used in this research is to use the literature study method, namely the data is collected using the literature study method. The data will be compiled, analyzed, and concluded to get a conclusion. Education in sports should be given to children from an early age such as formal education in schools. In the educational process, it cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in the classroom. The teacher's role is an application of pedagogy. Pedagogy of sports is a discipline of sports science that has the potential to integrate sub-disciplines of sports science to be able to underlie all practices in the field of sports that have the aim and purpose of being able to educate. Teachers must be able to have broad theoretical knowledge, apply in the classroom in using appropriate methods, and be able to manage the class so that the learning process can run well and achieve maximum results. Because, if the teacher only masters theories without the ability to manage the classroom using appropriate learning methods, the expectation of the desired results will not be achieved. So between theoretical knowledge and application of methods must be balanced in the learning process. All methods, media, references, and so on will be meaningless if a teacher is not able to perform their duties properly

    Dimasa new normal Covid-19 sangat penting bagi semua individu untuk dapat menjaga imunitas tubuh sehingga terhindar dari berbagai serangan virus termasuk virus Covid-19. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah mengetahui tingkat status gizi, tekanan darah, lingkar perut, dan kadar asam urat pada perempuan member senam zumba di masa new normal Covid -19. Jenis penelitian yang dipakai yaitu jenis penelitian survey dengan desain penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 43 perempuan yang merupakan member senam zumba di masa new normal Covid-19. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu metode IMT untuk mengukur status gizi, alat sphygmomanometer untuk mengukur tekanan darah, alat pita circumference untuk mengukur lingkar perut, serta alat Easy Touch GCU memakai teknik rapid test dengan No. AKL Kemenkes RI ialah 20101902214 untuk mengukur kadar asam urat pada darah. Hasil dari penelitian mendapatkan jika: 1) Status gizi rata-rata dalam kategori overweight. 2) Tekanan darah rata-rata dalam kategori pra-hipertensi. 3) Lingkar perut rata-rata dalam kategori tidak aman. 4) Kadar asam urat rata-rata dalam kategori normal. Hasil tersebut digunakan sebagai acuan bagi setiap individu untuk dapat meningkatkan tingkat kualitas kesehatan agar mampu menjaga imunitas tubuh agar manjadi lebih baik

    PENGARUH SENAM AEROBIK DAN SENAM ZUMBA TERHADAP PENURUNAN KADAR GLUKOSA DARAH DAN KOLESTEROL TOTAL PADA WANITA OVERWEIGHT

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Besarnya efektivitas senam aerobik terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah dan kolesterol total pada wanita overweight. (2) Besarnya efektivitas senam zumba terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah dan kolesterol total pada wanita overweight. (3) Perbedaan besarnya efektivitas antara senam aerobik dan senam zumba terhadap penurunan kadar glukosa darah dan kolesterol total pada wanita overweight. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian quasi eksperimental dengan desain two groups pretest-posttest design. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu seluruh anggota dari member Sanggar Senam Kembang Sari dan Sanggar Senam Tara Studio yang berjumlah 54 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 22 orang yang ditentukan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengukur kadar glukosa darah dan kolesterol total menggunakan metode Rapid Test dengan alat Autocheck dengan Nomor AKL Kemenkes RI yaitu 20101311321. Uji hipotesis dilakukan menggunakan teknik uji efektivitas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Senam aerobik efektif untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa darah dengan efektivitas 7,47% dan kolesterol total dengan efektivitas 5,03% pada wanita overweight. (2) Senam zumba efektif untuk menurunkan kadar glukosa darah dengan efektivitas 13,33% dan kolesterol total dengan efektivitas 7,23% pada wanita overweight. (3) Ada perbedaan efektivitas yang signifikan antara senam aerobik dan senam zumba dalam menurunkan kadar glukosa darah dan kolesterol total pada wanita overweight. Dimana senam zumba memiliki tingkat efektivitas yang lebih tinggi dari pada senam aerobik

    Tes fisik merupakan bagian integral dari proses pembentukan atlet berprestasi, tes fisik termasuk dalam program pelatihan pelatih. Yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui kondisi fisik atlet yang sedang dilatih. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) menghasilkan produk aplikasi uji fisik berbasis android, (2) mengetahui kelayakan dan tanggapan pengguna aplikasi uji fisik berbasis android, (3) mengetahui keefektifan uji fisik berbasis android aplikasi, dan Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian dan pengembangan (R&D) menurut Thiagarajan, yaitu 4D, Define, Design, Develop, dan Dissemination. Validasi oleh ahli dalam penelitian ini dilakukan oleh dua orang ahli yaitu ahli materi dan ahli media. Subjek uji coba dalam penelitian ini adalah pelatih dan atlet bola voli usia 16-19 tahun. Uji coba yang dilakukan meliputi dua tahap, yaitu uji coba skala kecil dan uji coba skala besar. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Data kuantitatif yang diperoleh kemudian dianalisis menggunakan statistik deskriptif. Saran yang diperoleh digunakan sebagai acuan untuk merevisi produk. Hasil dari penelitian ini (1) produk yang dikembangkan telah melalui berbagai proses pengembangan diantaranya proses pengumpulan bahan, proses pembuatan produk, proses validasi ahli materi, validasi ahli media, uji coba skala kecil, uji coba skala besar, produk akhir, efektivitas. tes, dan diseminasi. hasil penelitian, (2) produk yang dikembangkan layak untuk digunakan, dan (3) produk telah teruji dan terbukti efektif dalam menganalisis fisik atlet

    Sport and well-being: Frequency of physical activity and life satisfaction

    Living a better and happy life (well-being) is a key point for people’s daily life. Well-being integrates both of physical and psychological health namely feelings, emotions, and life satisfaction. This means that good life is when people are physically fit and they are satisfied with their life. There have been few studies investigating the relationship between physical activity and life satisfaction in Indonesia. Therefore, this quantitative study is aimed to examine the association between sport and well-being, especially the frequency of physical activity and life satisfaction. The data used are from the fifth wave of the Indonesian Family Life Survey (IFLS) 2014, with 31,669 participants from 15,160 households and 297 districts in Indonesia. Linear regression is used for data analysis, adjusting for control variables. The results show that the more frequent people exercise, the more they are satisfied with their lives, even after controlling for a set of confounding variables. Different measures need to be taken to increase physical activity as parts of people’s daily life in order to protect their health and enjoy a better life

    The fitness of middle age to the elderly based on body mass index and age in the new normal era

    Decrease in physical fitness occurs after the age of 30 years and factors that affect physical fitness include age, gender, BMI, waist circumference, hypertension, and diabetes mellitus. This study aims to determine the physical fitness of middle-aged to elderly people between 45-74 years based on BMI and age. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods. The sample of this research is men who are active in badminton activities in Rejang Lebong Regency, which are classified as middle age to elderly people who are taken by purposive sampling. The data collection technique used the BMI test and fitness test. The results show that 1) The average BMI value in middle age to the elderly is 25.47 kg / m2, in the category of light fat. The average value of physical fitness in middle age to the elderly is 33.39, with a very poor category. 2) 26.3% of people have normal nutritional status, 50% of people have mild nutritional status and 23.7% of people have severe nutritional status. 3) 84.2% of people have very poor fitness category, 10.5% of people have poor physical fitness category and 5.3% of people have moderate physical fitness category. So it can be concluded that middle-aged to elderly people with high BMI have less physical fitness and the more middle-aged to elderly people have less physical fitness

    The effectiveness of active recovery (jogging and cycling) post-football match simulation on athletes' heart rate and fatigue levels

    Active recovery is recommended to help the soccer player recover quickly. However, there has been no study comparing the most effective active recovery methods post-match. The purpose of this study was to compare active recovery (jogging and cycling) to the heart rate and fatigue level of athletes. This study uses an experimental method with a pretest-posttest crossover design approach. Subjects were 22 male amateur football athletes with an average (age, 19.40 ± 1.18 years; height, 170.04 ± 3.54 cm; weight, 62.89 ± 5.44 kg). The results showed that the average heart rate (HR), vertical jump (VJ), and lactate levels between groups after the simulation match did not show significant differences (HR p= 0.748, VJ p=0.984, lactate p=0.633). However, for variables HR and lactate levels experienced a significant decrease after undergoing recovery treatment, and when viewed from the delta the jogging group experienced a decrease (HR 24.7%, and lactate 52.5%), for the bicycle group (HR 29.3%, and lactate 60.9%) and the sitting group (HR 19.91%, and lactate 23.4%). So the results of this study provide evidence that post-match cycling can contribute to a more effective active recovery strategy. Thus the results of this study can be used as a reference for coaches and athletes in a good recovery process after a football match.Active recovery is recommended to help the soccer player recover quickly. The purpose of this research is to analyze how physiological in the sport of basketball. The method used in this research is literature study by collecting information from various sources such as scientific articles from accredited journals. The results of this study are that the physiology of basketball can be divided into several aspects, including the cardiovascular system, respiratory system, musculoskeletal system, metabolic system, nervous system, and endocrine system. Through this understanding of physiology, athletes can adapt their training and diet to improve performance, prevent injury and achieve optimal results in competition

    Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi pengembangan metode penilaian kinerja guru berbasis kompetensi untuk meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Dengan menggunakan metodologi studi literatur yang komprehensif, penelitian ini menyelami konsep dasar kompetensi dalam konteks pendidikan tinggi, menganalisis metode-metode penilaian kinerja guru yang ada, dan mengidentifikasi hambatan serta tantangan dalam proses penilaian. Temuan utama mencakup pemahaman mendalam tentang kompetensi esensial yang diharapkan dari guru pendidikan tinggi, eksplorasi metode penilaian yang ada, dan analisis kritis terhadap hambatan seperti subjektivitas dan resistensi terhadap perubahan. Penelitian ini mencapai puncaknya dengan merumuskan kerangka konseptual yang kokoh untuk metode penilaian berbasis kompetensi. Implikasi dari penelitian menyarankan bahwa metode penilaian yang diusulkan, dengan fokus pada aspek-aspek pengajaran yang kritis, memiliki potensi untuk secara signifikan meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan tinggi. Rekomendasi melibatkan pengadopsian kerangka konseptual yang dikembangkan sebagai panduan untuk merancang sistem penilaian kontekstual, validasi lebih lanjut melalui berbagai konteks pendidikan, dan keterlibatan aktif stakeholder dalam proses implementasi. Sebagai kesimpulan, penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga untuk peningkatan sistem penilaian kinerja guru, dengan tujuan memberikan kontribusi positif pada kemajuan pendidikan tinggi secara keseluruhan

    Learning outcomes play a very important role in the teaching and learning process as they can be used as a standard to measure the extent of changes that occur in students after receiving learning experiences that can be observed and measured through the knowledge, attitudes, and skills they acquire. This study aims to determine the influence of motivation on the learning outcomes of dribbling in basketball. This study uses a correlational research design with a simple regression technique. The study was conducted at Triatma Mulya University with a sample size of 16 students in the Primary School Teacher Education Program. The data collection technique for the level of motivation in this study uses a questionnaire, while the learning outcomes are measured using the skills score in the Physical Education course with dribbling basketball material. The results of this study show that learning motivation has a positive influence on the learning outcomes of dribbling basketball material by 86.8%
